Description
改良された炭化水素回収のための一体化したプロセスを開示する。本プロセスは、炭化水素合成に使用する富メタン流を単離することを必須とする。富メタン流は天然ガス源からの鉱井ガスから誘導される。鉱井ガスは、エタン、LPG流(主としてC3〜C5炭化水素を含む)及び任意選択的にC5+流(「鉱井ガス凝縮物」)を含むこともできる。富メタン流は、LPG流と共に第1分離ゾーンで単離される。第1分離ゾーンでの分離の前又は後のいずれかで、1つ以上の流を水素化転化反応ゾーン中で処理してそれに含まれる硫黄化合物を除去することができる。
改良された炭化水素回収のための一体化したプロセスを開示する。この方法では、富メタン留分及び好ましくはLPG留分が鉱井ガスから単離される。メタンは合成ガスに転化され、次いで炭化水素合成条件、好ましくはフィッシャー−トロプシュ合成に供される。炭化水素合成からのC4−留分は、合成ガスへ、そして最終的にはより高分子量炭化水素へ転化するための追加のメタンを発生させるため、また、任意選択的に追加のLPG留分を発生させるために使用することができる。炭化水素合成からの1つ以上の液体留分は、次いで燃料生成物に有用な組成物及び追加のC1〜C4留分を生産するために水素化転化条件に供することが好ましい。追加のC1〜C4留分もまた第1分離ゾーンに送り、炭化水素合成からC1〜C4留分への場合と同様の仕方で処理することができる。
Claims (22)
- 天然ガス資源からの改良された炭化水素回収のための方法であって、
a)富メタン留分を合成ガスに転化するステップ、
b)前記合成ガスを炭化水素合成に供し、そこから少なくとも1つのC 1 −C 4 軽質生成物流を単離するステップ、
c)前記C 1 −C 4 軽質生成物流と鉱井ガスを混合して混合流を生成するステップ、及び
d)前記ステップ(c)の混合流を分離ゾーン中で分離し、前記ステップ(a)の富メタン留分及び軽質炭化水素留分を単離するステップ
を含む、上記方法。 - 前記炭化水素合成から回収されるC 1 −C 4 軽質生成物流が、第1富メタン留分及び第1軽質炭化水素留分を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鉱井ガスが、第2富メタン留分及び第2軽質炭化水素留分を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素合成からC 5+ 炭化水素優位生成物を単離するステップ、及びそのC 5+ 炭化水素優位生成物を水素化転化条件に供して前記軽質生成物流を製造するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素合成からの生成物を第2分離ゾーンで分離して、少なくとも前記C 5+ 炭化水素生成物を製造する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記富メタン留分及び軽質炭化水素留分を処理して、硫黄含有化合物を除去する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- C 1 −C 4 軽質生成物流及びC 5+ 炭化水素生成物が前記炭化水素合成から単離される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記C 1 −C 4 軽質生成物流がオレフィン及びパラフィンを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素合成からのC 1 −C 4 軽質生成物流を処理して、そのオレフィンの少なくとも一部をパラフィンに還元する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記処理が前記分離ゾーンの通過前又は後に行われる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素合成から低沸点液体留分及び高沸点ワックス留分を単離するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記低沸点液体留分の少なくとも一部及び前記高沸点ワックス留分の少なくとも一部を水素化転化条件に供するステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化転化条件がC 1 −C 4 留分を製造する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記C 1 −C 4 留分を、前記分離ゾーンにおける分離前に、前記鉱井ガスと混合する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素合成がフィッシャー−トロプシュ合成である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィッシャー−トロプシュ合成を、比較的低い連鎖成長確率又は比較的高い連鎖成長確率で触媒を使用して実施する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- C 2 優位流を、前記軽質炭化水素留分から単離する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- C 3 優位流を、前記軽質炭化水素留分から単離する、請求項1又は17に記載の方法。
- 前記鉱井ガスと混合される軽質生成物流が、炭化水素合成からのC 1 −C 4 留分、水素化転化からのC 1 −C 4 留分、又はその混合物からなる群より選択されるC 1 −C 4 留分を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合流が、脱エタン装置及び脱プロパン装置中で分離され、C 2 流、C 3 流及びC 4 流が単離される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- LPG生成物流を調製する方法であって、分離ゾーンにおいて鉱井ガスから第1富メタン留分を単離するステップ、その富メタン留分を合成ガスに転化するステップ、その合成ガスを炭化水素合成条件に供するステップ、その炭化水素合成からC 1 −C 4 留分を単離するステップ、そのC 1 −C 4 留分を鉱井ガスと混合して混合流を生成するステップ、及びその混合流から富メタン留分及びLPG留分を単離するステップを含む、上記方法。
- 前記炭化水素合成の生成物の少なくとも一部を水素化転化条件に供して、少なくとも追加のC 1 −C 4 留分を製造するステップ、及びそのC 1 −C 4 留分を前記分離ゾーンにおいて分離するステップをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
