Description
内燃機関と、該内燃機関のモータリングと該内燃機関からの動力を用いた発電とに用いられる第1電動機と、走行用の動力を出力可能な第2電動機と、前記第1電動機および前記第2電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、を備えるハイブリッド車の内燃機関の失火判定装置であって、
車両の状態を検出する状態検出手段と、
失火判定指示がなされたとき、該失火判定指示と前記検出された車両の状態とに基づいて実行可能な失火判定パターンを設定する失火判定パターン設定手段と、
前記設定された失火判定パターンに基づいて前記内燃機関の失火判定を実行する失火判定実行手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
内燃機関と、該内燃機関のモータリングと該内燃機関からの動力を用いた発電とに用いられる第1電動機と、走行用の動力を出力可能な第2電動機と、前記第1電動機および前記第2電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、を備えるハイブリッド車の内燃機関の失火判定方法であって、
失火判定指示がなされたとき、該失火判定指示と車両の状態とに基づいて実行可能な失火判定パターンを設定すると共に該設定した失火判定パターンに基づいて前記内燃機関の失火判定を実行する
ことを特徴とする。

- 内燃機関と、該内燃機関のモータリングと該内燃機関からの動力を用いた発電とに用いられる第1電動機と、走行用の動力を出力可能な第2電動機と、前記第1電動機および前記第2電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、を備えるハイブリッド車の内燃機関の失火判定装置であって、
車両の状態を検出する状態検出手段と、
前回の失火判定から所定時間以上経過したことを要因とする指示、前回の失火判定から所定距離以上走行したことを要因とする指示、車両のシステム起動を要因とする指示、前記内燃機関の運転の必要性が生じたことを要因とする指示、操作者による所定の失火判定操作を要因とする指示、のうちのいずれか一つを含む複数の失火判定指示のうちいずれかの失火判定指示がなされたとき、該失火判定指示の要因と前記検出された車両の状態とに基づいて実行可能な失火判定パターンを設定する失火判定パターン設定手段と、
前記設定された失火判定パターンに基づいて前記内燃機関の失火判定を実行する失火判定実行手段と、
を備える内燃機関の失火判定装置。 - 請求項1記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置であって、
前記状態検出手段は、前記蓄電手段の充電を要求する状態を検出する手段であり、
前記失火判定パターン検出手段は、前記状態検出手段により前記蓄電手段の充電を要求する状態が検出されたときには、該蓄電手段の充電を優先する範囲内で失火判定パターンを設定する手段である
内燃機関の失火判定装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置であって、
前記状態検出手段は、車両の車速を検出する手段であり、
前記失火判定パターン検出手段は、前記検出された車速に基づいて前記内燃機関の運転範囲を設定すると共に該設定した運転範囲内で失火判定パターンを設定する手段である
内燃機関の失火判定装置。 - 請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置であって、
前記状態検出手段は、前記内燃機関の運転状態を検出する手段であり、
前記失火判定パターン設定手段は、前記内燃機関の運転状態が負荷運転のときには該内燃機関のいずれかの気筒への燃料供給の停止を行なう失火判定パターンを設定し、前記内燃機関の運転状態が燃料供給を停止した状態でのモータリングのときには該内燃機関のいずれかの気筒への燃料供給と点火とを行なう失火判定パターンを設定する手段である
内燃機関の失火判定装置。 - 前記内燃機関の出力軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸と前記第1電動機の回転軸とに接続された3軸を有し、該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段を備える請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の内燃機関の失火判定装置。
- 内燃機関と、該内燃機関のモータリングと該内燃機関からの動力を用いた発電とに用いられる第1電動機と、走行用の動力を出力可能な第2電動機と、前記第1電動機および前記第2電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、を備えるハイブリッド車の内燃機関の失火判定方法であって、
前回の失火判定から所定時間以上経過したことを要因とする指示、前回の失火判定から所定距離以上走行したことを要因とする指示、車両のシステム起動を要因とする指示、前記内燃機関の運転の必要性が生じたことを要因とする指示、操作者による所定の失火判定操作を要因とする指示、のうちのいずれか一つを含む複数の失火判定指示のうちいずれかの失火判定指示がなされたとき、該失火判定指示の要因と車両の状態とに基づいて実行可能な失火判定パターンを設定すると共に該設定した失火判定パターンに基づいて前記内燃機関の失火判定を実行する
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の失火判定方法。
