Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disposable pant-type wearing article that can be used as a disposable pant-type diaper, a disposable pant for incontinence patients, a disposable training pant, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-173381 (Patent Document 1) discloses an invention aimed at fitting a crotch region of a worn article such as a disposable diaper to a crotch part of a wearer of the article. The diaper according to the present invention includes a first absorbent body in which the absorbent body is disposed in a central region in the longitudinal direction of the diaper, and a pair of second absorbent bodies that are on both sides of the crotch region and are separated from the first absorbent body. Become. Solid gathers are formed on both sides of the second absorbent body in the longitudinal direction opposite to the first absorbent body. The cross-sectional shape of the crotch region when the diaper is in a worn state is as shown in FIG. 10 (FIG. 4 in Patent Document 1). The diaper of FIG. 10 includes a first absorber 104, a second absorber 105, and a three-dimensional gather 106, and the second absorber 105 is located on the side of the first absorber 104 as the three-dimensional gather 106 rises. As a result, the first absorbent body 104, the second absorbent body 105, and the three-dimensional gather 106 cooperate to form a concave portion 107 that swells downward in the crotch region. The recess 107 can be used as a space for temporarily storing the urine until the urine is absorbed by the absorber.
[0003]
The absorbent garment disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2554818 (Patent Document 2) is also intended to improve the fit of the garment wearer to the crotch. This garment has an absorbent body and fastening means. A cutout portion having an opening is formed at both edges in the width direction of the absorbent body, and an elastic member is disposed in the vicinity of the cutout portion. Yes. Due to the contracting action of the elastic member, the absorbent body can be fitted around the legs of the diaper wearer while deforming so as to close the opening of the notch, and at the same time forming a recess in the crotch region that bulges downward. Is possible.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the diaper of Patent Document 1, the absorbent body is divided into the first absorbent body 104 and the second absorbent body 105, so that the side edges of the absorbent body in the crotch region, that is, the width direction of the second absorbent body 105. Deformation to becomes easy. However, since the absorbent body is deformed while being compressed in the longitudinal direction, which is the front-rear direction so as to form an arc simultaneously with the deformation, the absorbent body when the article is worn has several large wrinkles in the front-rear direction. The absorbent body is bulky in the crotch region, and the bulkiness hinders the movement of the legs, and the appearance of the worn article becomes unpleasant. Moreover, the open-type diaper illustrated in this document, when wearing it, first, the waist area and the leg area are brought into close contact with the wearer to determine the position of the diaper relative to the wearer's body, Next, the front waist area and the rear waist area are connected using fastening tape. In a diaper worn in this way, the crotch region often deforms into an inverted V shape along the wearer's crotch, and such a crotch region is not picked and pulled downward, as shown in FIG. The appearing recess 107 is not formed. Further, the first absorber 104 and the second absorber 105 of this document are sandwiched between a liquid permeable top sheet 101 and a liquid impermeable back sheet 102, and the first absorber 104 and the second absorber 105 are Where the absorber 105 is separated, the sheets 101 and 102 are overlapped and integrated. However, when these two sheets 101 and 102 are to be integrated by adhesion or welding, if the pulp particles and superabsorbent polymer particles contained in the absorber are present between both sheets 101 and 102, these particles This prevents the sheets 101 and 102 from coming into contact with each other and prevents the sheets 101 and 102 from being successfully integrated. In an absorbent body in which the sheets 101 and 102 are not integrated in the vicinity of the first absorbent body 104 and the second absorbent body 105, the first absorbent body 104 and the second absorbent body 105, particularly the second absorbent body 105 having a small shape are formed. It becomes easy to shift from a predetermined position.
[0006]
The garment of Patent Document 2 is also of an open type, and if it is worn like the diaper of Patent Document 1 and is not pulled down by pulling the crotch region so that it hangs down, the absorber closes the opening of the notch. Thus, it is difficult to deform, and it is also difficult to form a recess in the crotch region.
[0007]
The present invention relates to improvements of these prior arts, and in a disposable wearing article, the body fluid-absorbing core material does not cause a large wrinkle that deteriorates the wearing feeling of the wearing article, and the front and rear waists around the crotch region An object is to quickly form a concave portion that curves downward toward the region and bulges downward toward the crotch region when curved.
[0008]

FIG. 8 is a view showing the main part of the longitudinal cut surface along the line VIII-VIII in FIG. 1, and both legs 80 of the wearer of the diaper 1 are shown in phantom lines. The line VIII-VIII is a line that coincides with the horizontal center line BB in FIG. As the diaper 1 is pulled up along both legs 80 that have passed through the leg opening 11, the barrier cuff 21 in the crotch region 8 comes into contact with both legs 80 from the inside, and the absorbing portion 3 is a side portion. Core material While 37 stands up, the center Core material 36 will hang down. The diaper 1 that has been raised further Core material When the outer edge portions 42 of the respective 37 abut against the flange portion 81 from below, the operation stops. The diaper 1 at this time is the side Core material 37 is a body fluid-absorbing leak-proof wall that prevents body fluid from leaking to the side. Core material A pocket-shaped recess 82 is formed in the crotch region 8 where 36 is a bottom portion that absorbs body fluid. That is, in this diaper 1, the central part Core material 36 and side Core material When the absorbent part 3 consisting of 37 is applied to the pant-type diaper 1, when the diaper 1 is worn, the recesses 82 are automatically formed without causing large wrinkles in the core material 33. When the diaper 1 is for adults, the recess 82 serves as a space for temporarily storing a large amount of urine excreted at a time until the core material 33 absorbs the urine. Useful. Central part as shown Core material 36 and side Core material 37 is connected to the central part 40 by the continuous part 40 Core material 36 side fluid absorbed by Core material 37 can be diffused. Central part Core material 36 and side Core material 37 is connected to the central part between the stage of manufacturing the diaper 1 and the stage of use. Core material Side to 36 Core material The position of 37 can be kept constant. Center Core material 36 and side Core material It is possible to produce a diaper with the 37 completely disconnected, Core material Since 37 is relatively small, it is Core material When separated from 36, it is easy to move and it is difficult to keep the entire shape of the core material 33 constant. Central part like the diaper 1 according to the present invention Core material 36 and side Core material If the absorbing portion 3 is partially connected to 37, it is not necessary to positively join the top sheet 31 and the back sheet 32 at the slits 38 and 39.
