本発明において、弾性樹脂材と強度樹脂材との配合比を前記の如く設定したのは、次の理由による。すなわち、本発明者などは、ポリウレタンとABSとの配合比を変えた複数の支柱外皮を用いた車止めを試作してその車止機能と復元性とを試験した。試験に供した車止めは、図2に示すように、高さ約800mm、直径135mm、支柱外皮の肉厚2.5mm、補強体の高さ175mmで、これに速度5km以下の小型車を衝突させてトルク位置700mmに衝撃力が作用すると、補強体7の高さ位置付近が屈曲して車を止めることができるようにした。 In the present invention, the blending ratio of the elastic resin material and the strength resin material is set as described above for the following reason.
