Description
圧可能なロール間で本板紙10を加圧処理することにより実施することが好ましい。平滑
化処理を施す際に、本板紙10の表層15の表面に接するロールは平滑な表面を有し、加熱可能な金属製ロールであることが好ましい。
<1>裏層
針葉樹晒クラフトパルプ(NBKP)30質量%と広葉樹晒クラフトパルプ(LBKP)70質量%とを配合した後に、離解フリーネスを400ccに調整した裏層用の原料パルプに、硫酸バンド0.5%、サイズ剤(星光PMC株式会社製AKDサイズ剤)を固形分換算で0.1%、乾燥紙力増強剤(星光PMC株式会社製 両性ポリアクリルアマイド)を固形分換算で0.1%、湿潤紙力増強剤(星光PMC株式会社製 エピクロロヒドリン)を固形分換算で0.1%添加して裏層用の原料スラリーを調整した。
<2>中間層(1)
針葉樹晒クラフトパルプ(NBKP)30質量%と広葉樹晒クラフトパルプ(LBKP)70質量%とを配合した後に、離解フリーネスを400ccに調整した中間層(1)用の原料パルプに、硫酸バンド0.7%、サイズ剤(星光PMC株式会社製AKDサイズ剤)を固形分換算で0.5%、乾燥紙力増強剤(星光PMC株式会社製 両性ポリアクリルアマイド)を固形分換算で0.7%、湿潤紙力増強剤(星光PMC株式会社製 エピクロロヒドリン)を固形分換算で0.3%、耐油剤0.8%(チバスペシャリティケミカルズ社製のローダイン2000)、耐油剤の定着剤0.06%(クラリアントジャパン社製 Arkofix)を添加して中間層(1)用の原料スラリーを調整した。
上質系古紙パルプを、離解フリーネスを380ccに調整し、硫酸バンド1%、サイズ剤(星光PMC株式会社製AKDサイズ剤)を固形分換算で0.5%、乾燥紙力増強剤(星光PMC株式会社製 両性ポリアクリルアマイド)を固形分換算で0.7%、湿潤紙力増強剤(星光PMC株式会社製 エピクロロヒドリン)を固形分換算で0.6%添加して中間層(1)用の原料スラリーを調整した。
中間層(1)に使用した原料スラリーと同一のものを使用した。
裏層に使用した原料スラリーと同一のものを使用した。
[実施例3〜6]裏層の付け量を表1に示す値に調整したことを除くその他の点は実施例1と同様にして得た多層抄き板紙。
[実施例9〜12]裏層の濾水度を表1に示す値に調整したことを除くその他の点は実施例1と同様にして得た多層抄き板紙。
[実施例15〜18]裏層の吸水度、吸油度を表1に示す値に調整したことを除くその他の点は実施例1と同様にして得た多層抄き板紙。
[実施例20]層構成を表1に示すように変更したことを除くその他の点は実施例1と同様にして得た多層抄き板紙。
[実施例21]層構成を表1に示すように変更したことを除くその他の点は実施例1と同様にして得た多層抄き板紙。
[比較例1]一般板紙にラミネート加工した多層抄き板紙。
[比較例2〜4]層構成を表1に示すように変更したことを除くその他の点は実施例1と同様にして得た多層抄き板紙。
[比較例5]市販されている一般的な多層抄き板紙。

Claims (4)
- 少なくとも表層、裏層、及び前記表層と前記裏層との間に配置される1層又は複数層から成る中間層を有する多層抄き板紙であって、
前記表層及び前記裏層は吸水・吸油性を有し、
該表層及び該裏層の吸水度が30〜100g/m 2 であり、
前記裏層の原料パルプとして、NKPとLKPとが10:90〜50:50の比率で混合されたものを用い、また、前記裏層の原料パルプは、濾水度が350〜450ccに調整され、
また、前記裏層の坪量を40〜80g/m 2 とし、
前記中間層は少なくとも耐油・耐水性を有する層(12)を有し、
該耐油・耐水性を有する層(12)は、原料パルプに対して、耐油剤が固形分換算で0.3〜1.5重量%配合されており、
前記耐油・耐水性を有する層(12)は、キット数が8級以上、吸水度が5〜40g/m 2 であり、
さらにまた、前記多層抄き板紙全体の透気度が100〜200秒であることを特徴とする多層抄き板紙。 - 耐水性を有する中間層(13)が、前記表層と前記耐油・耐水性を有する層(12)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層抄き板紙。
- 耐油・耐水性を有する中間層(14)が、前記表層と前記耐水性を有する中間層(13)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多層抄き板紙。
- 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載された多層抄き板紙から形成されることを特徴とする紙製容器。
