【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、水道管、ガス管、空調用冷媒管等の配管や電気ケーブルなどの長尺物を架設する場合に用いられる長尺物取付け具であって、詳しくは、取付け基材に、長尺物を外套状態で保持する揺動開閉自在なバンドの両連結端部が、ボルト・ナットを介して締結されている長尺物取付け具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の長尺物取付け具では、天井スラブなどに固定された吊りボルトに螺合可能なネジ部材を備えた取付け基材の取付け端部と、長尺物の長手方向に沿う横軸芯周りで揺動開閉自在なバンドを構成する一対の分割バンド体のうち、前記取付け基材の取付け端部に重合配置される連結端部の各々に取付け孔を貫通形成し、前記取付け基材の取付け端部に形成された取付け孔と一方の分割バンド体の連結端部に形成された取付け孔とに亘ってナットを貫通状態で固着する、換言すれば、ナットを介して取付け基材と一方の分割バンド体とを固定連結するとともに、他方の分割バンド体の連結端部に形成された取付け孔には、前記ナットに螺合可能なボルトを貫通状態で回転のみ自在に取付けていた(例えば、特開平9−79434号公報、特開平9−79433号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の長尺物取付け具では、前記バンドを構成する両分割バンド体の連結端部にナットとボルトが常設されているため、長尺物を架設する際に両分割バンド体を開き操作しても、ナットとボルトがバンドから脱落することがなく、その面で長尺物の架設作業を容易に行うことができるものの、まだ次の面で改良の余地がある。
即ち、長尺物を架設する場合、まず、天井スラブなどに固定された吊りボルトに、取付け基材のネジ部材を螺合し、この取付け基材にナットを介して固定連結された一方の分割バンド体の弧状受け面に長尺物を載架したのち、他方の分割バンド体を閉じ姿勢に揺動させて、該分割バンド体の連結端部に回転自在に保持されているボルトを、一方の分割バンド体の連結端部に固着されたナットに螺合操作する。
このとき、一方の分割バンド体の弧状受け面に長尺物を押さえ付けている側の片手で他方の分割バンド体を閉じ姿勢に維持したまま、この閉じ姿勢にある分割バンド体のボルトを、一方の分割バンド体のナットに対して他方の手で螺合操作しなければならず、しかも、ボルトの先端がナットに螺合されるまで、片手による長尺物の押さえ付けを維持しなければならないため、そのボルト・ナットの螺合操作に多くの労力と手間を要していた。
特に、高所での長尺物の架設作業では、片手で長尺物を押さえ付けたまま他方の手で螺合操作するといった不安定な作業姿勢が強いられるため、作業能率の低下を招来し易い。
しかも、従来の長尺物取付け具では、取付け基材と一方の分割バンド体とがナットを介して固定連結されているため、物流時に嵩張り易くなるとともに、取付け基材又はバンドを、施工現場の各種条件に応じた他の形状のものと取り替えることができないため、多種類の長尺物取付け具を準備しなければならない不便さがある。

本発明は、上述の実状に鑑みて為されたものであって、その主たる課題は、長尺物の架設作業を無理の無い姿勢で迅速、容易に行うことができ、しかも、そのための構造も、本来装備されているボルト・ナットを有効利用して簡単、安価に構成することのできる長尺物取付け具を提供する点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1による長尺物取付け具の特徴構成は、取付け基材に、長尺物を外套状態で保持する揺動開閉自在なバンドの両連結端部が、ボルト・ナットを介して締結されているものにおいて、前記バンドの一方の連結端部に、該連結端部の側面に沿ってナット又はボルトの頭部を一定範囲内で移動自在に保持する保持手段が設けられているとともに、前記バンドの他方の連結端部には、前記保持手段に保持されたナット又はボルトが相対移動範囲内の特定箇所に位置する状態でバンドを閉じ操作したとき、前記ナット又はボルトに螺合されたボルトの頭部又はナットに対して揺動開閉方向から係入自在で、かつ、その係入状態で前記取付け基材とバンドとを相対移動操作したとき、前記バンドの開動を阻止する仮止め手段が設けられている点にある。
上記特徴構成によれば、配管等の長尺物を架設する場合、天井スラブや壁面等の固定部に適宜取付けられた取付け基材に、開き姿勢にあるバンドの一方の連結端部を、それら両者の相対移動を許容する状態でボルト・ナットにて仮連結し、このバンドの受け面に長尺物を載架したのち、バンドを閉じ操作する。
このとき、バンドの一方の連結端部に設けた保持手段によって、該連結端部の側面に沿ってナット又はボルトの頭部が一定範囲内で移動自在に保持されているから、ナット又はボルトの抜け落ちを防止することができるばかりでなく、前記保持手段に保持されたナット又はボルトが相対移動範囲内の特定箇所に位置する状態でバンドを閉じ操作すると、前記保持手段側のナット又はボルトに螺合されたボルトの頭部又はナットに対して、バンドの他方の連結端部に設けた仮止め手段が揺動開閉方向から係入し、更に、その係入状態で前記取付け基材とバンドとを連結端部の側面に沿って相対移動操作するだけでバンドの開動が阻止される。
また、前記保持手段に保持されたナット又はボルトが相対移動範囲内の特定箇所に位置していない状態で前記バンドを閉じ操作したときでも、前記取付け基材とバンドとを連結端部の側面に沿って相対移動操作することにより、前記保持手段側のナット又はボルトに螺合されたボルトの頭部又はナットに対して仮止め手段を係入させることができるから、それ以降は、前述と同様に、係入された取付け基材とバンドとを連結端部の側面に沿って更に相対移動操作することにより、バンドの開動を阻止することができる。
つまり、バンドを閉じ操作したのち、該バンドと取付け基材とを連結端部の側面に沿って相対移動操作するだけの簡単な操作をもって、バンドが閉じ姿勢に仮止め保持されるから、従来のように、ボルトの先端がナットに螺合されるまで、長尺物を把持する側の片手でバンドを閉じ姿勢に押さえ続ける必要がなく、両手を自由に使ってボルト・ナットを螺合操作することができる。
しかも、前記バンドを閉じ姿勢で仮止め保持する仮止め手段を構成するにあたっては、取付け基材とバンドの両連結端部とを締結するためのボルト・ナットを利用するから、バンドの一方の連結端部に専用の仮止め用係止突起を設ける必要が無く、部材点数の削減を図りながら仮止め手段を構成することができる。
従って、長尺物の架設作業時に、長尺物を載架したバンドを閉じ姿勢に仮止め保持することができるから、ボルト・ナットの螺合操作を無理の無い姿勢で、かつ、両手を使用して迅速、容易に行うことができ、しかも、そのための仮止め構造も、本来装備されているボルト・ナットを利用して簡素に構成することができるとともに、製造コストの低廉化をも図ることができる。

本発明の請求項2による長尺物取付け具の特徴構成は、前記取付け基材に、吊りボルトに螺合可能なネジ部材が回転自在に設けられている点にある。
上記特徴構成によれば、天井スラブや壁面等の固定部に固定された吊りボルトに取付け基材のネジ部材を螺合して、この取付け基材を介して吊下げ支持されるバンドに長尺物を架設する場合でも、前述の如く、長尺物を載架したバンドを閉じ姿勢で仮止め保持することができるから、高所での架設作業を無理な姿勢を強いられることなく、かつ、両手を自由に使用して能率良く、確実、容易に行うことができる。

本発明の請求項3による長尺物取付け具の特徴構成は、前記仮止め手段が、前記保持手段に保持されたナット又はボルトに螺合されたボルトの頭部又はナットに対する揺動開閉方向からの係入を許容する第1係止孔と、該第1係止孔に連通する状態でボルトの軸部のみの相対移動を許容する第2係止孔とから構成されている点にある。
上記特徴構成によれば、前記バンドの他方の連結端部側に、前記仮止め手段を構成する第1係止孔と第2係止孔とを連通形成するだけで済むから、仮止め手段の構造の簡素化と製造コストの低廉化とを図ることができる。

本発明の請求項4による長尺物取付け具の特徴構成は、前記第1係止孔と第2係止孔との境界相当位置に、該第2係止孔内に位置する状態で締め付け操作されたボルトの頭部又はナットの第1係止孔側への抜け出し移動を接当阻止する抜止め突起が設けられている点にある。
上記特徴構成によれば、長尺部材を架設するバンドに振動等の外力が作用しても、前記第2係止孔内において締め付け操作されたボルトの頭部又はナットが第1係止孔側へ抜け出し移動することを、前記第1係止孔と第2係止孔との境界相当位置に設けられた抜止め突起との接当によって接当阻止することができるから、長尺物の架設作業を無理の無い姿勢で迅速、容易に行うことができるようにしながらも、長尺物を所期の架設状態に確実に維持することができる。

本発明の請求項5による長尺物取付け具の特徴構成は、前記第1係止孔と第2係止孔とが、該第2係止孔が上方に位置する状態で長尺物の荷重作用方向に沿って形成されている点にある。
上記特徴構成によれば、バンド及び該バンドに載架された長尺物の各荷重を利用して、前記保持手段に保持されたナットに螺合されたボルトの軸部、又は、前記保持手段に保持されたボルトの軸部を、上方に位置する第2係止孔内に入り込み保持することができるから、前記第2係止孔内に位置する状態で締め付け操作されたボルトの頭部又はナットが第1係止孔側へ抜け出し移動することを確実に防止することができるとともに、そのための特別な付勢機構を設ける必要がなく、第1係止孔と第2係止孔との配置を上述の如く工夫するだけの簡単、かつ、経済的な改造をもって前述の抜け出し防止効果を達成することができる。

本発明の請求項6による長尺物取付け具の特徴構成は、前記保持手段に、前記ナット又はボルトの頭部の回転を接当規制する回転規制面が備えられている点にある。
上記特徴構成によれば、前記保持手段に摺動自在に保持されるナット又はボルトの頭部の回転を、前記回転規制面との接当によって規制することができるから、ナット又はボルトの頭部の供回りを阻止するための特別な操作が不要となり、長尺物の架設作業の容易化を促進することができる。

本発明の請求項7による長尺物取付け具の特徴構成は、前記保持手段に、ナット又はボルトの頭部を相対移動範囲内の特定箇所に仮止め保持することが可能で、かつ、その仮止め保持状態で一定以上の相対移動力が加えられたときにナット又はボルトの頭部の通過移動を許容する仮止め部が備えられている点にある。
上記特徴構成によれば、前記保持手段に形成された仮止め部によって、ナット又はボルトの頭部を相対移動範囲内の特定箇所に仮止め保持することができるから、バンドを閉じ操作するだけで、バンドの他方の連結端部に設けた仮止め手段が揺動開閉方向から確実に係入する。それ故に、前記取付け基材とバンドの一方の連結端部とを仮連結する状態で、前記保持手段に保持されたナット又はボルトに螺合されたボルトの頭部又はナットと、バンドの他方の連結端部に設けられた仮止め手段の係入位置とが合致するまで、前記取付け基材に対して閉じ操作されたバンドの両連結端部を移動操作する必要が無く、バンドの閉じ姿勢での仮止め作業を迅速、容易に行うことができる。

本発明の請求項8による長尺物取付け具の特徴構成は、前記取付け基材とバンドの両連結端部とを締結するボルト・ナットが分離操作自在に構成されている点にある。
上記特徴構成によれば、取付け基材又はバンドを、施工現場の各種条件に応じた他の形状のものと自由に取り替えることができるとともに、物流時には取付け基材とバンドとに分離してコンパクトに梱包することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
〔第1実施形態〕
図1〜図6は、天井スラブ等の固定部Wに垂下姿勢で固定された吊りボルト1に対して長尺物の一例である配管Pを架設する場合に用いられる配管取付け具 (本発明の長尺物取付け具の一例である)を示し、前記吊りボルト1の下端部に対して下方から螺合可能なネジ部材2を回転自在に設けてある板金製の取付け基材3に、前記配管Pを外套状態で保持する揺動開閉自在な板金製のバンド4の両連結端部4a,4bが、ボルト5・ナット6を介して脱着自在に取付けられている。

前記取付け基材3は、図1〜図3に示すように、配管Pの軸芯方向視においてほぼ下向き凸状に折曲げ形成されていて、その上端に位置する水平板部3aには、前記ネジ部材2の正六角筒状の回転操作部2aを下方から回転自在に挿通可能な円形状の吊下げ孔3bが貫通形成されているとともに、上下中間に位置する左右の傾斜板部3cには、前記吊下げ孔3bよりも大径に構成されたネジ部材2の鍔部2bの下面に接当して、該ネジ部材2の下方への抜け落ちを阻止する係止片3dが打出し形成され、更に、下端側に位置する左右の垂直板部3eには、前記ボルト5の軸部5aが水平方向から挿通される取付け孔3fが形成されている。
また、前記水平板部3aと左右の傾斜板部3cとで囲まれた空間S1で、かつ、前記ネジ部材2の鍔部2bの下面から両傾斜板部3cの内面側のボルト接当位置までの範囲が、前記吊りボルト1とネジ部材2とによる配管Pの架設高さ調節代に構成されている。

前記バンド4は、図1〜図4に示すように、配管Pの外周面に沿った半円弧状の配管受け面4dを備えた一対の分割バンド体4A,4Bから構成されていて、各分割バンド体4A,4Bの一端部を配管Pの直径方向(上下方向)に沿って互いに平行に折曲げて、前記取付け基材3の両垂直板部3eに重合状態で締結される連結端部4a,4bを構成するとともに、両分割バンド体4A,4Bの他端部側で、かつ、幅方向(配管Pの軸芯方向)で互いに位置齟齬する部位、換言すれば、一方の分割バンド体4Aの他端側の幅方向中央箇所と、他方の分割バンド体4Bの他端側の幅方向両側箇所の各々を筒状に折曲げて、両分割バンド体4A,4Bを配管Pの軸芯方向に沿う水平軸芯X周りで揺動開閉自在に連結ピン4Cで枢支連結するための連結筒部4e,4fを構成してある。
換言すれば、前記連結筒部4e,4fと連結ピン4Cとをもって、両分割バンド体4A,4Bを配管Pの軸芯方向に沿う水平軸芯X周りで揺動開閉自在に枢支連結するためのヒンジ機構が構成されている。

そして、前記バンド4を構成する一方の分割バンド体4Aの連結端部4aに、該連結端部4aの外側面に沿ってナット6を上下方向の一定範囲内で移動自在に保持する保持手段Aが設けられているとともに、前記バンド4を構成する他方の分割バンド体4Bの連結端部4bには、前記保持手段Aに保持されたナット6が相対移動範囲内の特定箇所、つまり、上下方向の相対移動範囲内の最下端に位置する状態でバンド4の他方の分割バンド体4Bを閉じ操作したとき、前記ナット6に螺合されたボルト5の頭部5bに対して揺動開閉方向から係入自在で、かつ、その係入状態で前記取付け基材3とバンド4の両分割バンド体4A,4Bとを上下方向に沿って相対移動操作したとき、他方の分割バンド体4Bの開動を阻止する仮止め手段Bが設けられている。

前記保持手段Aは、図1〜図4に示すように、一方の分割バンド体4Aの連結端部4aに、ボルト5の軸部5aが前記相対移動範囲の全域に亘って移動自在に挿通される長円形状の取付け孔4gを形成するとともに、前記分割バンド体4Aの連結端部4aの外側面には、該外側面との間でナット6を上下方向の一定範囲内で移動自在に保持するための収納空間S2を形成するべく、箱状に折り曲げ形成された板金製の保持部材9を固着して構成されている。
前記保持部材9の外側板部には、ナット6に螺合されたボルト5の軸部5aが外方に突出移動可能な前記取付け孔4gと同一又はほぼ同一形状の窓9aが貫通形成されているとともに、前記保持部材9の上下両端部には、一方の分割バンド体4Aの連結端部4aに形成された凹部に係合する掛止片9bと、該掛止片9bが凹部に係合されている状態で保持部材9を分割バンド体4Aの連結端部4aにスポット溶接等の適宜手段で固着するための取付け片9cとが折り曲げ形成されている。
また、前記保持部材9の内面には、ナット6のボルト軸芯方向での移動を連結端部4aの外側面との間で一定範囲内に規制しながら上下方向に沿って摺接案内する摺接案内面9dと、ナット6の左右両側を上下方向に沿って摺接案内しながら該ナット6の回転を接当規制する左右一対の回転規制面9eとが形成されている。

前記仮止め手段Bは、図1〜図3、図6に示すように、バンド4を構成する他方の分割バンド体4Bの連結端部4bに、前記保持部材9に保持されたナット6に螺合されたボルト5の頭部5bに対する揺動開閉方向からの係入を許容する大径の第1係止孔10と、該第1係止孔10に連通する状態でボルト5の軸部5aのみの相対移動を許容する第2係止孔11とから構成されているとともに、この第1係止孔10と第2係止孔11とが、該第2係止孔11が上方に位置する状態で長尺物の荷重作用方向(上下方向)に沿って形成され、更に、他方の分割バンド体4Bの連結端部4bのうち、第1係止孔10と第2係止孔11との境界相当位置には、該第2係止孔11内に位置する状態で締め付け操作されたボルト5の頭部5bの第1係止孔10側への抜け出し移動を接当阻止する抜止め突起12が一体的に打ち出し形成されている。
前記抜止め突起12の突出高さは、前記保持部材9に保持されているナット6に螺合されたボルト5が締め付け操作前にあるとき、換言すれば、ナット6にボルト5の軸部5aの先端が螺合された仮止め状態にあるとき、ナット6とボルト5の頭部5bとの間での融通代によってボルト5の頭部5bの通過移動を許容する高さに構成されている。

そして、図2、図6の(イ)に示すように、長尺物の一例である配管Pを架設する場合、開き操作されたバンド4の両分割バンド体4A,4Bのうち、一方の分割バンド体4Aの連結端部4aと取付け基材3の垂直板部3eとを、前記取付け基材3の取付け孔3fと連結端部4aの取付け孔4gとに亘って挿通されたボルト5と前記保持手段Aの保持部材9内に保持されたナット6とを介して仮連結したのち、天井スラブや壁面等の固定部Wに固定された吊りボルト1に、取付け基材3に回転のみ自在に保持されたネジ部材2を螺合する。

次に、図3、図6の(イ)、(ロ)に示すように、前記一方の分割バンド体4Aの配管受け面4dに配管Pを載架したのち、他方の分割バンド体4Bを水平軸芯X周りで閉じ操作する。
このとき、前記保持部材9に保持されたナット6が相対移動範囲内の特定箇所である最下端箇所に位置する場合には、他方の分割バンド体4Bを閉じ操作するだけで、前記保持部材9側のナット6に螺合されたボルト5の頭部5bに対して、他方の分割バンド体4Bの連結端部4bに形成された仮止め手段Bの第1係止孔10が揺動開閉方向から係入する。

そして、前記ボルト5の頭部5bに対して仮止め手段Bの第1係止孔10が係入されると、図6の(ハ)に示すように、その係入状態で前記取付け基材3とバンド4とを連結端部4a,4bの側面に沿って上下方向に相対移動操作する、つまり、吊りボルト1に固定された取付け基材3に対して、バンド4全体を配管Pと共にそれらの荷重を利用して下降操作させることにより、ボルト5の軸部5aが仮止め手段Bの第2係止孔11内に係入して、バンド4の開動が阻止される。それ故に、バンド4を閉じ操作したのち、該バンド4と取付け基材3とを連結端部4a,4bの側面に沿って上下方向に相対移動操作するだけの簡単な操作をもって、バンド4が閉じ姿勢に仮止め保持されるから、ボルト5の先端がナット6に螺合されるまで、配管Pを把持する側の片手でバンド4を閉じ姿勢に押さえ続ける必要がなく、両手を自由に使ってボルト5・ナット6を螺合操作することができる。

図7(イ),(ロ)は、前記保持手段Aの別の実施形態を示し、これは、前記第1実施形態で説明した保持部材9の外側板部に形成された窓9aの周縁部分で、かつ、前記仮止め手段Bを構成する第1係止孔10と第2係止孔11との境界に相当する部位には、該保持部材9内に摺動自在に収納されたナット6を相対移動範囲内の特定箇所に仮止め保持することが可能で、かつ、その仮止め保持状態で一定以上の相対移動力が加えられたときにナット6の通過移動を許容する仮止め部9fが、収納空間S2側に打ち出し形成されている。
