Description
また、第1爆薬の爆轟ベクトルが内側に向くことにより、弾殻の粒子速度が内側に向けられる。更に、本来は外向きである弾殻の内部の爆薬の爆轟ベクトルが、上記第1爆薬の内向きの爆轟ベクトルにつられて、内向き乃至平行向きの爆轟ベクトルに変更される。従って、爆発により径方向に飛散する弾殻の破片の速度を低減でき、例えば容器内で爆発させた場合の当該容器の損傷を回避できる。
上記爆破処理方法の効果を実証するために、以下の実験を行った。
上記の実験1で使用したφ=75ミリメートルのあか弾よりも大きい、図1に示すとおりの「15kgあか弾」を模した模擬弾を作った。あか弾Aの主要な寸法を述べると、炸薬筒13の寸法がφ=30ミリメートル、高さ=123ミリメートル、内筒11の寸法がφ=64ミリメートル、高さ=350ミリメートル、外筒10の寸法がφ=100ミリメートル、高さ=380ミリメートルであった。
次に、上記の15kgあか模擬弾について、線爆雷管24を起爆させたときの爆轟伝播シミュレーション実験を、コンピュータを用いて行った。この結果を図7に示す。
上記実験1で使用した「φ75ミリメートルあか模擬弾」を、その周囲に水壁を取り巻かせた状態で爆発させる実験を行った。具体的には図9に示すように、塩化ビニル製のバケツ状容器51に水を溜めるとともに、その内部に塩化ビニル製の治具52を沈ませて配置した。この治具52は底板53上にパイプ54を立設した構成としており、そのパイプ54の内面には2枚の区画板55を固定し、当該パイプ54の内部空間を上中下の3区画に分けている。

Claims (10)
- 化学弾薬の爆破処理方法において、
第1爆薬を被処理物の外周に配置し、この第1爆薬より爆速の大きい第2爆薬を前記第1爆薬の外周に配置し、前記第2爆薬を点火してその爆轟により第1爆薬を爆発させて前記被処理物を処理することを特徴とする、
化学弾薬の爆破処理方法。 - 請求項1に記載の化学弾薬の爆破処理方法であって、前記第1爆薬及び前記第2爆薬は被処理物の軸線に関して対称に配置されており、前記第2爆薬の起爆点が上記軸線上に配置されていることを特徴とする、化学弾薬の爆破処理方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の化学弾薬の爆破処理方法であって、前記第2爆薬の起爆点と、前記被処理物との間に、空間が介在されていることを特徴とする化学弾薬の爆破処理方法。
- 請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の化学弾薬の爆破処理方法であって、前記第1爆薬はANFO爆薬であることを特徴とする化学弾薬の爆破処理方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の化学弾薬の爆破処理方法であって、前記第1爆薬はエマルジョン状の爆薬であることを特徴とする化学弾薬の爆破処理方法。
- 請求項1から請求項5までの何れか一項に記載の化学弾薬の爆破処理方法であって、
筒を被処理物に被せる第1工程と、
前記筒と被処理物との間に、顆粒状または流動状の第1爆薬を入れる第2工程と、
前記筒に第2爆薬を装着する第3工程と、
を少なくとも含む、化学弾薬の爆破処理方法。 - 請求項1から請求項5までの何れか一項に記載の化学弾薬の爆破処理方法であって、
筒を被処理物に被せる第1工程と、
前記筒の内部に流動状の第1爆薬を流し込む第2工程と、
流動状の前記第1爆薬に被処理物を沈める第3工程と、
前記筒に第2爆薬を装着する第4工程と、
を少なくとも含む、化学弾薬の爆破処理方法。 - 請求項1から請求項7までの何れか一項に記載の化学弾薬の爆破処理方法であって、
被処理物の外側に第1爆薬及び第2爆薬を配置したものを複数配置し、一度に複数の化学弾薬を爆破処理することを特徴とする、化学弾薬の爆破処理方法。 - 請求項1から請求項8までの何れか一項に記載の化学弾薬の爆破処理方法であって、前記第2爆薬の周囲を流動体壁で囲った状態で爆破処理を行うことを特徴とする、化学弾薬の爆破処理方法。
- 請求項9に記載の化学弾薬の爆破処理方法であって、前記流動体壁は250ミリメートル以上の厚さであることを特徴とする化学弾薬の爆破処理方法。
