Claims (8)
- 記録物質が取り付けられる感光ドラム(1)と、記録物質を温度調節するための装置とを備えた、印刷原図(15)を記録するための版板露光器において、
感光ドラム(1)の軸線上に内管(21)が設けられており、
少なくとも1つの回転導出部(23;24;40)が設けられていて、この回転導出部を通って温度調節された液体が内管(21)内に供給され、それによって感光ドラム(1)が所定の温度に調節されるようになっており、
前記感光ドラム(1)の内管(21)と胴(20)とを結合するウエブ(22)が設けていて、それによって温度が内管(21)から胴(20)に伝達され、かつ均一に分配されるようになっていることを特徴とする、版板露光器。 - 胴(20)と内管(21)とウエブ(22)とが、熱伝導性の材料有利にはアルミニウムより製造されている、請求項1記載の版板露光器。
- 胴(20)と内管(21)とウエブ(22)とが、押し出し成形された部分より製造されている、請求項1記載の版板露光器。
- 感光ドラム(1)の一方の端面側に、温度調節された液体を内管(21)内に導入する回転導出部(23)が設けられており、感光ドラム(1)の他方の端面側に、温度調節された液体を内管(21)から導出する別の回転導出部(24)が設けられている、請求項1記載の版板露光器。
- 感光ドラム(1)の一方の端面側に2系統−回転導出部(40)が設けられており、この2系統−回転導出部(40)によって、温度調節された液体が内管(21)内に導入され、かつ内管(21)から導出されるようになっている、請求項1記載の版板露光器。
- 温度調節された液体を一定の温度に保つ温度調節装置(25)が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の版板露光器。
- 温度調節された液体として、有利には腐食及び/又は凍結を防止する添加剤を含有する水が用いられる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の版板露光器。
- 前記内管(21)が、温度調節された液体と内管(21)との間の熱伝達を促進するための、縦リブを備えた内側面を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の版板露光器。
