Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper box that deforms the entire box into a flat shape for convenient disposal after use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a paper box composed of a front plate, a back plate, left and right side plates, and a lid plate, it is desired that the paper box can be disassembled into a flat state that is not bulky when discarded or stored after use.
[0003]
In this case, the bonded paper box that forms the left and right side surfaces by bonding the inner and outer plates cannot be deployed unlike the assembled paper box, so that the entire box is crushed and flattened.
[0004]
Conventionally, as a technique for facilitating this flattening, as shown in Patent Document 1, in order to separate a portion (for example, a bottom plate) that becomes a flattening resistance from a main body portion, a portion to be separated in advance is used. A technique has been proposed in which a cut (perforation or zipper) is enclosed and a part thereof is broken along the cut.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-211152
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, this known technique has the following drawbacks.
[0007]
(1) It is necessary to perform a breaking operation to break a part (in some cases, torn off), and a relatively large force is required for breaking and breakage is caused. The process is cumbersome and time-consuming.
[0008]
{Circle around (2)} When a part is torn, it is inconvenient for disposal because it is divided into two parts, a main body part and the torn piece.
[0009]
(3) Once dismantled (flattened), it cannot be restored and cannot be reused.
[0010]
Accordingly, the present invention provides a paper box that can facilitate and speed up the flattening process, and can be discarded and stored as a single member, and can be restored and reused.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of claim 1 is a paper box constituted by a front plate, a back plate, left and right side plates, a bottom plate, and a lid plate that closes an opening opposite to the bottom plate, the bottom plate, and the front plate. Folding inward the isosceles triangle area on the front side with the bottom edge of the bottom side and the isosceles triangle area on the back side with the bottom edge of the back plate on the inside, the left and right side plates approach each other throughout the box A crease for deforming into a flat state is provided.
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect, as the fold line, a front side vertical fold line is provided on the center line of the front plate, and a back side vertical fold line is provided on the center line of the back plate. The diagonal fold line which forms the isosceles triangular area | region which makes the middle point of a back side vertical fold line the vertex at the lower part of a front board and a back board is provided.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the second aspect, the back side vertical fold line is provided across the back plate and the cover plate connected to the back plate.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of any one of the first to third aspects, the front side and the back side vertical folding lines are provided in a state of being continuous through the bottom plate.
[0015]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, an X-shaped bottom fold line is provided at the center of the bottom plate when viewed from the bottom.
[0016]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of any one of the first to fifth aspects, on the front side for folding an isosceles triangular region having the upper edge of the front plate as a base on the extension of the diagonal fold line on the front side. On the extension of the auxiliary oblique fold line and the back side oblique fold line, a back side auxiliary oblique fold line for folding inward an isosceles triangular region having the upper edge of the back plate as a base is provided.
[0017]
The invention according to claim 7 is the structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein each fold line is provided as a non-penetrating fold that does not penetrate the paper material in the thickness direction.
[0018]
The invention of claim 8 is the structure of claim 7, wherein each fold line is provided on the inner surface side of the box.
[0019]
A ninth aspect of the present invention is the construction of the seventh or eighth aspect, wherein corrugated cardboard is used as the paper material, and each fold line is formed as a ruled line that compresses and dents the corrugated cardboard from one side.
[0020]
According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the seventh or eighth aspect, corrugated cardboard is used as a paper material, and each fold line is formed as a half-cut line that is a cut that leaves only one side liner of the corrugated cardboard. .
[0021]
According to the above configuration, the bottom plate and the isosceles triangle regions on the front side and the back side are not folded as in the known technique, but the front side and back side vertical fold lines and the diagonal fold lines are obliquely folded. It can be folded inward by a line), and the whole can be flattened flat, so no broken pieces or paper dust is generated, no large force is required for tearing, no troubles such as tearing, and anyone can easily and quickly flatten can do.
[0022]
Moreover, since the entire box is deformed as it is without breaking, it can be easily restored and reused.
[0023]
In this case, according to the third aspect of the present invention, the vertical folding line on the back side is provided across the back plate and the cover plate, so that the cover plate is easily folded together with the back plate.
[0024]
On the other hand, according to the configuration of the fourth aspect, since the vertical folding lines on the front side and the back side are continuously provided in a state of cutting the bottom plate vertically, it becomes easier to fold the center portion of the bottom plate serving as a deformation starting point inward.
[0025]
For this reason, the entire box is easily deformed, and the flattening operation is further simplified.
[0026]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the bottom plate is folded more smoothly and the box becomes flatter since the bottom plate center line is provided with an X-shaped bottom fold line as viewed from the bottom.
[0027]
According to the configuration of the sixth aspect, the upper isosceles triangular regions on the front side and the back side are also folded inward by the auxiliary oblique folding line, so that even a large box can be compactly deformed.
[0028]
According to the configurations of claims 7 to 10, each fold line is a non-penetrating fold that does not penetrate the paper material in the thickness direction (in claim 9, a ruled line that compresses and dents the cardboard from one side, and in claim 10, one side of the cardboard. Since it is provided as a half-cut line that leaves only the liner, it is possible to suppress a reduction in the strength of the box as compared with the case where a perforation such as a perforation or a zipper is provided. In particular, according to the configuration of claim 9 in which each fold line is formed as a ruled line, a decrease in strength is minimized.
[0029]
Moreover, according to the structure of Claim 10, since each fold line is provided in the box inner surface side and this fold line is not exposed outside, the aesthetics of a box can be maintained.
[0030]

As shown in FIG. 2, the left and right side plates 3, 4 include outer plates 3 a, 4 a extending on the left and right sides of the front plate 1 and inner plates 3 b, 4 b extending on the left and right sides of the back plate 2. The cover plate 6 is constructed by bonding, the front plate 1 and the back plate 2 are connected by the left and right side plates 3, 4 and the bottom plate 5, and the opening opposite to the bottom plate 5 is connected to the back plate 2. A flat, rectangular parallelepiped paper box is constructed.
[0035]
In this paper box, the following fold lines are provided on the inner surface side of the box on the front side and the back side, which are creases when the entire box is deformed flat after use.
[0036]
That is, a front side vertical fold line 7 is provided on the center line of the front plate 1, and a back side vertical fold line 8 is provided on the center line of the back plate 2. Back side diagonal fold lines 10 and 10 are respectively provided between the midpoint of the front side diagonal fold lines 9 and 9 and the back side vertical fold line 8 between the left and right edges of the edge and the lower left and right ends of the lower edge of the back plate 2. ing.
[0037]
Here, the two front-side diagonal fold lines 9, 9 are symmetrical with respect to the lower half 7a of the front-side vertical fold line 7, and the two rear-side diagonal fold lines 10, 10 are the back-side vertical fold lines. The lower half 8a of the line 8 is provided symmetrically with respect to the lower half portion 8a, and the corresponding folding lines on the front side and the rear side are also provided symmetrically with respect to the bottom plate 5.
[0038]
Accordingly, an isosceles triangular region A1 on the front side with the lower edge of the front plate at the bottom of the front plate 1, and an isosceles triangular region A2 on the back side with the lower edge of the back plate at the bottom of the back plate 2 (see FIG. 1 and 2 are hatched.
[0039]
Further, the front side and back side vertical folding lines 7 and 8 are provided in a state in which the bottom plate 5 is vertically cut and continuous. In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 11 denotes a bottom plate longitudinal section at the vertical folding lines 7 and 8. Further, the back side vertical fold line 8 is provided across the back plate 2 and the cover plate 6.
[0040]
In FIG. 2, the former is indicated by a solid line and the latter is indicated by a broken line in order to distinguish the fold line for assembling the box from the fold lines 7 to 10.
[0041]
Note that the angle θ formed between the base and the hypotenuse (oblique folding lines 9 and 10) in the front and back isosceles triangular regions (hereinafter referred to as folding regions) A1 and A2 has a small resistance during flattening to be described later. The inventor has confirmed that it is desirable that the angle is around 45 ° (45 ° is optimal).
[0042]
Each of the folding lines 7, 8, 9, 10 is formed as a ruled line in which the corrugated cardboard is compressed and dented from one surface side in the thickness direction.
[0043]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a mark (a round mark as shown or a letter such as “PUSH” may be displayed) 12 is displayed on the outer surface of the center portion of the bottom plate 5 to display a pressing point when flattening. Has been.
[0044]
In the above configuration, when the paper box is flattened for disposal or storage after use, as shown in FIG. 3, the center portion (mark 12 portion) of the bottom plate 5 is placed inside with the lid plate 6 opened. The left and right side plates 3 and 4 are pressed toward each other while being pushed in.
[0045]
In this way, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the folding regions A1 and A2 on the front side and the back side are formed by the lower half portions 7a and 8a of the vertical folding lines 7 and 8 and the oblique folding lines 9, 9, At the same time that it is folded inward along with the bottom plate 5 along the lines 10 and 10, other portions are folded outward.
[0046]
Finally, as shown in (c), the left and right side plates 3 and 4 come into a substantially pentagonal flat shape in which they approach each other, and are discarded or stored in this state.
[0047]
According to this paper box, instead of breaking partly as in the known art, the bottom plate 5 and the front and back side isosceles triangle folding regions A1 and A2 can be folded inward to flatten the whole flat. Therefore, no broken pieces or paper dust is generated, no great force for tearing is required, and there is no trouble such as breakage, and anyone can flatten easily and quickly.
[0048]
Moreover, the entire box can be easily restored to the original shape by pushing back the bottom plate 5 and the folding areas A1, A2. For this reason, for example, it becomes possible to reuse the circular fluorescent lamp that has been used in a general household, for example, in a box for storing it.
[0049]
in this case,
(1) Since the vertical fold line 8 on the back side is provided across the back plate 2 and the cover plate 6, the cover plate 6 easily breaks together with the back plate 2.
[0050]
{Circle around (2)} Since the vertical folding lines 7 and 8 on the front side and the back side are provided in a state of being continuous at the bottom plate longitudinal section 11, it becomes easy to fold the center portion of the bottom plate 5 serving as a deformation starting point inward.
[0051]
For this reason, the entire box is easily deformed, and the flattening operation is further simplified.
[0052]
Further, each fold line 7 to 10 is a non-penetrating fold that does not penetrate the cardboard in the thickness direction, and is formed by a ruled line that is simply compressed in the thickness direction. Compared with the case of providing a cut through, it is possible to suppress a reduction in the strength of the box.
[0053]
On the other hand, since each fold line 7-10 is provided in the box inner surface side and this fold line 7-10 is not exposed outside, the aesthetics of a box can be maintained.
[0054]
In addition, all or a part of each fold line 7-10 (for example, the lower half portions 7a, 8a of the vertical fold lines 7, 8) is formed as a half cut line that leaves only one side liner of the cardboard instead of the ruled line. May be.
[0055]
Moreover, you may form the bottom-plate vertical part 11 of the vertical fold lines 7 and 8 as all the cut lines (cut | puncture penetrated in the thickness direction of the cardboard). This makes it easier to fold the center portion of the bottom plate 5 (and consequently the folding regions A1, A2).
[0056]
Alternatively, all or a part of the vertical fold lines 7 and 8 and the diagonal fold lines 9 and 10 may be formed as lead rules in which all cut portions and ruled line portions are alternately continued.
[0057]
2nd Embodiment (refer FIGS. 4-6)
In the following embodiments, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
[0058]
In the second embodiment, an X-shaped bottom fold line 13 is provided at the center of the bottom plate 5 as viewed from the bottom, and straddles the folding regions A1, A2 and the bottom plate 5 on both the front side and the back side. Two left and right auxiliary vertical fold lines 14, 14, 15, 15 are provided in parallel with the vertical fold lines 7, 8.
[0059]
According to this structure, at the initial stage of flattening, as shown in FIG. 6, the center portion of the bottom plate 5 is torn along the bottom fold line 13 by the external pressing force, and is easily recessed inward. The regions A1 and A2 can be smoothly folded with a small force. Further, the folding resistance of the bottom plate 5 is reduced, so that the box is more easily flattened.
[0060]
The types of the bottom fold line 13 and the auxiliary vertical fold lines 14 and 15 are not particularly limited. For example, the bottom fold line 13 is a half-cut line and the auxiliary vertical fold lines 14 and 15 are ruled lines.
[0061]
Third embodiment (see FIGS. 7 and 8)
In the third embodiment, based on the configuration of the first embodiment or the second embodiment (in the figure, the case where the configuration of the second embodiment is used as a base is illustrated), the oblique folding line 9 on the front side, 9 on the extension of the front side auxiliary diagonal fold lines 16 and 16 and the rear side diagonal fold lines 10 and 10 for folding the isosceles triangular region B1 with the upper edge of the front plate at the bottom. Back side auxiliary oblique folding lines 17 and 17 are provided for folding the isosceles triangular region B2 having the top edge of 2 into the inside together with the cover plate 6, respectively.
[0062]
By doing so, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the isosceles triangular area B1 on the front side upper part and the isosceles triangular area B2 on the upper side on the back side and the cover plate 6 are also connected to the auxiliary oblique folding lines 16, 16, Since it is folded inward by 17, 17, the entire box can be deformed into a more generally rectangular, more compact shape, which is particularly suitable for large boxes.
[0063]
By the way, in the above embodiment, the originally flat corrugated cardboard box in which the annular fluorescent lamp is accommodated is exemplified as an application target, but the present invention is applied to various paper boxes including non-flat boxes and boxes made of paper materials other than corrugated cardboard. can do.
[0064]
When a non-penetrating fold line (ruled line or half cut line) is provided, this fold line may be provided on the outer side of the box.
[0065]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the bottom plate, the isosceles triangular region on the front side with the lower edge of the front plate as the base, and the isosceles triangular region on the back side with the lower edge of the back plate as the base are inward. Since the fold is provided to fold and deform the entire box into a flat state in which the left and right side plates approach each other, the entire box can be deformed flat as it is. For this reason, there is no risk of generating broken pieces or paper dust as in the case of a known technique for breaking a part, and there is no need for a large force to tear off, and there is no trouble such as breakage, and anyone can flatten easily and quickly. be able to.
[0066]
Moreover, since the entire box is deformed as it is without breaking, it can be easily restored and reused.
[0067]
In this case, according to the invention of claim 3, since the back side vertical fold line is provided across the back plate and the cover plate, the cover plate easily breaks together with the back plate.
[0068]
On the other hand, according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the vertical folding lines on the front side and the back side are continuously provided in a state in which the bottom plate is cut vertically, so that the center portion of the bottom plate serving as a deformation starting point is easily folded inward.
[0069]
For this reason, the entire box is easily deformed, and the flattening operation is further simplified.
[0070]
According to the invention of claim 5, since the X-shaped bottom fold line is provided at the center of the bottom plate, the bottom plate can be folded more smoothly and the entire box can be made flatter.
[0071]
According to the invention of claim 6, since the upper isosceles triangular regions on the front side and the back side can be folded inward by the auxiliary oblique folding line, even a large box can be compactly deformed.
[0072]
According to the inventions of claims 7 to 10, since each fold line is formed as a non-penetrating crease that does not penetrate the paper material in the thickness direction, the box is compared with a case in which perforations such as perforations and zippers are provided. The strength reduction can be suppressed. In particular, according to the invention of claim 9 in which each fold line is formed as a ruled line, a decrease in strength can be minimized.
[0073]
According to the invention of claim 8, since each fold line is provided on the inner surface side of the box, the fold line is not exposed to the outside, and the aesthetic appearance of the box can be maintained.
