Description
なお、前記メインアンテナと前記サブアンテナとの結合係数はほぼ1であり、前記メインアンテナと前記サブアンテナのコイルの巻数比は2以上3以下であることが望ましい。
<携帯通信端末装置の構成>
図4は、本発明の実施形態による非接触ICカード機能を実装した携帯通信端末100のブロック構成を示す図である。図4において、携帯通信端末100は、制御部(制御手段)5を中心とし、これに対してデジタル信号処理部3、表示部6、操作部7、外部I/F部8、電源部9、RTC16、非接触ICカード部20が接続されて構成される。制御部5は、携帯通信端末の機能を実現するための主要部であり、図示しないが、CPU、EEPROM、Flash ROM、RAM、等で構成される。制御部5は、本実施の形態では、さらに非接触ICカード部20との間でコマンドやデータの授受を行うためのカードインタフェースモジュール51を含む。
図5は、本発明の実施形態による非接触型ICカード部20の詳細な回路構成を示す図である。図5のような構成を採ることにより容易にかつ廉価に共振周波数の調整を実行することができるようになる。なお、図5の構成は、図3の調整部をサブアンテナとして分離した構成にしている。

次に、図9を用いて携帯通信端末100における共振周波数の自動調整システムについて説明する。図9は当該共振周波数の自動調整システムの構成を示す図であり、上述の原理を自動調整システムに適用した例を示している。
Claims (3)
- 外部端末装置との間で非接触通信を行う非接触通信部を備える携帯通信端末装置であって、
前記非接触通信部は、
前記外部端末装置との間との通信を制御する制御部と、
メインアンテナコイルと、
前記メインアンテナコイルと略同じ寸法で、前記メインアンテナコイルの巻数よりも巻数が少なく、前記メインアンテナコイルに近接して配置され、結合係数が略1で前記メインアンテナコイルに磁気結合するサブアンテナコイルと、
前記サブアンテナコイルに並列に接続された複数のコンデンサと、それら複数のコンデンサにそれぞれ直列接続された複数のスイッチ素子を有し、共振周波数を調整するための調整部と、
前記複数のスイッチ素子のON及びOFFを制御するSW制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする携帯通信端末装置。 - 前記SW制御部は、前記非接触通信部の測定された共振周波数と目標とする共振周波数とのずれ量によって決定された前記スイッチ素子のON/OFFパターンに基づいて、前記スイッチ素子のON及びOFFを制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の携帯通信端末装置。
- 前記メインアンテナと前記サブアンテナのコイルの巻数比は2以上3以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の携帯通信端末装置。
