Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to gaming machines such as pachinko machines and arrange balls.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional example will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view showing the relationship between a game board and a glass plate of a pachinko machine. The pachinko machine has a gaming machine body (not shown) in which a gaming board 107 having a gaming board surface 107a on the front surface is fixed, and a front side of the gaming machine body via a hinge mechanism (not shown). 13 is provided with a front door body 120 that is openable on the left side. The front door 120 supports two glass plates 132 that can be seen through (that is, right and left in FIG. 13) via a glass plate mounting frame 126. By closing the front door 120 (see FIG. 13), the player in front of the game board 107 can see the game board surface 107a through both glass plates 132.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, each glass plate 132 is supported by the glass plate mounting frame 126 by inserting a peripheral edge into each mounting groove 126 a inside and outside the glass plate mounting frame 126. Further, the groove width 126w of each mounting groove 126a is set to a dimension obtained by adding a predetermined clearance C to the plate thickness 132t of the glass plate 132 in consideration of the insertion workability of the glass plate 132 and the like.
[0004]
Accordingly, each glass plate 132 is so-called rattling that causes “rattle” in the front-rear direction, that is, the thickness direction (left-right direction in FIG. 13) within the range of the clearance C. Therefore, when the front door 120 is closed, the gaming board surface 107a of the gaming board 107 and the inner glass board 132 when the front door 120 is closed due to the rattling of the inner glass board (referred to as the inner glass board) 132 facing the glass board 132, particularly the gaming board surface 107a. The distance d between and will change.
[0005]
Further, the glass plate mounting frame 126 rattles due to rattling in the front door hinge mechanism (see reference numeral 22 in FIG. 1) that attaches the front door 120 to the gaming machine main body so as to be opened and closed. Also by this, the distance d (see FIG. 13) between the game board surface 107a of the game board 107 and the inner glass plate 132 is different for each pachinko machine, or even on the same board, There was a difference between the upper part and the lower part. Further, the glass plate mounting frame 126 is also rattled by the backlash of the locking device (see reference numeral 24 in FIG. 1) of the front door 120 and the influence of an unskilled person pulling the front door 120. Therefore, it is difficult to keep the distance d (see FIG. 13) between the game board surface 107a of the game board 107 and the inner glass plate 132 constant.
[0006]
The distance d between the game board surface 107a of the game board 107 and the inner glass plate 132 is usually set to a dimension determined by experience, tests, or the like. For example, when the ball diameter of the game ball so-called pachinko ball B is 11 mm and the maximum height of a nail 117 (also referred to as a guide nail) 117 protruding from the game board surface 107a is 18 mm, the distance d is the reference The value is set to 19 mm, for example. In this case, the flow of the pachinko sphere B becomes unstable if the distance d is too small or less than the reference value 19 mm. For example, when the distance d is too small, the frequency with which the pachinko sphere B hits the inner glass plate 132 increases. On the other hand, if it is too large, a so-called “ball biting phenomenon” in which the pachinko ball B is clogged on the game board surface 107a is likely to occur. When such a ball biting phenomenon is severe, the game is forced to be interrupted, so it is important to keep the distance d constant.
[0007]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a gaming machine capable of keeping the distance between the gaming board surface of the gaming board and the see-through board constant.
[0008]

[0009]
According to the gaming machine of the present invention, the front side of the base frame is opened and closed by the front door body that supports the see-through plate through the see-through plate mounting frame. Further, by closing the front door, the game board surface of the game board can be seen through the see-through board. By the way, at the time of closing the front door body, the game board moves using the elastic deformation of the elastic piece of the back set member, and the game board and the see-through board abut indirectly through the spacer member and the convex portion. By matching, the distance between the game board surface of the game board and the see-through board can be kept constant.
[0010]
Further, according to the gaming machine of the present invention, the back set member is closed after the game board is fitted into the game board mounting frame provided in the base frame from the rear side. Accordingly, the game board is set in a state of being fitted in the game board mounting frame, and the game board is biased by the elasticity of the elastic piece. In addition, when the back set member is opened, the game board can be attached to and detached from the game board mounting frame, and the bias of the elastic piece to the game board is released.
[0011]

A back set member 40 surrounding a control box device (not shown) on the rear surface of the game board 7 is supported on the base frame 5 via a back set hinge mechanism (not shown) so as to be opened and closed on the rear surface side. Yes. On the back surface of the back set member 40, a ball tank 45, a ball guide rod 46, a ball payout device 48, and the like are arranged from the upper part to the lower part. The main portion of the back set member 40 is formed by, for example, resin molding.
[0017]
The game board mounting frame 9 is provided with a plurality of fasteners 44 for holding the back set member 40 in a closed state. The fastening tool 44 fastens and holds the back set member 40 in a closed state on the game board mounting frame 9. At the same time, the game board 7 is set in the game board mounting frame 9. Conversely, the back set member 40 can be opened by releasing the tightening of the fastening tool 44 with respect to the back set member 40. In a state where the back set member 40 is opened, the game board 7 can be attached to and detached from the game board mounting frame 9.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1, a front plate 11 is supported at the lower part of the base frame 5 via a hinge mechanism (not shown) so that it can be rotated, that is, can be opened and closed on the front side of the base frame 5. On the back surface of the front plate 11, a lock fitting 12 that holds the front plate 11 in a closed state with respect to the base frame 5 is disposed. An upper plate 13 is provided on the front surface of the front plate 11. In addition, a ball launching handle device 14, a lower plate 15, and the like are provided at the lower end of the base frame 5.
[0019]
Next, the front door body 20 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the front door 20 can be rotated with respect to the base frame 5 via a front door hinge mechanism 22, that is, can be opened and closed on the front side of the base frame 5 of the gaming machine body 2. It is supported. The front door body 20 includes, for example, a metal door support 21 and a resin door decoration body 35, for example. The front door hinge mechanism 22 is disposed on the door support 21.
[0020]
A substantially circular opening window 23 capable of exposing the game area of the game board surface 7 a of the game board 7 is formed at the center of the door support 21. A front door locking device 24 is mounted on the back surface of the door support 21 on the free end side. For example, a total of three upper and lower door locking hooks 25, which are slidable in the vertical direction, are assembled to the front door locking device 24. When the front door body 20 is closed with respect to the base frame 5, the door locking hooks 25 of the front door body locking device 24 are engaged with the engagement holes 5 a formed in the base frame 5. 5, the front door 20 is locked in a closed state. In addition, by inserting a key (not shown) into the key hole 5b provided in the base frame 5 and rotating the key, the engagement of the door locking hook 25 with the engagement hole 5a is released. Can be unlocked.
[0021]
A glass plate mounting frame 26 is disposed on the back surface of the door support 21. The glass plate mounting frame 26 includes a metal lower frame member 27 extending in the left-right direction below the opening window 23, and left and right metal side frame members 28 extending upward from both left and right ends of the lower frame member 27, An upper frame member 29 is provided between upper end portions of the both side frame members 28. 3 is a front view of the pachinko machine 1 with the front door body omitted, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line IV-IV in FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line VV in FIG. .
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 4, the lower frame member 27 of the glass plate mounting frame 26 has two mounting grooves 27a inside and outside (that is, left and right in FIG. 4). As shown in FIG. 5, the both side frame members 28 of the glass plate mounting frame 26 are formed with two mounting grooves 28a on the inside and outside (that is, up and down in FIG. 5). Moreover, the upper-end opening part between the both frame materials 28 (refer FIG. 5) becomes the glass plate insertion port 39 opened and closed by the upper frame material 29 (after-mentioned), as shown in FIG.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the glass plate mounting frame 26 supports two transparent glass plates 32, which are formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape, in front and rear. That is, in the state where the upper frame member 29 (described later) shown in FIG. 4 is opened and the glass plate insertion port 39 is opened, the left and right side edges of each glass plate 32 extend from the glass plate insertion port 39 to both sides. The glass plate 32 is inserted into each mounting groove 28 a (see FIG. 5) of the frame material 28, and the lower edge portion of each glass plate 32 is inserted into each mounting groove 27 a (see FIG. 4) of the lower frame material 27. Each glass plate 32 is, for example, a colorless and transparent glass plate 32, but can be replaced with a resin-made transparent plate material. The glass plate 32 corresponds to a “perspective plate” in this specification, and the glass plate mounting frame 26 corresponds to a “perspective plate mounting frame” in this specification. Further, the glass plate 32 disposed on the rear side, that is, the game board side (left side in FIG. 4) is referred to as “inner glass plate”, and the glass plate 32 disposed on the front side, that is, the anti-game board side (right side in FIG. 4). It is called “outer glass plate”.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 1, a resin upper frame material 29 that opens and closes the glass plate insertion port 39 is provided at the upper end portion of both side frame members 28 of the glass plate mounting frame 26. Since the upper frame member 29 is provided symmetrically with respect to the both side frame members 28 of the glass plate mounting frame 26, the left side portion will be described, and the description of the right side portion will be omitted. FIG. 6 is a left side view showing the upper frame body of the glass plate mounting frame in a partially broken view.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 6, support pins 31 protrude from the outer surface of the upper end portion of the side frame member 28. On the other hand, arm pieces 30 having elongated slide holes 30a are provided at both left and right ends of the upper frame member 29. The slide hole 30a of the arm piece 30 is engaged with the support pin 31 so as to be slidable and rotatable. Further, the upper frame member 29 is formed with respective mounting grooves 29a that are continuous with the respective mounting grooves 28a of the both side frame members 28 (see FIG. 4).
[0026]
When the upper frame member 29 is disposed at the closed position indicated by the solid line 29 in FIG. 6, the glass plate insertion slot 39 is closed, and the glass plate mounting frame 26 is fitted with the mounting grooves 29 a on the glass plates 32. Accept the edge (see FIG. 4). Further, the upper frame member 29 is slid and pulled up as shown by a two-dot chain line 29 (1) in FIG. 6, and then rotated around the support pin 31 and shown by a two-dot chain line 29 (2) in FIG. Place in the open position. Thereby, the said glass plate insertion slot 39 can be open | released. In this state, each glass plate 32 can be inserted into and removed from the glass plate mounting frame 26 through the glass plate insertion slot 39.
[0027]
As described above, the front door body 20 that supports the two glass plates 32 via the glass plate mounting frame 26 is closed to the gaming machine main body 2 (see FIG. 1), whereby the gaming board surface 7a of the gaming board 7 is obtained. Becomes visible through the two glass plates 32 (see FIGS. 4 and 5). For this reason, the player in front of the game board 7 can see the game board surface 7a through both glass plates 32.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the door decoration body 35 in the front door body 20 is attached to the front surface side of the door support body 21. The door decoration body 35 is disposed so as to surround the opening window 23 (see FIG. 1) of the door support 21. The door decoration body 35 is provided with an uneven decoration on the surface side.
[0029]
Next, the configuration of the main part of the pachinko machine 1 described above will be described. FIG. 7 is a side sectional view showing the relationship between the game board of the pachinko machine, the glass plate, and the spacer member, FIG. 8 is a sectional view showing the main part when the front door is closed, and FIG. 9 is when the front door is opened. It is sectional drawing which shows the principal part. 4 and FIG. 5, the groove widths (widths in the front-rear direction) of the mounting grooves 27a, 28a, 29a of the frame members 27, 28, 29 in the glass plate mounting frame 26 shown in FIG. Refer to FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, the mounting groove width 26W of each mounting groove in the glass plate mounting frame 26 is obtained by adding a predetermined clearance C to the plate thickness 32t of the glass plate 32 in consideration of the insertion workability of the glass plate 32 and the like. The dimensions are set.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 9, the gaming board 7 is fitted into the gaming board mounting frame 9 from the rear side, and the gaming board surface 7a is in surface contact with the stepped surface 9a of the gaming board mounting frame 9 when fitted. By abutting, the forward movement is restricted. Further, as described above, the game board 7 is set in a state of being fitted into the game board mounting frame 9 by closing the back set member 40 with respect to the game board mounting frame 9.
[0031]
FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing the main part when the back set member is opened, and FIG. 11 is a rear view of the back set member. As shown in FIG. 11, the back set member 40 is integrally formed with, for example, a total of three upper and lower elastic pieces 42 corresponding to the left and right side ends of the game board 7. The back set member 40 corresponds to a “back side door body” in this specification.
[0032]
As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 12, each elastic piece 42 has a base portion 42a protruding downward from the upper edge portion of the substantially square opening hole 41 formed in the back set member 40, and a lower end of the base portion 42a. It has an inclined portion 42b that protrudes in a downwardly inclined manner from the front portion, and a presser portion 42c that protrudes downward from the lower end portion of the inclined portion 42b. The elastic piece 42 is formed so as to be elastically deformable in the tilt direction, as indicated by a two-dot chain line 42 in FIG. Moreover, the opening hole 41 of the back set member 40 is a punched hole formed by a mold portion for forming the elastic piece 42 in the resin molding die.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 10, the back set member 40 is closed with respect to the game board mounting frame 9 in a state where the game board 7 is fitted into the game board mounting frame 9. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the pressing portion 42 c of the elastic piece 42 of the back set member 40 elastically abuts against the rear surface, that is, the back surface of the game board 7. Thereby, the game board 7 is urged by the elasticity of the elastic piece 42 of the back set member 40 so that the game board surface 7a comes into contact with the stepped surface 9a of the game board mounting frame 9 in a surface contact state, and Using the elastic deformation of the elastic piece 42, the elastic piece 42 is supported so as to be movable with a predetermined amount of movement in the thickness direction, that is, rearward. Thus, the elastic piece 42 of the back set member 40 supports the game board 7 in a floating manner with respect to the game board mounting frame 9. The elastic piece 42 corresponds to “elastic means” in this specification.
[0034]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 7, a portion of the gaming board surface 7a of the gaming board 7 that is concealed by the front door body 20 (see FIG. 7), that is, a portion outside the gaming area is substantially plate-like. The spacer member 50 is provided. In the case of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, two spacer members 50 are arranged on the left and right and one on the right and the upper and lower are continuous.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 3, one or two substantially hemispherical convex portions 51 (see FIG. 9) protrude from the front surface 50 a of each spacer member 50. A total of four convex portions 51 corresponding to the upper left portion, the lower left portion, the upper right portion, and the lower right portion of the inner glass plate 32 are set. As shown in FIG. 8, the thickness 50t (see FIG. 9) including the convex portion 51 of the spacer member 50 is such that the game board surface 7a of the game board 7 and the inner glass plate 32 are closed when the front door 20 is closed. The dimension is set to meet a predetermined distance d.
[0036]
In the gaming board 7 described above, when the front door 20 is closed from the open state shown in FIG. 9 as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the inner glass plate is formed on the convex portion 51 (see FIG. 8) of each spacer member 50. 32 (specifically, the rear side surface of the right glass plate 32 in FIG. 8) abuts. Further, the inner glass plate 32 has a groove wall on the front side (reference numeral 29a1 in FIG. 8) in a mounting groove (for example, a mounting groove 29a of the upper frame material 29) on the rear side (right side in FIG. 8) of the glass plate mounting frame 26. To be abutted). Thereafter, the game board 7 is pushed rearward (rightward in FIG. 8) by utilizing the elastic deformation of the elastic piece 42 of the back set member 40. At this time, the game board surface 7 a of the game board 7 is separated from the step surface 9 a of the game board mounting frame 9.
[0037]
Thus, as shown in FIG. 8, the game board 7 and the inner glass plate 32 abut against each other via the spacer member 50 by utilizing the elastic deformation of the elastic piece 42 of the back set member 40. Thereby, the distance d between the game board surface 7a of the game board 7 and the inner glass plate 32 can be kept constant over the whole board surface. The distance d can be kept substantially constant within the range of the movement amount of the game board 7. Therefore, the flow of the pachinko ball B between the game board surface 7a of the game board 7 and the inner glass plate 32 can be stabilized. As a result, an increase in the frequency with which the pachinko ball B hits the glass plate 32 and a ball biting phenomenon. It is possible to prevent problems such as the occurrence of
[0038]
Further, when the back set member 40 that opens and closes the rear surface side of the base frame 5 of the gaming machine main body 2 is closed (see FIG. 9), the gaming board 7 is biased by the elasticity of the elastic piece 42. Further, when the back set member 40 is opened (see FIGS. 2 and 10), the bias of the elastic piece 42 (see FIG. 11) with respect to the game board 7 is released. Therefore, the biasing of the elastic piece 42 with respect to the game board 7 and the release of the biasing can be easily performed using the closing operation and the opening operation of the back set member 40.
[0039]
Further, after the gaming board 7 is fitted into the gaming board mounting frame 9 provided in the gaming machine main body 2 from the rear side (see FIGS. 2 and 10), the back set member 40 is closed (see FIG. 9). Thereby, the game board 7 is set in a state of being fitted in the game board mounting frame 9 and the game board 7 is biased by the elasticity of the elastic piece 42. In addition, when the back set member 40 is opened (see FIGS. 2 and 10), the game board 7 can be attached to and detached from the game board mounting frame 9, and the bias of the elastic piece 42 to the game board 7 is released.
[0040]
Further, since the elastic piece 42 is integrally formed on the back set member 40 (see FIG. 12), the number of parts and the number of assembling steps applied to the elastic piece 42 can be reduced.
[0041]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and can be modified without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, the present invention can be applied to gaming machines other than the pachinko machine 1. Further, the number of fluoroscopic plates supported by the fluoroscopic plate support frame may be one or three or more. Further, the spacer member 50 (see FIG. 9) can be provided on the inner glass plate 32 instead of the game board 7. The spacer member 50 can also be provided on both the game board 7 and the inner glass plate 32. Further, the elastic means can be configured by assembling the back set member 40 with a resin, metal or rubber elastic member having an elastic piece 42 formed separately from the back set member 40. Further, the elastic piece 42 can be provided on the game board 7 or the game board mounting frame 9 instead of the back set member 40.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when the front door is closed, the game board moves using the elastic deformation of the elastic piece of the back set member, and the game board and the see-through board are protruded from the spacer member. The distance between the game board surface of the game board and the see-through board can be kept constant by making contact indirectly through the section.
