【発明の属する技術分野】
本願の発明は、中空容器内に収容した洗剤やシャンプー等の液体を注出するのに往復動式の注出ポンプからなる液体注出装置を用いた中空容器に係わるもので、中でも、注出ポンプのピストンを手動により上下動させて注出する縦型の液体注出装置を備えた液体注出容器に於いて、移送中に不用意に内溶液が吐出したり、不正に開封されたりするのを防止した液体注出容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から洗剤やシャンプーあるいは種々の化粧品等の溶液が収容された中空容器から内容液を注出して使用するには、中空容器の口頸部に装着した注出装置を手動操作により内容液を注出していた。
このような液体注出装置は、容器本体の口頸部に螺着した筒状蓋体を貫通して容器内へ垂設させたシリンダ体からなる吸引部と、該シリンダ体の内部にピストンを上下動させる作動部材とからポンプ本体が構成されていて、前記作動部材を付勢部材により上下動せしめることにより容器内に収容された液体を前記シリンダの下端部に設けた吸い込み弁を介してシリンダ内に吸い上げて、該シリンダ内で加圧してからシリンダの上端部に設けた吐出弁と噴射ヘッド部を介して噴射ノズルから外部へ注出するようにしたものが広く使用されている。

上記のような液体注出装置は、前記作動部材を上下動させるための操作機構の違いから二つの形式の注出装置に大別されるが、一つは実開平1−78548号公報や実公昭63−2119号公報に記載するように噴射ヘッド部を手先で直接に押圧して上下動操作せしめる縦型の往復動式の注出ポンプであり、もう一つは実公昭60−26853号公報や特公昭61−141号公報等に記載するようにレバーを指先により引き寄せることにより上下動操作させるトリガー式の注出ポンプであるが、構造が簡単で製造コストを低く抑えることができて、シャンプーや種々の化粧品等の粘性の高い溶液に適している縦型の往復動式の注出ポンプが多用されている。

従来から多用されている縦型の往復動ポンプの一般的なものは、図9に示すように、容器本体32の口頸部32aに螺着した蓋体33により容器内に垂設するシリンダ35の下端部に形成された弁座35bにボール35aが密着するように設けて吸い込み弁を形成して、前記シリンダ内には上下動可能に嵌合した筒状ピストン36aを有するステム36の上端部に形成された弁座36bにボール36cが密着するように設けて吐出弁を形成してポンプ本体を形成すると共に、前記ステム上端部に押圧ヘッド部38aと噴射ノズル37とを有する噴射ヘッド38を嵌合、固定して注出ポンプ31を形成したものである。

このような構造をした注出ポンプ31は、押圧ヘッド部38aをスプリング39の弾性力に抗して押圧操作すると、ステム36が下方へ変位してシリンダ35内に充満している内溶液を加圧すると共に、吸い込み弁のボール35aがシリンダ下端の開口部を閉じるので、加圧された内溶液は吐出弁のボール36cを押し上げて開口して噴射ノズル37から吐出される。
そして、押圧ヘッド部38aの押圧操作を停止すると、噴射ヘッド38はスプリングの弾性復元力により元の位置に復帰して、吐出弁のボール36cがステム上端部の吐出路を閉じるので、シリンダ35内が負圧となって容器内の溶液をシリンダ内に吸い上げて、次の噴射操作に備える構成になっている。

このようにボール弁を用いた注出装置を備えた液体容器は、簡単な構造をして故障もなくて、使用時の開閉動作がスムーズであり、移送時の不使用時には、押圧ヘッド部を下死点まで押し込んで、ステム上端部に設けたネジ部36dを蓋体に螺合、固定して、不用意または悪戯により押圧ヘッド部が押し下げられて内溶液が外部に注出するのを防止していた。
しかし、このような手段では、押圧ヘッド部を回して戻せば注出可能になるので、不正な操作を防ぐためには、押圧ヘッド部を蓋体に作動不能な状態に別部材で固定することが必要であり、また、押圧ヘッド部を不死点まで押し下げて長時間固定しておくと、スプリングの弾性復元力を損なう恐れがあった。

そこで、このような問題点をなくして、前記押圧ヘッド部を上死点に於いて作動不能に固定するようにしたものが、特開2001−233373号公報に提案されている。
上記の発明は、図7に示すように、液体注出装置を内容液を収容した容器21の口頸部21aに螺着した筒状蓋体22を貫通して設けて、容器内に垂設された注出シリンダ23の作動部材を上下動させるステム24の外周部に、前記蓋体22と薄肉部を介して切り離し可能に一体に形成されたバージンシール体25を設けて、押圧ヘッド部26を作動不能に固定したものである。

本願発明の先行技術例となる上記の発明は、バージンシール体25が注出容器の外側に設けられているので、悪戯や不用意で切り離されてしまったりすると、何らかの原因で押圧ヘッド26が降下して内容液が吐出することがあるので、そのような事態を避けるために、注出容器の注出シリンダ23内の吐出弁部に弁シール体27を設けて開閉状態となして、二重に完全性を確保するように形成したものである。
そして、前記発明は、加圧室と吐出路とを仕切る吐出弁部分に設けた弁シール体27が、図7に示すように、弁部分は一部を残して薄肉部27bを介して周りが弁座27aに連結されて、未使用時には密閉状態に保持されており、シリンダ下部に設けられた吸入弁28に上方に延設された突き棒28aで突き上げて容易に切り離し可能に形成されている。

上記のように形成された注出容器は、使用するに際しては、摘まみ25aを掴んで引っ張ると、バージンシール体25は蓋体22から簡単に分離されるので、図8に示すように、シリンダ内に設けられたスプリング29の弾性力に抗して押圧ヘッド26を手で押圧して下死点まで押し下げると、前記弁シール体27は前記吸入弁の突き棒28aにより下方から強く押し上げられるので、薄肉部27bが破断して肉厚部分が折れ曲がって弁部が上方へ押し上げられて弁シール体27は開口するが、弁部が弁座27aから完全に分離されることはない。
そこで、図7に示すように押圧されていた押圧ヘッドを手放すと、スプリング29の弾性力により押圧ヘッド26が押し上げられて元の位置に戻り、シリンダ23の加圧室内の圧力が低下するので、下部の吸入弁28が開いて吸い上げ管を通して内容液がシリンダー内に吸入される。
そして、再び押圧ヘッド26を押圧すると、加圧室内の圧力が高まって内容液が弁シール体27の開口を押し開いて、ノズル先端の開口部から内容液を吐出させて注出することができる。

このように、上記した発明の注出容器は、不正または不用意に押圧ヘッド26が押圧されて、内容液が注出することがないようにするために、注出操作をするステム24部分にバージンシール体25を設けて、押圧ヘッドが降下できないようすると共に、加圧室と吐出路とを仕切る部分に弁シール体27を設けて、内溶液を簡単には吸引できないようにして、二重に安全機構を設けて不正な開封操作を防止する構造としたので、商品が使用されたものかどうかが一目でわかり、簡単に商品の品質を保証することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した発明の注出装置のシリンダ内の吐出弁の部分に薄肉の弁シール体を設けておいて、該弁シール体を突き棒により突き破って開口するようにしたので、破れた破片が弁の密封性を阻害したり、内溶液に混ざって一緒に注出される可能性があるので、品質の低下につながる恐れもあり、また、弁シール体を突き破るためには、突き棒はある程度の長さを必要とするので、注出装置の構造がやや複雑なり、また、加圧するシリンダ部分を短くすることができない。

そこで、本願発明は、従来のボール弁からなる吐出弁を用いた注出装置と上記発明のそれぞれの良い点を組み合わせて、上記のような問題点を改善することにより、吐出弁を突き破らなくても開閉可能で、弁体の密封性を損なうことがなくて、注出される内容液には異物が混入する恐れがなくて、また、注出装置のシリンダ部分を短くすることができて、吸い込み弁及び吐出弁を簡単な構造にして、注出ポンプの組み立て作業が簡単に行うことができて、安価に製造できるようにした注出装置を用いた注出容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願の発明は、上記したような目的を達成するために、前記した二重の安全機構を備えた注出装置にボール弁からなる吐出弁を用いることにより、従来の注出装置に勝る発明を創案したもので、溶液を収容する中空の容器本体の口頸部に螺着する円筒状の蓋体の天板を貫通してシリンダを容器内に垂設して固定すると共に、前記シリンダの底部に棒状の弁部材からなる吸い込み弁を設けて注出ポンプ本体を形成して、下端外周部にピストンを周設すると共に内周部に吐出弁を設けた筒状体を前記シリンダ内に摺動可能に嵌合せしめて、筒状体の上端部を前記シリンダの上端開口部より上方に突出せしめてステムを形成して、前記ステムの上端部に噴射ノズルを有する噴射ヘッドを嵌着して押圧操作により往復動を可能にして形成した液体注出装置に於いて、前記ステムの上端外周面に噴射ヘッドの降下を阻止するための円筒状のストッパーを、前記蓋体または噴射ヘッドに切除可能な薄肉部を介して一体に成形して設ける。
そして、前記液体注出装置に於ける吐出弁を、ボール弁を用いた弁座に設けた円筒部にボールを着脱可能に密着せしめるように形成すると共に、前記吸い込み弁に前記ボール弁を押し上げ可能な棒状の弁部材を突設して前記液体注出装置を構成する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本願発明は、容器本体の口頸部に螺着可能に形成した円筒状の蓋体の天板部を貫通してシリンダを容器本体内に垂設した状態に固定すると共に、該シリンダの下端内部には開口部を開閉する吸い込み弁を設けて注出ポンプ本体を構成して、下端外周部にピストンを周設すると共に内周部に吐出弁を設けてなる筒状体を、前記シリンダ内に上下動可能に嵌合せしめて、その上端部をシリンダの上端開口部より上方に突出せしめてステムを形成して、該ステムの上端部に噴射ノズルを有する噴射ヘッドを嵌着して押圧操作により往復動を可能に形成した液体注出装置を構成する。

そして、前記シリンダの下端内部に設けた吸い込み弁は3点支持弁からなる棒状の弁部材で形成して、前記ステム内に設けた吐出弁はボール弁で形成すると共に筒状弁座の円筒部にボールを着脱可能に嵌着、固定できるように形成して、前記吸い込み弁と吐出弁との間に上方へ付勢するようにしてコイルスプリングを設けて、前記噴射ヘッドを上下動可能となして、前記ステムの上端部に設けたストッパーを切除可能に噴射ヘッドと一体にした液体注出装置を形成する。
上記のように形成した液体注出装置を内溶液を収容した容器本体の口頸部に螺合、固定して液体注出容器を構成して、前記噴射ヘッドを押圧操作することにより噴射ヘッドの噴射ノズルから容器内の溶液を注出せしめて使用に供することができる。

【実施例】
以下に、本願発明の実施の形態について、最適な一つの実施例に基づいて図面を参照しつつ説明する。
本願発明は、図1および図2に示すように、容器本体1の口頸部1aに螺着可能に形成した円筒状蓋体2の天板2aの開口部にシリンダ3を貫通せしめて容器本体内に垂設して固定すると共に、前記シリンダの下端内部には開口部を開閉する棒状の弁部材からなる吸い込み弁4を設けて注出ポンプ本体を構成する。
そして、下端外周部にはピストン5を周設すると共に内周部にはボール弁6aからなる吐出弁6を設けた筒状体7を、前記シリンダ3内に上下方向に摺動可能に嵌合せしめると共に、その上端部をシリンダの上端開口部より上方に突出せしめてステム8を形成して、該ステムの上端部に噴射ノズル9aを設けた噴射ヘッド9を嵌着して、押圧操作により往復動せしめて注出可能に形成した液体注出装置を構成する。

そして、上記のように形成した液体注出装置の前記ステム8の上端部分の外周面を覆う筒状のストッパー11を、ミシン目または薄肉部等の弱化部11bを介して切除可能に前記噴射ヘッド9と一体に形成すると共に、前記ストッパーの側面には摘まみ片12を設けて容易に分離可能に形成して、前記噴射ヘッド9の降下を阻止するように形成する。
また、前記シリンダ3の下端内部に設けてなる吸い込み弁4は、図4に示すように、吸い上げ管を連結した吸入口を開閉する3点支持の弁体4aを設けてなる環状の弁体基部4bに、前記吐出弁6のボール弁を押し上げ可能に棒状の弁部材4cを突設して形成すると共に、前記ステム内に設けてなる吐出弁6は、ボール弁6aを円筒状の弁座6bの先端の円筒部6c内に着脱可能に嵌着せしめて形成して、前記吸い込み弁4と吐出弁6との間には上方へ付勢するようにコイルスプリング10を設けて、前記噴射ヘッド9を上下動可能にした液体注出装置を形成する。

上記のように形成された液体注出装置は、内溶液を収容した容器本体1の口頸部1aに螺合、固定されて、前記噴射ヘッド9を押圧操作をすることにより噴射ノズル9aから容器内の溶液を注出可能にした液体注出容器に構成される。
上記のように構成された液体注出容器は、使用するに際して、前記ストッパー11の摘まみ片12を掴んで引っ張ると、ミシン目や薄肉部等の弱化部11bが破断してストッパー11はステム8および蓋体2から簡単に切除されて、噴射ヘッド9を押圧操作ができるようになる。

そこで、前記噴射ヘッド9を押圧すると、図3に示すように、ステム8と一緒にピストン5が降下して、内部の吐出弁6は吸い込み弁4の先端部に達するので、前記吸い込み弁4の上方に突出した棒状の弁部材4cの先端部が、吐出弁6の弁座の円筒6c内に突入して、嵌着されているボール弁6aを吐出弁の円筒内へ押し上げるので、ボール弁は吐出路内に移動して円筒状の弁座6bのテーパー面に着座して開閉弁として作動するようになる。

更に、上記した実施例に於いては、液体注出装置の噴射ヘッド9の不用意な降下を阻止するために、ステム8の上端部分の外周面に設けるストッパー11を、弱化部11bを介して切除可能に噴射ヘッド9側と一体にして設けて、バージンシールの作用をするように形成したが、本願発明は、このように形成したものに限定されるものではなくて、図5に示すように、前記ストッパーを、蓋体2側に薄肉部11bを介して切除可能にして連結したストッパー11aに形成してバージンシールとすることもできる。

そして、図5に示すように形成した実施例に於いては、ステム8の上端部分の外周面に設けたストッパー11aを蓋体2側に切除可能に連結して、バージンシールを備えた構造の注出容器に形成されているが、その他を構成する蓋体2、シリンダ3、ステム8、吸い込み弁4、吐出弁6、噴射ヘッド9等の構造は、第一実施例の注出装置と同じであるから説明は省略する。
このような構成をした注出装置を備えた液体注出装置を使用する際しては、先に示した実施例の場合と同じように、前記ストッパー11の摘まみ片12を掴んで引っ張ると、ミシン目や薄肉部等の弱化部11bが破断してストッパー11はステム8および蓋体2から簡単に切除されて、図6に示すような状態になるので、噴射ヘッド9を押圧操作して内溶液を注出することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上、説明したように、本願発明は、蓋体と噴射ヘッドの間のステム部分に噴射ヘッドの降下を阻止するバージンシールを設けたので、使用したものか、未使用のものかが黙視により簡単に判別することが可能である。
また、内溶液の不用意な吐出を防止するための吐出弁にボール弁を用いて、ボール弁を円筒状の弁座の円筒部内に着脱可能に嵌着したので、破片が発生して内溶液に混入したり、弁部の密封性が阻害されたりする恐れがない。
そして、シリンダ底部に設けた吸い込み弁には、3点支持の弁体からなる平らな弁を用いたので、加圧室を短くして、シリンダの長さを短縮した小型の注出装置を備えた液体注出容器を形成することが可能になる。
