Claims (3)
- 1つの軸線周りに間隔を空けて配置されると共に、各々当該軸線方向に互いに対抗する2つの端部を有する複数の羽根部材と、
前記羽根部材の前記端部にそれぞれ仮組み可能な2つの支持板とを用い、
前記羽根部材と前記支持板それぞれとを仮組みし、前記支持板の一方に振動エネルギを与えつつ圧力を加えて前記支持板の他方と共に前記羽根部材を挟み込むように前記支持板それぞれを前記複数の羽根部材に溶着させてなる遠心ファンの製造方法であって、
前記羽根部材と前記支持板それぞれとを仮組みするに当たり、
前記一方の支持板に形成した当該支持板を貫通する貫通孔に、
この貫通孔と対向する、前記羽根部材の前記端部の一方に一体に形成した突起を貫通させて、当該突起の先端を前記一方の支持板から露出させ、
次いで、前記支持板それぞれを前記複数の羽根部材に溶着させるに当たり、
前記突起の先端に振動エネルギを与えつつ圧力を加えて、前記一方の支持板から遠い前記他方の支持板と、前記羽根部材の前記端部の他方とを溶着させると同時に、又は、溶着させた後に、前記突起の先端に振動エネルギを与えつつ圧力を加えて、前記突起を溶融させて当該突起の先端を前記一方の支持板に溶着させ、更に、前記一方の支持板に振動エネルギを与えつつ圧力を加えて当該一方の支持板と前記羽根部材の前記一方の端部とを溶着させることを特徴とする遠心ファンの製造方法。 - 前記一方の支持板における前記貫通孔の開口縁部に沿って切り欠いた段部を形成し、当該段部に、前記突起から溶融変形した部分を埋設することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心ファンの製造方法。
- 前記突起の先端に溝部を形成し、当該溝部を起点に前記突起の溶融変形を拡大させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の遠心ファンの製造方法。
