【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、建物の内装壁の裏側に配置された柱等の造営材又は奥壁に固着することで、内装壁に設けられる壁開口に配設する配線器具取付部材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、内装壁裏側の可撓電線管内の電線が接続される配線器具を壁開口に配設するには、配線器具取付部材としてスイッチボックスを上記壁開口に配設し、このスイッチボックスに上記配線器具を取り付ける方法が採られていた。

スイッチボックスは、前面(室内側の面)が開口した大略箱状の部材であって上記可撓電線管の接続も可能であり、内装壁表側(室内側)からは、配線器具保持プレートを介して壁スイッチや壁コンセント等の配線器具を取り付けることが可能となっている。

しかし、このようなスイッチボックスにあっては、前面が開口した大略箱状をしているため、配線器具に結線したりする作業が内装壁表側からしかできないものであり、また、可撓電線管を接続する際には別体の接続部品が必要となるものであり、さらに、配線器具等を良好に収容できるようにスイッチボックスの奥行き長さを長くしているため、内装壁裏側の隙間の奥行きが狭い場合にはスイッチボックスを配設できないものであった。

そこで、本願出願人は図5,図6に示すような配線器具取付部材を提案した。これは、図5に示すように、建物の内装壁Aに設けられる壁開口A1の裏側近傍に配設されてある柱等の造営材Bに配線器具取付部材2’を固着具Fで取り付け、内装壁A裏側に配設されてある可撓電線管Dの端部を配線器具取付部材2’にて保持し、可撓電線管D内を挿通する電線(図示せず)を配線器具Cに接続して、配線器具取付部材2’に形成された開口31’に配線器具Cを取り付けるものである。配線器具取付部材2’は、図6に示すように、内部に配線器具Cを配設するための開口31’を形成した本体枠部3’にて主体が構成され、配線器具Cを取り付けるための配線器具取着部32’を本体枠部3’の開口31’縁の上下二箇所に設けると共に、本体枠部3’を上記造営材Bに固着するための造営材固着部4’を本体枠部3’の両側部に設けてある。造営材固着部4’には固着具Fが挿通される固着具挿通孔42’が穿孔されており、柱等の造営材Bの側面のうち内装壁Aに垂直な側面B1に造営材固着部4’を当接させて、開口31’側より固着具Fを固着具挿通孔42’に挿入して上記側面B1に螺着することで本体枠部3’を造営材Bに固着する。このようにして、本体枠部3’が内装壁Aに設けられる壁開口A1縁に沿うように配線器具取付部材2’を壁開口A1に配設するものである。なお、図中のEは、内装壁Aの表側より壁開口A1に配設される化粧プレートを示す。

しかし、このような配線器具取付部材2’にあっては、内装壁Aに設ける壁開口A1裏側近傍に柱等の造営材Bが配設されていなかったりした場合、特に、コンクリート製の奥壁の表側に隙間を介して石膏ボードで形成した内装壁を配置する所謂GL工法のように、内装壁A裏側に柱等の造営材Bが存在しないといった場合には、壁開口A1縁に沿うように本体枠部3’を固着することができず、壁開口A1に配線器具取付部材2’を配設することができないという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、内装壁に設ける壁開口裏側近傍に柱等の造営材が配設されていなかったりした場合でも、壁開口縁に沿うように本体枠部を固着して壁開口に配設可能な配線器具取付部材を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る配線器具取付部材は、内装壁の裏側に配置された柱等の造営材又は奥壁1に固着して内装壁に設けられる壁開口に配設する配線器具取付部材2であって、配線器具が配設される開口31を内部に形成し枠状をした本体枠部3で主体が構成され、本体枠部3に該本体枠部3に形成した開口31に配設される配線器具を取着する配線器具取着部32を設け、本体枠部3の側部に上記造営材の側面に固着することで本体枠部3を上記壁開口縁に沿って配設可能とする造営材固着部4を設け、本体枠部3の少なくとも一側部に上記奥壁1の表側面に固着することで本体枠部3を上記壁開口縁に沿って配設可能とする奥壁固着部5を設けることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、本体枠部3を内装壁の裏側に配設されてある柱等の造営材の側面に固着して配線器具取付部材2を壁開口に配設することができるうえに、内装壁の裏側に配設されてある奥壁1の表側面にでも本体枠部3を固着して配線器具取付部材2を壁開口に配設することが可能となる。

また、奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3に対して着脱自在とすることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、本体枠部3を奥壁1の表側面に固着する際に本体枠部3に奥壁固着部5を取り付けたり、本体枠部3を柱等の造営材の側面に固着する際に不要となる奥壁固着部5を取り外したりすることが可能となる。

また、奥壁固着部5を、奥壁1の表側面に当接すると共に固着具51にて奥壁1の表側面に固着されるための固着具通孔52が穿孔された当接部53と、当接部53より連設されて本体枠部3に係止される係止部54とで構成し、本体枠部3に奥壁固着部5の係止部54が係止可能な被係止部35を設けることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、本体枠部3に形成された開口31内側から又は本体枠部3の外側からの何れ側からでも奥壁固着部5を取り付け自在とすることが可能となって、本体枠部3を奥壁1の表側面に固着する場合に、本体枠部3の外側に奥壁固着部5を取り付けることで本体枠部3の開口31の背面側に背面カバーを取り付けること可能となったり、何らかの障害物が存在して奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3の外側に取り付けると奥壁1の表側面に本体枠部3を取り付けられなくなる時に、奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3の開口31内側に取り付けることで本体枠部3を奥壁1の表側面に取り付けることが可能になったりするものであり、さらに、一種類の奥壁固着部5を複数種類の配線器具取付部材2に対応させることが可能となって、新たな配線器具取付部材2の設計・製造コストを低く抑えることができるようになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

本発明における配線器具取付部材2は、建物の内装壁に設けられる壁開口に配設して、この配線器具取付部材2に配線器具を取り付けると共に、該配線器具に内装壁の裏側に配設されてある可撓電線管内の電線を接続するものである。

建物の内装壁は、一定厚さの石膏ボードで形成された板状の壁材で、室内に面するものであり、該内装壁の裏側(すなわち室内と反対側)には、建物の造営材であって該内装壁が取り付けられる柱が配置されてあると共に、更に柱の裏側にコンクリート製の奥壁1が配置されてある。

奥壁1は、平面状の表側面を有するコンクリート製の壁材で、その表側(すなわち室内側)には柱が複数配置されてある。柱はそれぞれ水平断面略矩形をしており、複数の柱の表側面は、奥壁1の表側面と平行な同一平面上に位置するように配置されてある。そして、複数の柱の表側面に上記内装壁を取り付けてあり、さらに、内装壁と奥壁1との間に形成される隙間には、電線が内部に挿通された可撓電線管が配設されてある。

内装壁には、内装壁の表側と裏側とを連通する、前面視(すなわち内装壁の表側から裏側に向かう方向に見て)で上下方向に長い略矩形の壁開口が設けられるもので、この壁開口に対応する奥壁1の表側面に配線器具取付部材2を固着するものである。

配線器具取付部材2は、前面視で略矩形の枠状をした本体枠部3で主体が構成される。本体枠部3は、前面視で外形が内装壁に設ける壁開口縁とほぼ同形同大の略矩形の枠状のもので、内部には配線器具が配設される前面視略矩形の開口31が形成されると共に、該開口31縁には配線器具を本体枠部3に取着するための配線器具取着部32が設けてある。

配線器具取着部32は、本体枠部3内に形成された開口31縁の上辺及び下辺の中央に、前後方向に長い略円筒状のものとして開口31内に向けてそれぞれ突設してあり、配線器具取着部32の内部には、配線器具を取着する固着具51が螺入される螺入孔32aが表側より穿孔してある。

また、本体枠部3には、本体枠部3の上横片及び下横片の一側端部に、可撓電線管を保持する管保持部33が設けてある。管保持部33は、平面視で背方に開口した略U字形の半筒状のもので、本体枠部3の上横片の一側端部より上方に向けて突設すると共に、下横片の同側端部より下方に向けて突設してある。この管保持部33は、内装壁の裏側に配設されてある可撓電線管を本体枠部3に保持するため、可撓電線管が管保持部33の略U字形の開口33a内に嵌め込まれるものである。

また、本体枠部3の両側部には、内装壁の裏側に配設されてある柱に固着する造営材固着部4が設けてある。造営材固着部4には、前記柱の側面のうち内装壁に垂直な側面に当接する造営材当接部41が形成してあると共に、造営材当接部41には、前後方向に長い固着具挿通孔42が穿孔してある。

造営材当接部41は、本体枠部3の両側部外面の上下方向三箇所にそれぞれ前後方向に長い凸部として形成してあり、凸部の突出面が造営材である柱の側面に当接する造営材当接面43となっている。このように造営材当接部41を本体枠部3に設けることで、造営材当接部41を内装壁の裏側に配設されてある柱の側面のうち内装壁に垂直な側面に当接させて固着した際に、本体枠部3を内装壁の壁開口縁に沿うように配設することが可能となり、更に、本体枠部3の両側部に造営材当接部41を設けることで、柱が内装壁に設ける壁開口裏側の左右いずれ側に位置する場合であっても、上記のように造営材当接部41を柱の側面に当接して固着することが可能となる。そして、造営材当接部41には、本体枠部3内に形成された開口31内と造営材当接面43の外方とを連通する前後方向に長い固着具挿通孔42が穿孔してある。本体枠部3の柱への固着は、本体枠部3に設けた造営材当接部41の造営材当接面43を上記柱の側面に当接させ、固着具51を本体枠部3内に形成された開口31側より固着具挿通孔42に挿入して柱の側面に螺着することで行うが、固着具挿通孔42を前後方向に長く設けてあるため、固着具挿通孔42内の前後方向の任意位置に固着具51を挿入して柱に螺着することが可能となっている。

また、本体枠部3の両側部には、内装壁裏側の奥壁1に固着する奥壁固着部5を着脱自在に設けるものである。奥壁固着部5は、奥壁1の表側面に当接する当接部53と、当接部53より突設されて本体枠部3の造営材固着部4の固着具挿通孔42に係止される係止部54とからなる。

当接部53は、前面視大略矩形でその背面が奥壁1の表側面に当接する当接面55となっており、前面視でほぼ中央部には、円形の固着具通孔52が穿孔してある。当接部53の本体枠部3側には、本体枠部3に係止される係止部54が突設してある。係止部54は、平面視で背方に開口する大略コ字形をしており、奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3に係止する際、係止部54の先端54aを本体枠部3の造営材固着部4の固着具挿通孔42に挿入して、固着具挿通孔42の後方側端部に大略コ字状の係止部54の開口内奥部54bを嵌め込むものである。すなわち、本実施形態においては、奥壁固着部5の係止部54が係止される本体枠部3側の被係止部35を、本体枠部3を造営材に固着するための固着具挿通孔42と兼用するものであり、このようにすることで、本体枠部3の製造工程等を簡略化することができる。そして、奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3に係止する際、奥壁固着部5の係止部54は、本体枠部3の開口31内側から又は本体枠部3の造営材当接面43の外側からの何れ側からでも本体枠部3の固着具挿通孔42に挿入して係止することが可能となっている。このようにすることで、本体枠部3を奥壁1の表側面に固着するにあたって、本体枠部3の開口31の背面側に配線器具に接続された電線等が奥壁1に接触するのを防止する背面カバー(図示せず)を取り付けたりする場合には、奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3の外側に取り付ればよく、また、何らかの障害物が存在して奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3の外側に取り付けると奥壁1の表側面に本体枠部3を取り付けられなくなる場合には、奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3の開口31内側に取り付けることで本体枠部3を奥壁1の表側面に取り付けることが可能になったりするものである。また、上記のように係止部54を本体枠部3の固着具挿通孔42に係止して奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3に取り付けた時、奥壁固着部5の当接面55は本体枠部3の背面とほぼ同一平面となるように当接部53を成形してあるため、奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3に取り付けて奥壁1の表側面に当接させた状態で、当接部53に穿孔した固着具通孔52に固着具51を挿入して奥壁1の表側面に螺着することで、本体枠部3を奥壁1の表側面に固着することができる。

以上ような構成の配線器具取付部材2を内装壁の壁開口に配設するには、内装壁の裏側に配設された柱等の造営材の側面に本体枠部3を固着するか、あるいは、内装壁の裏側に配設された奥壁1の表側面に本体枠部3を固着するかの二通りの方法があり、前者は図5に示すように従来例と同様の方法であるため、後者について以下に説明する。

配線器具取付部材2の本体枠部3を内装壁の裏側に配設された奥壁1の表側面に固着するには、まず、二個の奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3の両側部に取り付ける。これは上述した通り、奥壁固着部5に突設されてある係止部54の先端54aを本体枠部3の造営材固着部4の固着具挿通孔42に挿通して、大略コ字状の係止部54の開口内奥部54bを固着具挿通孔42の背方側端部に当接するように嵌め込むものである。なお、本体枠部3に取り付ける奥壁固着部5は二個に限定されるものではなく、一個でもよい。次に、奥壁固着部5を取り付けた本体枠部3を内装壁の壁開口に対応する奥壁1の表側面に当接させる。そして、奥壁固着部5の固着具通孔52に固着具51を表側より挿入して奥壁1の表側面に螺着し、奥壁固着部5を奥壁1の表側面に固着する。その後、可撓電線管の端部を本体枠部3の管保持部33に保持して可撓電線管を配設したり、配線器具を配線器具取付部材2に取り付けたり、可撓電線管内の電線を配線器具に接続するといった作業を行うものである。

かかる構成によれば、配線器具取付部材2を内装壁に設けられる壁開口に配設するにあたって、奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3に着脱自在に取り付けて、奥壁固着部5を奥壁1の表側面に固着具51にて固着することで本体枠部3を奥壁1に固着可能となって、配線器具取付部材2を配設する内装壁の壁開口裏側近傍に柱等の造営材が配設されていない場合でも、本体枠部3が壁開口縁に沿うように配線器具取付部材2を壁開口に配設可能となるものである。特に、コンクリート製の奥壁1の表側に隙間を介して石膏ボードで形成した内装壁を配置する所謂GL工法のように、内装壁裏側に柱等の造営材が存在しない場合でも、本体枠部3が壁開口縁に沿うように配線器具取付部材2を壁開口に配設可能となる。また、本体枠部3を壁開口裏側の柱等の造営材の側面に固着する場合には、奥壁固着部5が本体枠部3より外方に向けて突出して邪魔にならないように、奥壁固着部5を取り外しておくことで本体枠部3の造営材固着部4を柱等の造営材の側面に固着することができる。さらに、従来の配線器具取付部材2’に着脱自在な奥壁固着部5を取り付けるたけで本発明の配線器具取付部材2とすることもできるため、この場合には配線器具取付部材2の新たな設計・製造は着脱自在とした奥壁固着部5についてのみ行えばよく、また、配線器具一個取着用,配線器具二個取着用,配線器具三個取着用といった複数種類の配線器具取付部材2に同一の奥壁固着部5を対応させることも可能となって、新たな配線器具取付部材2の設計・製造コストを低く抑えることができる。さらに、奥壁固着部5は本体枠部3の開口31内側から又は本体枠部3の造営材当接面43の外側からの何れ側からでも本体枠部3に取り付け可能となっており、奥壁固着部5を本体枠部3の外方に取り付けることで、背面カバーを本体枠部3の開口31の背面側に取り付けたりすることができる。

次に他の実施形態について図4に基づいて説明する。本実施形態も上実施形態と基本的に同じであり、主に異なる点について述べる。本実施形態の場合は、奥壁固着部5を、本体枠部3に形成された開口31内の四隅に本体枠部3に一体的に設けるものである。

本実施形態の奥壁固着部5は、前面視略正方形の当接部53が本体枠部3の開口31内の四隅に開口31内に向けて一体的に突設してある。当接部53には、上実施形態と同様に奥壁固着部5を奥壁1の表側面に固着するための固着具通孔52が設けてあるが、奥壁固着部5は本体枠部3に一体的に設けてあるため不要となる係止部54は設けていない。本実施形態における当接部53は、上実施形態における奥壁固着部5よりも小さいため、本体枠部3の開口31内に向けて突設してあっても該開口31内を広く使用することができる。

また、当接部53は、本体枠部3の外側に向けて本体枠部3に一体的に突設してもよく、この場合には、本体枠部3の開口31の背面側に背面カバーを取り付けることも可能となる。

【発明の効果】
上記のように本発明の請求項1記載の発明にあっては、内装壁の裏側に配置された柱等の造営材又は奥壁に固着して内装壁に設けられる壁開口に配設する配線器具取付部材であって、配線器具が配設される開口を内部に形成し枠状をした本体枠部で主体が構成され、本体枠部に該本体枠部に形成した開口に配設される配線器具を取着する配線器具取着部を設け、本体枠部の側部に上記造営材の側面に固着することで本体枠部を上記壁開口縁に沿って配設可能とする造営材固着部を設け、本体枠部の少なくとも一側部に上記奥壁の表側面に固着することで本体枠部を上記壁開口縁に沿って配設可能とする奥壁固着部を設けたので、本体枠部を内装壁の裏側に配設されてある柱等の造営材の側面に固着して配線器具取付部材を壁開口に配設することができるうえに、内装壁の裏側に配設されてある奥壁の表側面にでも本体枠部を固着して配線器具取付部材を壁開口に配設することが可能となって、施工現場の状況に応じて本体枠部を固着する作業ができるものである。

また請求項2記載の発明にあっては、上記請求項1記載の発明の効果に加えて奥壁固着部を本体枠部に対して着脱自在としたので、本体枠部を奥壁の表側面に固着する際に本体枠部に奥壁固着部を取り付けたり、本体枠部を柱等の造営材の側面に固着する際に不要となる奥壁固着部を取り外したりすることが可能となるものである。
