Abstract
本発明のヒートパイプ1では、冷媒注入孔4及び空気排出孔5の周辺領域に対向する蒸気拡散流路44内に、上板補強部50、中板補強部52、スリット付補強部55及び下板補強部60が密着して支柱構造を形成するようにした。これによりヒートパイプ1では、プレス75からの外力を上板補強部50、中板補強部52、スリット付補強部55及び下板補強部60からなる支柱構造で受け止め、当該外力によって上板2又は下板3が破損して内部空間10aが潰れることを防止できる。

Claims (11)
- 内部空間に冷媒の循環経路が形成された金属からなる冷却部本体と、
前記冷却部本体に形成され、前記内部空間に前記冷媒を注入するための冷媒注入孔と、
前記内部空間に前記冷媒を封入するために前記冷媒注入孔を閉塞する封止部材とを備え、
前記封止部材が前記冷却部本体と同質の可塑性金属からなり、
前記封止部材で前記冷媒注入孔を完全に閉塞する状態になるまでは外部と前記内部空間とを連通させる状態を保ち、前記冷媒注入孔が完全に閉塞する状態になると、前記封止部材で閉塞されるガス抜き溝が前記冷媒注入孔の内周面に形成されている
ことを特徴とするヒートパイプ。 - 前記冷却部本体には、上板及び下板間に設けた1又は複数の中板によって、内部空間に前記循環経路が形成され、
前記中板には、前記冷媒注入孔の周辺領域に対応する部分に形成された所定の厚みを有した補強部と、前記冷媒注入孔に対応する部分に形成された冷媒用孔と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のヒートパイプ。 - 前記冷媒注入孔から前記内部空間に前記冷媒が微小粒子状にされて注入される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のヒートパイプ。 - 前記冷媒注入孔を閉塞した前記封止部材が前記冷却部本体の表面から突出していない
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項記載のヒートパイプ。 - 前記循環経路には冷媒が蒸気となって拡散する蒸気拡散流路を備え、前記冷媒注入孔に対応した部分が前記蒸気拡散流路に配置され、
前記補強部には、前記蒸気拡散流路内で前記冷媒が蒸気となって拡散する拡散方向に沿ってスリットが形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のヒートパイプ。 - 前記封止部材が球状体でなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項記載のヒートパイプ。 - 金属でなる冷却部本体に形成した冷媒注入孔から、冷媒の循環経路が形成された前記冷却部本体の内部空間に前記冷媒を注入する注入工程と、
前記冷却部本体と同質の可塑性金属からなる封止部材を、前記冷媒注入孔に載置する載置工程と、
真空下で前記封止部材を加圧することにより該封止部材で前記冷媒注入孔を閉塞する封止工程とを備え、
前記封止工程は、前記封止部材で前記冷媒注入孔を完全に閉塞する状態になるまで、前記冷媒注入孔の内周面に形成されたガス抜き溝を介して外部と前記内部空間とが連通した状態が保たれる
ことを特徴とするヒートパイプの製造方法。 - 前記注入工程では、前記冷媒を微小粒子状にして前記冷媒注入孔から前記内部空間に注入する
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載のヒートパイプの製造方法。 - 所定の厚みを有する補強部を備える1又は複数の中板を、上板及び下板間に設け、前記中板によって前記上板及び前記下板間の内部空間に前記循環経路を形成し、前記上板又は前記下板に有する前記冷媒注入孔の周辺領域に対応した部分に、前記中板の前記補強部が設けられた前記冷却部本体を形成する形成工程を、前記注入工程の前に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載のヒートパイプの製造方法。 - 前記封止工程は、前記真空下で前記封止部材を加圧することにより該封止部材で前記冷媒注入孔を仮封止した後、前記封止部材を加圧し続けながら加熱することにより該封止部材で前記冷媒注入孔を完全封止する
ことを特徴とする請求項7〜9のうちいずれか1項記載のヒートパイプの製造方法。 - 前記載置工程では、前記冷媒注入孔の中心にある開口部と、該開口部の内周面の前記ガス抜き溝とにより形成された凹部に、前記封止部材が安定して置かれ、
前記封止工程では、プレスにより前記封止部材を加圧する
ことを特徴とする請求項7〜10のうちいずれか1項記載のヒートパイプの製造方法。
