Description
図1に示すように、特許請求の範囲にいう積層成形物としての積層パネル1(以下、単に「積層パネル1」という)は、硬化した樹脂を含有する第1繊維質補強材層11と、第1接合材層12と、多孔質コア材層13と、第2接合材層14と、硬化した樹脂を含有する第2繊維質補強材層15とがこの順番に積層された積層体である。
図2に示すように、積層パネル製造装置2は、積層材料20が載置される成形型21と、成形型21上で積層材料20を覆うバッグフィルム22とを備えており、VARTM(Vacuum-Assisted Resin Transfer Molding)法を使用することができるように構成されている。
次に、前記した積層パネル製造装置の動作を説明しつつ、本実施形態に係る積層パネルの製造方法について説明する。
その結果、図示しないが、第1繊維質補強材11aは、バッグフィルム22によって成形型21に向けて押圧されることとなり、第1繊維質補強材11aは、成形型21の上面に沿うようにパネル状の形状をなす。この際、第1繊維質補強材11aに含まれる余剰分の熱硬化性樹脂Rは、真空ポンプ26(図2参照)によって吸い出されて樹脂トラップ25(図2参照)に捕獲される。
この重ね合わせの工程は、特許請求の範囲にいう「載置工程」に相当する。
その結果、図示しないが、第2繊維質補強材15aは、バッグフィルム22によって成形型21に向けて押圧されることとなる。この際、第2繊維質補強材15aに含まれる余剰分の熱硬化性樹脂Rは、真空ポンプ26(図2参照)によって吸い出されて樹脂トラップ25(図2参照)に捕獲される。

Claims (1)
- 第1繊維質補強材層、第1接合材層、多孔質コア材層、第2接合材層及び第2繊維質補強材層がこの順番に積層された積層成形物をバキュームアシステッド・レジン・トランスファー・モールディング法で製造する積層成形物の製造方法であって、
成形型上に第1繊維質補強材を載置して、前記成形型上で前記第1繊維質補強材に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させる第1の含浸工程と、
前記第1の含浸工程で前記第1繊維質補強材に含浸させた前記熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させて第1繊維質補強材層を形成する第1の硬化工程と、
前記第1の硬化工程で得られた前記第1繊維質補強材層上に、第1接合材、多孔質コア材、第2接合材及び第2繊維質補強材をこの順番に載置する載置工程と、
前記載置工程の後に、前記第1繊維質補強材層、前記多孔質コア材及び前記第2繊維質補強材を前記第1接合材及び前記第2接合材によって相互に接合する接合工程と、
前記接合工程の後に、前記第2繊維質補強材に前記熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させる第2の含浸工程と、
前記第2の含浸工程の後に、前記第2繊維質補強材に含浸させた前記熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させて第2繊維質補強材層を形成する第2の硬化工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする積層成形物の製造方法。
