Claims (1)
- 鉄心と継鉄との接合方法において、
前記鉄心はコイルに挿通した状態で前記継鉄と接合されるものであり、
鉄心の一端に段付き部により細径部を設け、
継鉄に前記鉄心の細径部を挿通する貫通孔を設け、
前記継鉄に設けられた貫通孔の鉄心対向側の開口の周囲に凹部が形成されており、
前記コイルは、前記鉄心を挿通する挿通孔と前記挿通孔の両端に設けた鍔部を有するコイルボビンに導線を巻回して形成されており、
前記コイルボビンは前記挿通孔の周囲であって前記貫通孔周辺の継鉄に対向する前記鍔部の面に凹部が形成されており、
前記コイルボビンは前記挿通孔における前記貫通孔に対向する側に段付き部による拡径部が形成されており、
前記継鉄の貫通孔に前記鉄心の細径部を挿通し、前記細径部の端面側から前記細径部と前記貫通孔の開口の周辺部分とを溶接することにより前記鉄心と継鉄を接合することを特徴とする鉄心と継鉄の接合方法。
