Description

【0001】

[0012]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
(Example 1)
As shown in FIG. 1, the outer tub 1 includes a washing and dewatering tub 2 that is rotatably arranged, and is suspended from a washing machine outer frame 4 by a suspension bar 3. The motor (driving means) 5 rotationally drives the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the agitation blade 8 rotatably disposed on the inner bottom portion of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 via the V belt 6 and the speed reduction mechanism 7. The cover body 9 is provided in the upper part of the outer tub 1, and forms the discharge part for watering.
[0014]
The water supply valve 10 supplies water into the washing and dewatering tub 2, the water level detection means 11 detects the water level in the outer tub 1, and the drain valve 12 supplies the washing water in the outer tub 1. It is what drains. The detergent passage 13 is configured to drop the detergent between the outer tub 1 and the washing and dehydrating tub 2 by pouring powder synthetic detergent (or liquid detergent) from above, and the detergent is dropped directly. Forming means to make. The annular fluid balancer 14 reduces vibration during dehydration.
[0015]
The control device 15 is configured as shown in FIG. 2, and the control means 16 is constituted by a microcomputer, and controls the operation of the motor 5, the water supply valve 10, the drain valve 12, etc. via the power switching means 17. A series of processes such as washing, rinsing and dehydration are sequentially controlled. The input setting means 18 sets a driving course or the like, and the control means 16 inputs information from the input setting means 18 and displays it on the display means 19 based on the information to notify the user. The storage unit 20 stores data necessary for control by the control unit 16. In addition, 21 is a commercial power source and 22 is a power switch.
[0016]
Here, the control means 16 has a process of dissolving the detergent between the outer tub 1 and the washing / dehydrating tub 2 by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 at a predetermined water level S1 in the middle of the water supply process.
[0017]
The operation in the above configuration will be described. When the laundry is put into the washing and dewatering tub 2 and the detergent is introduced into the detergent passage portion 13, when the operation is started, the control means 14 operates the water supply valve 10 to supply water. At the same time, as shown in FIG. 3, the washing and dewatering tub 2 starts to rotate. When the water level detection means 11 detects the predetermined water level S1, the operation of the water supply valve 10 is stopped, and the rotation speed of the washing and dewatering tub 2 is increased to the predetermined rotation speed R1. As the rotational speed of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 increases, the stirring force for stirring the detergent (washing water) between the outer tub 1 and the washing / dehydrating tub 2 increases, and the outer tub 1 and the washing / dehydrating tub 2 increase. The detergent between 2 is dissolved. The rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 is performed for a predetermined time T1, the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 is stopped, the water supply valve 10 is actuated again to start water supply, and the water level detecting means 11 detects the water level Sa during washing. The operation of the water supply valve 10 is stopped, the stirring blade 8 is operated, and the washing process is started.
[0018]
As described above, at the predetermined water level S1 in the middle of the water supply process, the washing / dehydrating tub 2 rotates to dissolve the detergent between the outer tub 1 and the washing / dehydrating tub 2. Therefore, before the washing process Detergent solubility can be increased, washing performance can be improved, washing unevenness can be reduced, and washing time can be shortened without damaging the laundry.
[0019]
In the present embodiment, when the water level Sa at the time of washing is detected, the stirring blade 8 is operated to start the washing process. In the washing process, the washing and dewatering tub 2 is rotated, and the washing process is started. You may make it wash by circulating washing water with a centrifugal force.
[0020]
(Example 2)
As shown in FIG. 4, the rotation detecting means 23 is constituted by a Hall IC or the like and is attached to the motor 5. The cloth amount detecting means 24 detects the amount of laundry in the washing / dehydrating tub 2, receives the output of the rotation detecting means 23, and puts the laundry into the washing / dehydrating tub 2 while the motor 5 is in the state. After the agitating blade 8 is driven by the above, the amount of laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 2 is detected by the degree of decrease in the rotational speed of the agitating blade 8 when the driving is stopped. The control means 25 receives the signal from the cloth amount detection means 24, decides which water level is to be set, and displays the water level on the display means 19, and after the cloth amount is detected, the water supply and washing / dehydration tank The rotation of 2 is started.
[0021]
Further, the control means 25 can change the presence or absence of a process of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 according to the output of the cloth amount detecting means 24. Yes. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0022]
The operation in the above configuration will be described. When the operation is started after the laundry is put into the washing and dewatering tub 2, the motor 5 is actuated by the control means 25 to stir the stirring blade 8, and the laundry is stirred for a certain period of time. To do. At this time, a signal generated in the rotation detecting means 23 is sent to the cloth amount detecting means 24, and the cloth amount of the laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 2 is detected by the signal. After the amount of laundry is detected by the cloth amount detection means 24, the control means 25 sets the water level at the time of washing according to the amount of laundry and displays the water level on the display means 19. The user inputs a detergent corresponding to the water level at the time of washing displayed on the display means 19 into the detergent passage portion 13.
[0023]
Here, when it is detected that the amount of laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 2 is small and the water level at the time of washing is set to a low water level, the amount of detergent to be added is small, and the detergent is mixed with the stirring blade 8 during the washing process. Since the laundry and water can be easily dissolved by rotating the laundry and the water, the washing and dewatering tub 2 is not rotated to dissolve the detergent between the washing and dewatering tub 2 and the outer tub 1. , Time can be shortened.
[0024]
(Example 3)
The control means 25 in FIG. 4 determines the water level for executing the process of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 according to the output of the cloth amount detecting means 24. It can be changed. Other configurations are the same as those of the second embodiment.
[0025]
The operation in the above configuration will be described. When the amount of laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 2 is detected and the water level at the time of washing is set to a high water level, the amount of detergent to be added is large and the predetermined water level S1 When the process of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 is performed, the efficiency of the detergent dissolution deteriorates. By performing the process of dissolving the detergent between the washing and dewatering tank 2 and the outer tank 1 by the rotation of the dewatering tank 2, the detergent can be dissolved more efficiently, improving the cleaning performance, and washing unevenness. Can be reduced.
[0026]
Example 4
The control means 25 in FIG. 4 can change the time of the process of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 according to the output of the cloth amount detecting means 24. It is said. Other configurations are the same as those of the second embodiment.
[0027]
Describing the operation in the above configuration, when it is detected that the amount of laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 2 is large and the water level at the time of washing is set to a high water level, the amount of detergent to be introduced is large, and the predetermined time T1 In the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2, the detergent does not completely dissolve. Therefore, by performing the process of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 for a predetermined time T2 longer than the predetermined time T1, Dissolution can be performed efficiently, washing performance can be improved, and washing unevenness can be reduced.
[0028]
(Example 5)
The control means 25 in FIG. 4 can change the number of steps of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 according to the output of the cloth amount detecting means 24. It is said. Other configurations are the same as those of the second embodiment.
[0029]
When the operation is described with reference to FIG. 5 in the above configuration, when the amount of laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 2 is detected and the water level at the time of washing is set to a high water level, the amount of detergent to be added is In many cases, the detergent does not completely dissolve in the rotation of the washing and dewatering tub 2 at the predetermined time T1. Therefore, when the rotation speed of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 is constant at the predetermined rotation speed R1 and the predetermined time T2 is longer than the predetermined time T1, an excessive load is applied to the motor 5. For this reason, the washing / dehydrating tub 2 is rotated at a predetermined time T2 to increase the number of steps of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 and make the detergent more efficient by making the process intermittent. Thus, the washing performance can be improved, uneven washing can be reduced, and the load on the motor 5 can be reduced.
[0030]
(Example 6)
In the process of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2, the control means 25 in FIG. The rotation speed of the water tank 2 can be changed. Other configurations are the same as those of the second embodiment.
[0031]
The operation will be described in the above configuration. When it is detected that the amount of laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 2 is large and the water level at the time of washing is set to a high water level, the amount of detergent to be introduced is large and the predetermined rotation speed R1 When the washing / dehydrating tub 2 is rotated, the detergent does not completely dissolve. Therefore, by setting the rotational speed of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 to a rotational speed R2 higher than the predetermined rotational speed R1, the stirring force for stirring the detergent (washing water) between the outer tub 1 and the washing / dehydrating tub 2 is increased. The detergent can be dissolved more efficiently, and the time for the process of dissolving the detergent between the washing and dewatering tub 2 and the outer tub 1 can be kept at the predetermined time T1, so the time can be shortened. It also becomes.
[0032]
Further, when the amount of laundry in the washing / dehydrating tub 2 is small, the water between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 rises due to the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 at the predetermined rotation speed R1, and the washing / dehydrating tub 2 rotates. Since the undissolved detergent flows into the washing and dehydrating tub 2 from the sprinkling outlet provided on the upper part of the outer tub 1 beyond the height of the upper end of the dewatering tub 2, the rotational speed is The predetermined rotational speed R0 is set lower than the predetermined rotational speed R1.
[0033]
Thus, by changing the rotation speed of the process of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 according to the amount of detergent and the amount of cloth, the dissolution of the detergent is made efficient. Cleaning performance can be improved, washing unevenness can be reduced, time can be shortened, and undissolved detergent can flow into the washing and dewatering tub 2. Can be prevented.
[0034]
(Example 7)
The control means 16 in FIG. 2 has a reservation function so that the user can set the washing end time. Further, the control means 16 increases the time of the process of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 at the time of reservation setting. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0035]
The operation in the above configuration will be described. When the user makes a reservation setting (for example, the washing is finished after 12 hours), the powdered synthetic detergent charged from the detergent passage 13 is placed on the inner bottom of the washing and dehydrating tank 2 for a long time ( For example, if the washing time is 1 hour, it will be left for 11 hours. If there is water on the inner bottom of the washing and dehydrating tub 2, the powdered synthetic detergent absorbs moisture and hardens. It is difficult to dissolve.
[0036]
Therefore, at the time of reservation setting, the washing and dehydrating tub 2 is rotated to set the predetermined time T2 longer than the predetermined time T1 for the process of dissolving the detergent between the washing and dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1. By performing dissolution, cleaning performance can be improved and uneven washing can be reduced.
[0037]
(Example 8)
The control means 16 in FIG. 2 increases the number of steps of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 at the time of reservation setting. Other configurations are the same as those of the seventh embodiment.
[0038]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. At the time of reservation setting, the powdered synthetic detergent absorbs moisture and hardens, making it very difficult to dissolve. Therefore, when the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 is performed for a predetermined time T2 longer than the predetermined time T1 while the predetermined rotation speed R1 is kept constant, an excessive load is applied to the motor 5. Therefore, at the time of reservation setting, the washing / dehydrating tub 2 is rotated at a predetermined time T2 so that the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 is dissolved many times. By performing the dissolution, it is possible to improve the cleaning performance, reduce the unevenness of washing, and reduce the load on the motor 5.
[0039]
Example 9
The control means 16 in FIG. 2 increases the rotation speed of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 in the process of dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tub 2 and the outer tub 1 by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub 2 at the time of reservation setting. Like to do. Other configurations are the same as those of the seventh embodiment.
[0040]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. At the time of reservation setting, the powdered synthetic detergent absorbs moisture and hardens, making it very difficult to dissolve. Therefore, at the time of reservation setting, by increasing the rotation speed of the washing and dewatering tub 2, the stirring force for stirring the detergent (washing water) between the outer tub 1 and the washing and dewatering tank 2 is increased. By sufficiently dissolving the detergent, the washing performance can be improved and uneven washing can be reduced, and the process time for dissolving the detergent between the washing / dehydrating tank 2 and the outer tank 1 is a predetermined time T1. The time can be shortened because it is sufficient.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】

Wherein the controlled so as to rotate at a lower rotational speed than the constant rotation speed, the water level detecting means detects the first predetermined level lower than the water level of the washing which corresponds to the amount of laundry detected by the laundry amount detecting means It stops the operation of the water supply valve, the washing and dewatering tank by the washing and dewatering tank by driving the driving means is controlled to rotate between the first predetermined time at the first predetermined rotational speed A process of dissolving the detergent between the outer tub and the outer tub, and a process of dissolving the detergent for the first predetermined time when the cloth amount detecting means detects that the amount of laundry is large. Is intermittently executed a plurality of times during the second predetermined time, and the washing and dehydrating tub and the outer tub are rotated by the rotation of the washing and dehydrating tub according to the amount of detergent detected by the cloth amount detecting means. The number of steps to dissolve the detergent between By further, it can be performed more the dissolution of the detergent efficiently, improve cleaning performance, it is possible to reduce the washing unevenness, it is possible to reduce the load on the motor.
[0042]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the washing and dewatering tub for storing the laundry, the outer tub for rotatably storing the washing and dewatering tub, and the driving means for rotationally driving the washing and dewatering tub. A water supply valve for supplying water into the washing / dehydrating tub, a water level detecting means for detecting the water level in the outer tub, and a cloth amount detecting means for detecting the amount of laundry in the washing / dehydrating tub A control means for sequentially controlling a series of processes such as washing, rinsing and dehydration by inputting information from the water level detecting means and the cloth amount detecting means and controlling operations of the driving means and the water supply valve; and the washing and means for dropping the detergent directly between and dewatering tank and the outer tank, wherein, at the start the washing process, the operates the water supply valve rows feedwater Utodojini, drives the drive means And the washing and dewatering tub is at a first predetermined rotational speed Controlled to rotate at There speed operation of the water level detecting means detects the first predetermined level lower than the water level of the washing which corresponds to the amount of laundry detected by the laundry amount detecting means and the water supply valve stops the said outer tub and the washing and dewatering tank by the washing and dewatering tank by driving the driving means is controlled to rotate between the first predetermined time at the first predetermined rotational speed A step of dissolving the detergent between the first predetermined rotation number and the second predetermined rotation number higher than the first predetermined rotation number is detected by the cloth amount detection means. When the amount of laundry is detected by the cloth amount detection means, the first predetermined rotation speed is set to a third predetermined rotation speed lower than that, thereby The water between the washing / dehydrating tub and the outer tub rises due to the rotation. Since the washing / dehydrating tub does not flow into the washing / dehydrating tub, the detergent is dissolved by the rotation of the washing / dehydrating tub according to the amount of cloth and the amount of detergent.
