Description
図12に示すように、従来のスクロール圧縮機は、ガス吸入管SP及びガス吐出管DPを備えるケーシング1と、前記ケーシング1内部の上下にそれぞれ固定設置されるメインフレーム2及びサブフレーム(図示せず)と、これらのメインフレーム2とサブフレームとの間に装着されて回転力を発生する駆動モータ3と、前記駆動モータ3の中心に固定されて前記メインフレーム2の中心を貫通して前記駆動モータ3の回転力を伝達する回転軸4と、前記メインフレーム2の上面に固定設置される固定スクロール5と、前記固定スクロール5に結合されて複数の圧縮室Pを形成するように前記メインフレーム2の上面に旋回自在に載置される旋回スクロール6と、前記旋回スクロール6とメインフレーム2との間に設置されて前記旋回スクロール6の自転を防止して旋回させる自転防止部材(オルダムリング(Oldham's ring))7と、前記固定スクロール5の上面に結合されて前記ケーシング1の内部を低圧部S1と高圧部S2とに区画する吐出カバー8とを含む。
電源の供給により駆動モータ3の回転軸4が回転すると、旋回スクロール6は、自転防止部材7により、自転することなく旋回運動を行う。
前記ベーン制御手段は、前記ベーン250を弾性支持して、前記ベーン250を前記旋回スクロール230のボス部232の外周面に密着させる弾性部材261と、前記弾性部材261の弾性力を克服して前記ベーン250を引っ張って、前記ベーン250が前記ボス部232の外周面から離隔するように、前記フレーム110に固定設置される電磁石部263とから構成されている。

Claims (4)
- ケーシングの内部に固定設置される駆動モータと、
前記駆動モータの回転軸を支持するように、前記ケーシングの内部に固定設置され、一方の側に第2吸入口が形成され、他方の側に第2吐出口が形成されるフレームと、
前記フレームに固定設置され、最外郭部分に第1吸入口が形成されて且つ中央部分に第1吐出口が形成される固定スクロールと、
前記固定スクロールに結合されて第1圧縮室を形成し、前記フレームの上部に載置されて且つ前記回転軸に結合されて旋回運動を行う旋回スクロールと、
前記フレームと旋回スクロールとの間に介在され、前記旋回スクロールの自転運動を防止し旋回運動を誘導する自転防止部材と、
前記旋回スクロールの旋回運動によって、前記フレームの半径方向に直線運動を行いながら、前記フレームと旋回スクロール間に形成された第2圧縮室を、前記第2吸入口のある空間と前記第2吐出口のある空間とに二分するベーンとを含み、
前記ベーンが前記自転防止部材に一体に形成されることを特徴とするスクロール圧縮機。 - 前記フレームには、前記ベーンの直線往復運動をガイドするベーンスリットが、該フレームの半径方向に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
- 前記旋回スクロールのボス部の外周面に、ローリングピストンが挿入され、前記ローリングピストンの外周面には、前記ベーンが選択的に密着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
- 前記第2吸入口は、前記ケーシングの低圧部に連通し、前記第2吐出口は、前記ケーシングの高圧部に連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
