Description
作製された各100本のタイヤのトレッド面の空気溜まりによる加硫故障を目視に調べ、発生率が3%以下を良、3%超を不良と判定した。
加硫故障の発生がない各試験タイヤを16×6.5Jのリムに組み付け、空気圧を230kPaにして排気量2000cc乗用車(FF車両)に装着し、水深1mmのウェット路面において、半径30mの円弧を描きながら5周旋回走行した時のラップタイムを測定し、その結果を従来タイヤを100とする指数値で示した。この値が大きい程、ウェット旋回性能が優れている。

Claims (3)
- トレッド面に溝により区分された陸部を設け、該陸部を区分する溝はタイヤ周方向に延在する主溝を有し、前記陸部のトレッド表面にタイヤ幅方向にジグザグ状に延びる複数のサイプをタイヤ周方向に所定の間隔で配列し、タイヤ周方向に隣接するサイプ間に幅が0.3〜2mmで深さが前記主溝の深さの20%以下である浅溝を延設し、該浅溝を浅溝両側に区分される陸部部分を分断せずに部分的に連通するように配置し、
前記浅溝をタイヤ周方向に隣接するサイプの内の一方のサイプのジグザグ凹部と他方のサイプのジグザグ凸部との間に配置し、かつ前記浅溝の一端を前記一方のサイプのジグザグ凹部に連通させ、前記浅溝の他端を前記他方のサイプのジグザグ凸部から離間させ、浅溝両側に区分される陸部部分が前記浅溝の他端と前記他方のサイプのジグザグ凸部の間で連通し、
浅溝両側に区分される陸部部分を連通する部分の間隔が、前記浅溝の長さの5〜20%であり、
前記浅溝がタイヤ周方向に対して0〜5°の範囲で直線状に延在する空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記陸部のトレッド表面にタイヤ幅方向にジグザグ状に延びる少なくとも3本のサイプをタイヤ周方向に所定の間隔で配列し、タイヤ周方向に隣接する各サイプ間に前記浅溝を設け、かつタイヤ周方向に隣接する浅溝をタイヤ幅方向にずらして配置した請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- タイヤ周方向に隣接する2本のサイプ間にある浅溝は1本のみである請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
