【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drip tube that is one of the constituent elements of an infusion set or a transfusion set used when a liquid is administered into a patient's body, and is provided in the middle of the conduit of the infusion / transfusion set.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case of administering a drug solution or blood into a patient's body, an infusion set or a transfusion set has been generally used. These administration sets mainly consist of a conduit for flowing fluid, an injection needle for puncturing the body, a bottle needle for connection to a bag, etc. In addition to these, a clamp for adjusting the flow rate A drip tube is attached to the conduit to prevent air from flowing into the body.
[0003]
In addition to the role of preventing the inflow of air into the living body in the infusion set as described above, the drip tube has a role of confirming how much the flow rate of the conduit has changed by adjusting the clamp by dripping the liquid in the drip tube. ing. The transfusion set also has a role of removing a clot by providing a filtration net in the infusion tube. As described above, in the infusion / transfusion set, the drip tube is a constituent element having a very important role.
[0004]
Many patents and utility models related to drip cylinders have been filed, but most of them relate to float valves designed to prevent air from flowing into the conduit connected to the bottom when there is no liquid flowing into the drip cylinder. It was a thing. In particular, there are few ideas regarding the shape, and the drip cylinder has maintained its substantially cylindrical shape for a long time.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional infusion / blood transfusion set, in order to prevent the air from flowing into the lower conduit when the liquid is stored in the infusion tube, the infusion is performed by pumping (the liquid is stored in the infusion tube by pressing and restoring). Many liquids were flowing into the cylinder. For this reason, in particular, in the case of an infusion tube made of a hard material, it takes time and labor to store the liquid in the infusion tube, which has been a considerable problem for medical personnel who perform such operations every time. Further, when a large amount of liquid is stored in the drip tube, there is a drawback that it is difficult to see the dropping state of the liquid.
[0006]
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to firstly provide a drip tube having means for indicating an appropriate storage amount in the drip tube, and secondly to allow the appropriate storage amount to flow quickly into the drip tube. It is to provide a drip tube that can. Another object of the present invention is to provide a medical infusion device such as an infusion / blood transfusion set provided with the infusion tube.
[0007]
In the present invention, the upper end of the reduced diameter portion formed on the lower part of the inner wall of the drip tube indicates the appropriate storage amount in the drip tube, which is made of a transparent cylinder having a liquid drop inlet and a liquid outlet. With the drip tube characterized by being a means, it is possible to store an appropriate amount of liquid in the drip tube, and the above problems have been solved. The display means is formed along a peripheral surface perpendicular to the liquid dropping direction of the drip tube. Therefore, it becomes easy to confirm the correct appropriate amount of the liquid level in the drip tube. Further, when the position of the peripheral surface where the display means is formed is in the range of 1/2 to 1/4 of the liquid storage possible area in the drip tube, air flows into the lower conduit or the liquid in the drip tube Can be operated without making it difficult to see dripping.
[0008]
Alternatively, the position formed by the display means may be determined by the appropriate storage amount in the drip tube. For example, the drip rate used in the infusion set is usually 1 to 500 ml / min, and the inner diameter of the drip tube is 10 to 20 mm. The amount is 0.7 ml or more. On the other hand, if the storage amount is too large, time and effort are required for pumping as described above, and the dropping state in the infusion tube becomes difficult to see. Since the length L of the storage area of the drip tube shown in FIG. 1 is usually 40 to 60 mm, the appropriate storage amount is 10 ml or less. If it does so, the range of the general appropriate storage amount of an infusion set will be 0.7-10 ml, and if it is a normal cylindrical drip tube, the position of a display means will be decided by the internal diameter of a drip tube. Further, two display means may be formed so as to indicate the range of the appropriate storage amount, or may be formed at an approximately middle position of the range of the appropriate storage amount.
[0009]
In the present invention, a reduced-diameter portion having a predetermined length may be provided at the lower part of the inner wall of the drip tube, and the upper end of the reduced-diameter portion may be substituted for the display means. By providing the reduced diameter portion at the lower part of the inner wall of the drip tube, a smaller liquid storage amount can be realized with respect to the height of the liquid level, and the priming time can be shortened.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the following, preferred embodiments of the invention are illustrated by the figures. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of an infusion tube in which two display means are formed. The drip tube 1 of this embodiment is mainly composed of an inflow port (inlet) 2 provided at an upper portion, a lower outflow port (outlet) 3 and a

【The invention's effect】
According to the drip tube of the present invention, it is not necessary to store extra liquid in the drip tube, so that it is possible to save labor and time required for pumping by the practitioner. In addition, since the amount stored in the drip tube is small, air can flow into the lower conduit, or conversely, the amount stored is too large, so that the injection operation can be performed without making it difficult to see the liquid dripping.
