【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ベランダ等に設ける仕切り用パネルの取付構造及び取付具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
周知の通り、いわゆる中高層の集合住宅のベランダ(バルコニー)には、隣家との境界に仕切り用パネル(パーテーション)が設けてある。このようなパネルは建築時に一旦設置されると、殆んど半永久的に取り付けられた状態を維持している。

通常の仕切り用パネルの取り付け構造は概ね次のようになっている。すなわち、長方形の仕切り用パネルをベランダの壁面と手摺りとの間にパネルを垂直に立て、一長辺側の縦枠を取付具を介して2〜3か所で手摺りに固定し、他長辺側の縦枠を同じく取付具を介してボルトで3〜5か所で壁面に固定することにより取り付けている。

仕切り用パネルの取付構造の例としては、図6に示すように、壁面61及び手摺り62に設けてある埋め込みボトル63,63でL字形の取付具64,64を固定し、各取付具の側面に仕切り用パネル65の縦枠65a,65aを当接し、これらを固定ボルト66,66で固定している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の仕切り用パネルの取り付け構造は、パネルの両方の側に作業者がいないとボルト又はナットを回すことができないため着脱作業が面倒になっているが、日常生活上は仕切りパネルを取り外す必要はないので問題は生じない。

しかしながらベランダ塗装などのメンテナンスを行う場合には、各階ごとに横並びの住戸にまたがって作業する必要が生じる。このような場合にはベランダを通って往来することができない不便さがある。さらにこのような場合には、これらのパネルの存在によりベランダの外側に足場を設けて移動しなければならならないなど作業上の障害となっている。

また、ベランダ上を住戸に沿って移動可能な足場を使用する場合にも、仕切り用パネルの存在によって移動範囲を制約される結果となっている。そこで、メンテナンスなどを行う際には、このパネルを一時取り外し、各住戸間をベランダを通って自由に往来可能とすることも行われている。

ところが、上述したように仕切り用パネルの着脱作業は面倒であり、しかも工事が一日で終わらないような場合には、夜間は一旦取り付けておかなければならないので、翌日になって再び取り外して作業をしなければならないため、作業能率を著しく阻害している問題がある。

また、仕切り用パネルは隣家との境界で人間の往来を遮断することはもとより、視線をも遮断する機能を要求されている。したがって面積が大きくかつ視界を遮断可能な構成を採用してあるため、重量が大きくなるとともに風圧なども大きくなるために取付具の荷重負担が大きくなっている。しかし、上記したL字形の取付具64,64を用いて固定する構成では強度的に不十分となっている問題がある。

そこで本発明の目的は、仕切り用パネルの着脱を容易にすることによりベランダのメンテナンス等の作業能率の向上を図るとともに、仕切り用パネルの強度向上を実現することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために本発明の仕切り用パネルの取り付け構造は、パネルを揺動可能かつスライド自在に支持可能な手摺り側取付具と、パネルの縦枠を狭持可能な溝部を有するコ字状断面に形成された溝形部材と、縦枠を取り付ける固定ボルトとからなる壁面側取付具とを介して取り付けることにより、パネルの取り付け及び開閉を容易としてある。このことは、パネル取り付け作業及びベランダのメンテナンス等における作業能率の向上を実現するものである。

具体的には、パネルの一方の縦枠を複数の手摺り側取付具によって進退可能かつ揺動可能に支持し、パネルの他方の縦枠を壁面側取付具の溝部に挟持し、複数か所で固定ボルトによって固定してある。これによりベランダのメンテナンスなどの際に隣家との通行上の障害を除くためにパネルを開放する際には、固定ボルトを外してパネルを手摺り側にスライドさせることにより壁面側の縦枠を溝部から離脱させ、手摺り側取付具の連結部材を中心としてパネルを回し、このパネルを手摺りに対向当接可能とするものである。

また、溝形部材に設けてある固定ボルト取り付け用孔の少なくともパネルの上端部近傍及び下端部近傍の孔以外の孔は上記手摺りと対向する部分を開口にしてある。これは縦枠を溝形部材に対して着脱する際に固定ボルトを縦枠に挿着したままにしておくことができるため、手の届かない反対側に他の作業者がいなくてもボルトの締め付け及び取り外しを可能とするものである。

上記の仕切り用パネルの取付構造は、仕切り用パネルの取付具の採用により広くパネルの取付構造全般に適用可能であるので、複数の手摺り側取付具と、壁面側取付具とを組み合わせて構成したものを供給可能とすることにより、本発明の採用促進をはかるようにしてある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態の一例について図面を参照して説明する。

図1は、本発明の適用によって仕切り用パネル1をベランダ2の手摺り2a及び住戸の壁面2bに取り付けてある状態を示している。仕切り用パネル1は従来技術におけるパネルに準じたものを採用してあり、一方の長辺側の縦枠1aと他方の長辺側の縦枠1bと3本の横枠1c及びこれらの枠によって固定されているフレキシブルボード1dとにより構成してある。

図2,3に示すように、壁面側取付具4を構成する溝形部材11は、アルミニウムチャンネルをパネル1の長辺(縦枠)の長さに合わせて切断し、底辺に壁面への固定のための透孔が3〜5か所に設けたものとしてある。また、溝形部材11の両側辺には、固定ボルト12を挿通可能な固定孔11d,11eが設けてある。これらの固定孔のうち、上下の両端部近傍の固定孔11d,11dは位置合わせに余裕を持たせるために水平方向に長い長孔としてあるのに対し、中央部の固定孔11e,11eは水平な長孔の一側部、すなわち手摺り2aと対向する部分は、そのまま側辺まで切欠してなる開口としてある。

次に本発明によるパネルの取り付け要領について図4を参照して説明する。
初めに手摺り側取付具3の固定部材5をアンカーボルト9を用いて手摺り2aに取り付ける。アンカーボルト9は、予め手摺り2aの所定位置に下穴を設け、これにホールインアンカーボルトを打ち込んだものを用いる。固定部材5は固定部5aを手摺りに当接してアンカーボルト9を介して固定する。このとき長孔5bは壁面に向かって伸びるとともに垂直になるように取り付ける。

なお手摺り側取付具3をアルミニウム等の金属製支柱に取り付ける場合には、固定部材5はブラインドリベット22により支柱21に固定する(図2(b)参照 )。図面では固定部材5は支柱の壁面との対向面に設けてあるが、別の型式 の固定部材では支柱の側部に設けるようにしてもよい。

次にパネル1の壁面側の縦枠1bに予め穿設してある固定孔のうち、上下2か所の孔を除く中間位置の孔に予めボルト12を挿し込み、ナット13を緩くねじ込んだ状態にして開口孔11eにボルトの胴部を位置合わせし、縦枠1bを溝部11a内に嵌め込み、建入れを見た後にナットを締め付けて固定する(図4(c)参照)。続いて壁面側縦枠1bの上下の取り付け穴と溝形部材11の取り付け穴11dとに裏側から固定ボルト12を通して反対側である手前側からナット13をねじ込んで固定する。

次にパネル1の手摺り側の縦枠1aに支持部材6のL字形になっている支持部6aの内側(図2参照)を合わせ、連結部6bを固定部材5のスライド部5cの高さになるように位置を合わせる。さらに支持部6aに予め穿設してあるボルト穴に合わせて縦枠1aにドリルで取付孔を穿ち、ここにボルト7aを裏側から挿し込んで反対側の手前側からナット7bで固定する。

このようにパネル1を開放状態に維持することにより境界を越えて通行可能とした状態でベランダのメンテナンス等の作業を行うが、これらの作業が1日で終了せず翌日以降に繰り越されるような場合には、夜間も開放しておくことはプライバシーの保護及び防犯上の問題がある。そこで一旦パネルの仮取付けを行い翌日再び開放する作業が必要となる。

この場合には、強風等が予想されない限り、次の要領で仮固定を行うだけでよい。まずパネルを開放状態から閉鎖位置まで戻し、壁面側の縦枠1bを壁面側取付具4の溝部11a内に進入させる。このとき、中央部の2本の固定ボルト12,12は外しておき、上端部近傍又は下端部近傍のいずれかの固定ボルト12でパネルの壁面側の縦枠1bを軽く固定するだけでよい。この結果、翌日再びパネルを開放する際には着脱作業が著しく簡略化する。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、仕切り用パネルの着脱作業やパネルの開閉操作が容易となるため、パネルの設置やベランダのメンテナンス作業が極めて容易になる。また、壁面側取付具を溝形部材で構成してあるので、パネルの支持強度を大きくできるとともに、壁面とパネルとの間に隙間を生じないのでプライバシー保護の機能が向上する。
