Claims (50)
- 区室(chamber)と挿入部(inserts)とからなり、区室は流体を入れるための或る容積を形成するために、周縁が結合されている第1表面材とこれと向き合う第2表面材とを持っており、前記第1表面材と第2表面材とは第1表面材の内部部分を第2表面材の内部部分に固定する内部接続を欠落しており、前記第1表面材と第2表面材とは区室の中心領域から外がわへ延びる多数の突部(lobes)を形成しており、突部は中心領域と流体が流通できる状態にあって、突部は互いに接近している突部の間に間隔をあけており、前記挿入部は前記間隔内に付設されて、弾力性のある材料で作られていることを特徴とする、履物用クッション成分。
- 前記流体の圧力が、平方インチあたり0から5ポンドの範囲内にある、請求項1に記載のクッション成分。
- 前記流体の圧力が靴底構成体を取り巻いている外界の空気圧に殆ど等しくされている、請求項1に記載のクッション成分。
- 前記流体が空気である、請求項1に記載のクッション成分。
- 重合体材料製の第1層が前記第1表面材の少なくとも一部の上に延びていて前記挿入部に固定されている、請求項1に記載のクッション成分。
- 重合体材料製の第2層が前記第2表面材の少なくとも一部の上に延びていて前記挿入部に固定されている、請求項5に記載のクッション成分。
- 前記第1層と第2層とが前記挿入部と一体に形成されている、請求項6に記載のクッション成分。
- 重合体材料製の層が前記第1表面材と第2表面材の上へ延びていて、前記挿入部が前記重合体材料製の層に固定されて重合体材料製の層の間に延びている、請求項1に記載のクッション成分。
- 前記挿入部が前記区室の側壁に接近して付設され、側壁が前記第1表面材と第2表面材との間に延びている、請求項1に記載のクッション成分。
- 前記各挿入部が、前記第1表面材に接近して付設されている第1部分と、前記第2表面材に接近して付設されている第2部分とを含んでいる、請求項1に記載のクッション成分。

- 前記区室が少なくとも5個の突部を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のクッション成分。
- 前記挿入部の少なくとも一部が前記区室に接着されている、請求項1に記載のクッション成分。
- 前記挿入部が前記区室より小さい圧縮率を持っている、請求項1に記載のクッション成分。
- 区室と被覆素材とからなるクッション成分であって、
前記区室はクッション成分を取り巻いている外界の空気圧に殆ど等しい圧力を持つ流体を封入しており、区室は前記流体を入れるための或る容積を形成するために、周縁が結合されている第1表面材とこれと向き合う第2表面材とを持っており、第1表面材と第2表面材とは第1表面材の内部部分を第2表面材の内部部分に固定する内部接続を欠落しており、前記第1表面材と第2表面材とは区室の中心領域から外がわへ延びる多数の突部を形成しており、突部は中心領域と流体が流通できる状態にあって、突部は互いに接近して付設されている突部の間に間隔をあけており、
前記被覆素材は第1層と、第2層と、第1層と第2層との間に延びる多数の挿入部とを備えており、第1層は第1表面材の少なくとも一部の上に延びており、第2層は第2表面材の少なくとも一部の上に延びており、挿入部が前記間隔内に付設されている履物用クッション成分。 - 前記流体が空気である、請求項17に記載のクッション成分。
- 前記挿入部が前記区室より小さい圧縮率を持っている、請求項17に記載のクッション成分。
- 各挿入部が前記第1表面材に接近して付設されている第1部分と、前記第2表面材に接近して付設されている第2部分とを含んでいる、請求項17に記載のクッション成分。
- 前記第1部分が前記第2部分に固定されている、請求項20に記載のクッション成分。
- 前記第1部分が3個の凹状構造に作られており、前記第2部分が3個の凹状構造に作られている、請求項20に記載のクッション成分。
- 前記第1表面材と第2表面材との中心領域が、実質的に平らな配置を持っている、請求項17に記載のクッション成分。

前記靴底構造体はクッション成分が発泡した重合体材料によって少なくとも部分的にカプセル化された中物を含んでおり、前記クッション成分は1つの区室と多数の挿入部とを備え、前記区室はクッション成分を取り巻いている外界の空気圧に殆ど等しい圧力を持つ流体を封入しており、前記区室は第1表面材と、これと向き合う第2表面材とを周縁で接合して流体を入れるための或る容積を形成しており、前記第1表面材と第2表面材とは第1表面材の内部部分と第2表面材の内部部分に固定する内部接続を欠落しており、前記第1表面材と第2表面材とは前記区室の中心領域から外がわへ延びる多数の突部を形成しており、前記突部は中心領域と流体が流通できる状態にあって、また前記突部は互いに接近して付設されている突部の間に間隔をあけており、前記挿入部が前記間隔内に付設され、挿入部は前記区室よりも小さい圧縮率を持っている履物。 - 前記クッション成分が中物の踵部分内に位置している、請求項33に記載の履物。
- 前記クッション成分の一端が中物の一端から突出している、請求項33に記載の履物。
