Description

【0001】
図4(b)は図4(a)のI−I方向断面図である。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bag-like container with a dispensing function provided with a nozzle part for taking out contents such as seasonings, cosmetics, and liquid detergents.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, bag-like containers such as pouches are frequently used as containers that are filled with contents such as foods, beverages, detergents, and cosmetics and are arranged on store shelves. In addition, self-supporting bag-like containers arranged in a standing state on display shelves in stores are often used for refilling detergents and the like.
[0003]
FIG. 3 is a plan view showing an example of a self-supporting bag-like container as described above.
The bag-like container 10 is composed of a body portion 11 and a bottom portion 12 formed of a soft packaging material such as a resin film. A side seal 13 is applied to the peripheral edge of the body 11, a top seal 15 is applied to the top, and a bottom seal 14 is applied between the body 11 and the bottom 12. .
[0004]
In addition, a nozzle portion 16 that protrudes obliquely upward is formed on the upper portion of the body portion 11, and a spout for pouring out the contents is formed by cutting the tip portion 19 of the nozzle portion 16 with a cut line 18. It has become so.
By inserting the nozzle portion 16 into the mouth of a container such as a plastic bottle or a glass bottle, the contents in the bag-like container 10 can be transferred to the container.
When the bag-like container 10 is filled with contents such as detergent, the folded bottom 12 expands at the fold line 12a so that the bag-like container 10 becomes a cone or a pyramid and can stand on its own. Become.
And in the bag-like container 10 used for the seasoning, cosmetics, liquid detergent etc. which are refilled to a plastic bottle, a glass bottle, or another container, when taking out the contents, it is easy to take out and keeps a stable flow to the end. It is requested to take out while.
[0006]
However, when the contents are moved to the nozzle part 16 side of the bag-like container 10 in order to take out the contents, the portion corresponding to the base part of the nozzle part 16 of the bag-like container 10 swells and at the same time closes the spout. There is a problem that the urging force acts to bring the inner surface of the nozzle portion 16 into close contact, making it difficult to take out the contents. Therefore, a convex mountain fold line 17 is formed from the tip of the nozzle part 16 toward the base so that the inner surface of the nozzle part 16 does not adhere to the nozzle part 16 so that the contents smoothly flow out while pushing the nozzle part 16 open. The obtained bag-like container 10 is commercially available.
[0007]
However, even in the nozzle portion 16 in which such a mountain fold line 17 is formed, there is a problem that the opening cross-sectional area of the spout when removing the contents is insufficient, and it is difficult to maintain a stable flow until the end. is there.
This problem will be described with reference to FIG.
Fig.4 (a) is the elements on larger scale of the nozzle part which shows the state of the spout at the time of pouring the contents.
[0008]
When the distal end portion 19 is cut off by the cut line 18 to open the spout 16a, the bag-like container 10 is tilted and the contents are sent to the nozzle portion 16, the portion corresponding to the base portion 16b of the nozzle portion 16 of the bag-like container 10 is found. Although it swells, the urging force acts in the direction which closes the spout 16a at the spout 16a side connected by the mountain fold line 17. FIG.
FIG. 4B is a cross-sectional view in the II direction of FIG. As shown in FIG. 4 (b), when the pressure P acts on the nozzle portion 16 by the contents inside the bag-like container 10, the nozzle base portion 16b is lifted in the direction of the sign (2) by this pressure. It can be presumed that a force is applied to the spout 16a by the mountain fold line 17 in the direction indicated by reference numeral (1), thereby narrowing the opening cross-sectional area of the spout 16a.
[0009]
Such inconvenience is a bag-like shape with a pour-out mechanism disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 2000-79952 and 2000-177756 by the applicant of the present application, in which the spout can be easily opened by a fold line. Although improved to some extent by the container, there is still a problem that the opening cross-sectional area of the spout 16a is not sufficient.
In addition, a bag-like container is also commercially available in which a cylindrical nozzle part formed separately from a hard material is attached to the body part, and the contents can be taken out from the nozzle part.
Since such a bag-like container does not deform the nozzle part, it does not occur that the nozzle part closes when taking out the contents, and is advantageous in that it can maintain a stable flow until the end, If the contents are high in viscosity, such as shampoo or rinse, when the contents pass through the cylindrical nozzle part, the resistance of the pipeline increases and the contents flow out, When trying to squeeze the object strongly, there is a problem that a twisting phenomenon occurs between the cylindrical nozzle part and the body part, and the pouring property is lowered. In addition, the nozzle portion is bulky, resulting in poor transportation efficiency, resulting in a new problem that the transportation cost increases and the manufacturing cost also increases.
[0010]
In addition, there is a bag-like container in which the length of the nozzle part is shortened so that the spout is not closed as much as possible when taking out the contents. However, if the length of the nozzle part is shortened, There is a problem that when the insertion length is shortened and the contents are refilled, the nozzle part is detached from the mouth of the other container and the contents are spilled.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and when transferring the contents in a bag-like container to a container such as a plastic bottle or a glass bottle, the contents can be easily taken out, and the nozzle part can be sufficiently provided. Contents can be taken out while maintaining a stable flow to the end even if it is long, it is not bulky, it is easy to reduce the volume, it does not increase manufacturing cost, and it causes an increase in transportation cost due to a decrease in transportation efficiency An object of the present invention is to provide a bag-like container with a dispensing function.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the inventor of the present invention has focused on the fact that it is possible to suppress clogging of the spout formed on the tip side of the nozzle portion by suppressing excessive deformation of the nozzle base. And it discovered that obstruction | occlusion of a spout could be suppressed by adhere | attaching partially the inner surface of the front and back of a bag-shaped container between the spout of a nozzle part and a nozzle base.
[0013]
Specifically, the invention according to claim 1 is provided in a bag-like container that is molded from a soft wrapping material and is filled and sealed with the contents, and the nozzle portion is expanded to dispense the contents. In a bag-like container with a dispensing function that enables, a guide part that converts a deformation in one direction of the bag-like container in the vicinity of the nozzle base when the contents are taken out into a deformation in the other direction in the nozzle base; And an adhesive portion that extends from the peripheral seal portion of the soft packaging material to the nozzle base side and adheres the inner surfaces of the front and back surfaces of the bag-like container, and the guide portion includes the nozzle portion and the soft portion. from the peripheral sealing portion and the boundary portion of the packaging material, and mountain fold lines extending toward Ke inwardly of the bag-like container along both sides of the nozzle portion, than the mountain fold line is formed in the nozzle portion, is constituted by a concave fold line extending generally parallel to said convex fold Rutotomoni, the valley fold line is a configuration in which the adhesive portion is formed.
[0014]
According to this configuration, when the contents are transferred to another container, if the vicinity of the nozzle base of the bag-like container swells, a biasing force acts in the direction in which the bag-like container is recessed at the nozzle base by the guide part. . Since an adhesive portion is formed between the nozzle base and the spout, a biasing force acts on the spout in the opening direction with the adhesive portion as a fulcrum by the biasing force. Thereby, the amount of extraction can always be kept stable.
[0015]
The invention described in claim 2 is configured such that a mountain fold line is formed at the center of the nozzle portion, and adhesive portions for bonding the front and back of the bag-like container are formed on both sides of the mountain fold line.
According to this configuration, the mountain fold line promotes the expansion of the nozzle portion, and the spout can be sufficiently opened to stably take out the contents.
[0016]
The invention according to claim 3 is configured such that a mountain fold line formed at the center of the nozzle portion extends to an end portion of the guide portion inside the bag-like container.
According to this configuration, since the nozzle portion is expanded together with the bulge of the portion where the guide portion is formed, a sufficiently large spout can be obtained.
[0017]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the adhesive portion is formed at symmetrical positions on both sides of the nozzle portion.
The adhesive portion is preferably provided at a position that does not hinder the expansion of the nozzle portion. In addition, it is possible to effectively prevent the spout from being blocked by forming it at symmetrical positions on both sides of the nozzle portion.
Furthermore, the said guide part is good also as a structure currently formed from either one or both of the valley fold line and mountain fold line which go inward of a bag-shaped container along the both sides of the said nozzle part.
According to this configuration, when the contents are taken out from the bag-like container, a biasing force acts on the outside of the mountain fold line and a biasing force acts on the inside of the valley fold line, so that both sides of the nozzle portion are mutually connected. The nozzle is pulled and the central part of the nozzle part is expanded to open the spout.
[0018]
As described in claim 5 , the position of the tip of the bonding portion is closer to the starting point side of the guide portion than the intermediate point between the starting point of the guide portion and a symmetrical point having a predetermined positional relationship with the starting point. Preferably there is.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a method for forming a container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 relates to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 (a) is a partially enlarged plan view of a main part of a bag-like container with a dispensing function according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. It is the II-II direction cross-sectional enlarged view of Fig.1 (a).
In the following description, the same parts and members as those of the conventional bag-like container 10 described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0020]
Moreover, there is no restriction | limiting in particular as a material of the soft packaging material used for the bag-shaped container of this invention. Examples of the resin material suitable for constituting the soft packaging material include crystalline polypropylene, crystalline propylene-ethylene copolymer, crystalline polybutene-1, crystalline poly-4-methylpentene-1, low-, and medium- Or polyolefins such as high-density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer (EEA), and ion-crosslinked olefin copolymer (ionomer); polystyrene, styrene-butadiene copolymer Aromatic vinyl copolymers such as polymers; halogenated vinyl polymers such as polyvinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride resins; nitrile polymers such as acrylonitrile-styrene copolymers and acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymers; nylon 6, nylon 66, polyamides such as para or metaxylylene adipamide It can be exemplified thermoplastic resins such as polyacetal such as polyoxymethylene or the like, such as, polyethylene terephthalate, polyesters polytetramethylene terephthalate; various polycarbonates. In addition to these thermoplastic resins, paper may be used. Soft wrapping materials made of these materials are used after being unstretched, uniaxially stretched, or biaxially stretched.
[0021]
Furthermore, the soft wrapping material used for the bag-like container of the present invention can be constituted by a single layer of these soft wrapping materials or a laminate of two or more kinds, and a kind of these soft wrapping materials. Alternatively, two or more kinds and a metal foil such as aluminum, a vapor deposition film of metal or metal oxide, paper, cellophane, or the like can be bonded together. As a preferred soft packaging material, for example, a stretched nylon film as an outer layer, a low-density polyethylene, a two-layer structure having a polyolefin film such as polypropylene as an inner layer, a stretched polyester film as an outer layer, and a two-layer structure having a polyolefin film as an inner layer, In addition, among these, a film having a three-layer structure in which a metal foil such as aluminum is laminated between outer layer films, etc. are included. In the production of these laminated films, an adhesive and an anchor agent are interposed between the respective layers as necessary. It can also be made.
[0022]
The layer structure of the soft packaging material is selected according to the properties of the contents to be filled in the bag-like container. For example, when a low cost is required like a bag-like container for a refill detergent, When a laminated film having a layer structure is used and storage stability is required like a seasoning bag-like container, a laminated film having a three-layer structure or more including an aluminum foil may be used.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 1A, the bag-like container 1 according to this embodiment includes an inner portion of the body portion 11 from the boundary portion between the nozzle portion 6 and the top seal 15 and the boundary portion between the nozzle portion 6 and the side seal 13. A mountain fold line 4 (convex fold line toward the outside of the bag-like container 1) extending toward the outer side, and the nozzle fold line 4 is formed closer to the nozzle portion 6 than the mountain fold line 4, and extends substantially parallel to the mountain fold line 4. And a valley fold line 3 (a convex fold line toward the inside of the bag-like container 1).
In this embodiment, due to the mountain fold line 4 and the valley fold line 3, the deformation in one direction (the bulging direction) of the bag-like container 1 in the vicinity of the nozzle base 6b when the contents are taken out is changed to the other in the nozzle base 6b. A guide part is formed that converts the deformation into a direction (direction to be recessed).
[0024]
The mountain fold line 4 and the valley fold line 3 may be provided on at least one side of the body portion 11, but are preferably provided on both sides. Further, as shown in FIG. 1C, before forming the adhesive portion 5 described later, the lower end portion of the nozzle portion 6 at the portion where the nozzle portion 6 and the side seal 13 and the nozzle portion 6 and the top seal 15 merge is formed. A, B, C is the central part of the straight line AB connecting the lower end parts A, B, D is the point where the straight line perpendicular to the straight line AB intersects the cut line 18 of the nozzle part 6, and C is the central part. L2 ≧ 0 when the length of the straight line CD is L1 and the length of the straight line CS is L2, where S is the point existing on the line extending the inward side of the bag-like container 1 It is preferable to determine the point S to be .5L1.
[0025]
Further, it is more preferable to determine the point S so that L2≈L1. That is, the point S is formed so that the symmetry point S ′ of the point S with respect to the straight line AB substantially exists on the cut line 18. Then, starting from this point S, a mountain fold line 4 and a valley fold line 3 are formed.
[0026]
In the mountain fold line 4 and the valley fold line 3 formed in this way, when the contents are taken out from the spout of the bag-like container 1, a biasing force acts on the outside of the mountain fold line 4, and the valley A biasing force acts on the inside of the folding line 3. That is, when the contents are taken out, the portion where the mountain fold line 4 is formed bulges outward, and the portion where the valley fold line 3 is formed is recessed. Therefore, the urging force acts on the nozzle portion 6 from both the left and right sides due to the dent action, and as a result, both sides of the nozzle portion 6 approach each other and the center portion is expanded to open the spout. Further, as in this embodiment, by forming a mountain fold line 7 at the center of the nozzle portion 6 and projecting the central portion of the nozzle portion 6 outward, the nozzle portion 6 can be more easily expanded.
In addition, since the effect | action and effect which this valley fold line 3 and the mountain fold line 4 show | play are well-known by Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2000-177756 by this applicant, the further detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 1A and FIG. 1B, an adhesive portion 5 is formed on the valley fold line 3 by bonding the front side inner surface and the back side inner surface of the bag-like container 1. The adhesive portion 5 is formed so as to extend from the side seal 13 and the top seal 15 at the periphery of the bag-like container 1 to the nozzle base portion 6b side. In addition, after forming the valley fold line 3 and the mountain fold line 4, the adhesive portion 5 is formed by partially heating the bag-like container 1 from both the front and back surfaces to weld the inner surface of the bag-like container 1. be able to.
[0028]
The adhesive portion 5 suppresses a portion corresponding to the nozzle base portion 6b of the bag-like container 1 from being deformed more than necessary when the contents are taken out from the bag-like container 1, so that the tip side of the nozzle portion 6 The spout formed in is not closed. Therefore, the adhesive part 5 may be provided on one side of the nozzle part 6 or may be provided on both sides as long as such an action can be achieved. As shown in FIG. 1A, it is preferable to provide the bonding portion 5 at symmetrical positions on both sides of the nozzle portion 6.
[0029]
Moreover, the position of the front-end | tip of the adhesion part 5 will not be ask | required if the above-mentioned objective can be achieved. It suffices if it is located at least between the spout formed by cutting off the tip end portion 19 along the cut line 18 and the nozzle base 6b. From the relationship between the opening cross-sectional area of the spout and the deformation amount of the nozzle base 6b It is also possible to determine the position of the tip of the bonding part 5. Preferably, the point S and the symmetrical point S ′ may be located slightly closer to the point S from the middle.
[0030]
Fig.2 (a) is a partial expansion perspective view of the nozzle part which shows the state of the spout at the time of pouring the contents.
When the tip end portion 19 is cut off by the cut line 18 to form the spout 6a, the bag-like container 1 is tilted and the contents are sent to the nozzle part 6, the vicinity of the nozzle base part 6b of the bag-like container 1 swells due to the contents. To do. At this time, as described above, the portion where the mountain fold line 4 is formed bulges outward, and the portion where the valley fold line 3 of the nozzle base 6b is formed is recessed. Further, the urging force that dents the portion where the valley fold line 3 is formed with the adhesive portion 5 as a fulcrum acts in the direction of expanding the spout 6 a via the mountain fold line 7.
[0031]
This operation will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view in the III-III direction of FIG. When the pressure P acts on the nozzle portion 6 by the contents in the bag-shaped container 1, the pressure P causes the bag-shaped container 1 to be recessed in the portion where the valley fold line 3 is formed, that is, the sign ▲ 3 The urging force acts in the direction indicated by ▼. This urging force acts on the bonding portion 5 as a fulcrum in the direction of opening the spout 6a, that is, in the direction indicated by (4) in the figure, so that the spout 6a is sufficiently opened to stabilize the contents. Enables dispensing.
This open state is stably maintained while the vicinity of the nozzle base 6b is inflated with the contents, that is, until the removal of the contents is completed.
[0032]
Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments.
For example, in the above description, the nozzle part 6 is provided at the upper corner of the bag-like container 1, but the nozzle part 6 may be provided at the upper central part of the bag-like container 1. Furthermore, the shape and dimensions of the nozzle portion 6 can be appropriately set according to the properties of the contents to be filled, the dimensions of the bag-like container 1 and the like.
[0033]
Moreover, the valley fold line 3 and the mountain fold line 4 are used as a guide part for converting the deformation in one direction of the bag-like container 1 in the vicinity of the nozzle base 6b when taking out the contents into the deformation in the other direction in the nozzle base 6b. Although described as an example, it is not limited to the valley fold line 3 and the mountain fold line 4 as long as the same action and effect are obtained. Moreover, as long as there exists the same effect | action and effect, it is good also as what forms any one of the valley fold line 3 and the mountain fold line 4 in the bag-shaped container 1. FIG.
Further, the bonding portion 5 has been described as being formed by heating and welding the front and back inner surfaces of the bag-like container 1, but the adhesive portion 5 may be partially bonded to the front and back inner surfaces of the bag-like container 1 using an adhesive. Good.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, when the contents in the bag-like container are transferred to a container such as a plastic bottle or a glass bottle, the contents can be easily taken out and a stable flow to the end can be obtained. It can be taken out while keeping. Moreover, even if it is a case where it is set as the long nozzle part which can be inserted in the opening | mouth of a bottle-shaped container, a spout does not obstruct | occlude. Furthermore, when transferring high-viscosity contents, the contents can be squeezed to the end. Furthermore, it is possible to obtain a bag-like container with a dispensing function that is not bulky and does not cause an increase in transportation cost due to a decrease in transport efficiency or an increase in manufacturing cost.
