Description

The present invention
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stabilizer bar with a rubber bush, in which a fitting portion of a cylindrical rubber bush is externally fixed to a fitted portion of a stabilizer bar to manufacture a stabilizer bar with a rubber bush.

Generally, a stabilizer bar with a rubber bush has a structure in which the stabilizer bar is simply inserted through the rubber bush. And a rubber bush is clamped with a stabilizer bar with a pair of mounting brackets, and is fixed to the vehicle body. However, in this structure, when water enters between the rubber bush and the stabilizer bar or when the air temperature becomes very low, the rubber bush easily slips with respect to the stabilizer bar and noise is likely to occur. To solve this problem,
(1) Apply adhesive to the mating surface of the mating part of the stabilizer bar,
(2) Fit the fitting part of the rubber bush to the fitted part of the stabilizer bar,
(3) The rubber bush is clamped in the radial direction by a pair of clamping members, and the rubber bush and the stabilizer bar in the clamped state are accommodated in a heating oven,
(4) There has been a method of causing the adhesive reaction of the adhesive by heating the entire rubber bush from the radially outer side.

However, according to the conventional technique, although the generation of abnormal noise can be prevented, it has been difficult to increase the productivity in the process (4) because the heating takes 20 to 30 minutes. In addition, since the entire rubber bush is heated from the radially outer side of the rubber bush, the rubber bush may deteriorate due to heat, making it difficult to exhibit desired characteristics.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to prevent the generation of abnormal noise while improving productivity and avoiding problems such as deterioration of the rubber bush due to heating. The rubber bush is capable of producing a stabilizer bar with a rubber bush that easily exhibits desired characteristics.

The feature of the present invention is that
A method for manufacturing a stabilizer bar with a rubber bush, in which a fitting portion of a cylindrical rubber bush is externally fixed to a fitted portion of a stabilizer bar to manufacture a stabilizer bar with a rubber bush,
An adhesive application step of applying an adhesive to at least one of the fitting surface of the fitting portion of the rubber bush and the fitted surface of the fitted portion of the stabilizer bar;
A fitting step of externally fitting the fitting portion of the rubber bush to the fitted portion of the stabilizer bar;
In a state where the rubber bush is clamped in a radial direction by a pair of clamping members, the fitting surface is heated by high-frequency induction heating the stabilizer bar portions on both outer sides in the axial direction of the rubber bush. heating said mating surface from the fitting target surface with, Ri consists the high frequency induction heating step to cause adhesion reaction of the adhesive,
The clamping member is a mounting bracket for mounting and fixing the rubber bush to the vehicle body side ,
The rubber bush is composed of a pair of semi-circular ring-shaped rubber bush portions separated from each other, and before entering the adhesive application step, the outer peripheral portion of one rubber bush portion is formed on one mounting bracket. In addition to being vulcanized and bonded to the concave portion, the outer peripheral portion of the other rubber bush portion is vulcanized and bonded to the concave portion formed in the other mounting bracket .

(請求項1)   According to this means, since the time for high-frequency induction heating is generally short (as an example, 10 seconds to 3 minutes), work efficiency can be increased. Further, since the stabilizer bar portions on both outer sides in the axial direction of the rubber bush are subjected to high-frequency induction heating, the fitted surface is heated and the fitted surface is heated from the fitted surface side. Compared to the conventional means for heating the whole of the rubber bush from the radially outer side of the rubber bush, the burden on the rubber bush can be reduced and problems such as deterioration of the rubber bush can be avoided. And since a rubber bush is clamped to radial direction with a pair of clamping member, adhesiveness can be improved. (Claim 1)

In the present invention,
When the pressing member is a mounting bracket for mounting and fixing the rubber bush to the vehicle body side, it is not necessary to newly manufacture a pair of pressing members. (Claim 1 )

In the present invention,
The rubber bush is composed of a pair of semi-circular ring-shaped rubber bush portions separated from each other, and before entering the adhesive application step, the outer peripheral portion of one rubber bush portion is formed on one mounting bracket. When vulcanized and bonded to the recess, and the outer peripheral portion of the other rubber bushing is vulcanized and bonded to the recessed portion formed on the other mounting bracket, the rubber bush is clamped in the radial direction by the pair of mounting brackets. At this time, positioning between one mounting bracket and one rubber bush portion and positioning between the other mounting bracket and the other rubber bush portion can be made unnecessary. (Claim 1 )

According to the present invention, a rubber that can prevent abnormal noise and can increase productivity, avoid problems such as deterioration of the rubber bush due to heating, and the rubber bush can easily exhibit desired characteristics.
The manufacturing method of the stabilizer bar 100 with the rubber bush having the above structure is as follows.
(1) Vulcanizing and bonding step The outer peripheral portion 6A of one rubber bush portion 6 is vulcanized and bonded to the first recess 8 of one mounting bracket 2A, and the outer peripheral portion 7A of the other rubber bush portion 7 is bonded to the other mounting bracket 2B. The second recess 10 is vulcanized and bonded.
(2) Adhesive application step On the mating surface 30 of the mated portion 5 of the stabilizer bar 4, Chemlock 205 (trade name) manufactured by Road Far East as an adhesive is primed, and road fur as an adhesive. Overcoat Chemlock 238 (trade name) manufactured by East.
(3) Fitting process The first fitting portion 26 on one rubber bush portion 6 side is externally fitted to the fitted portion 5 of the stabilizer bar 4, and the second fitting portion 27 on the other rubber bush portion 7 side is fitted. It fits to the fitted part 5. That is, the fitting portion 3 of the rubber bush 1 is externally fitted to the fitted portion 5 of the stabilizer bar 4. The first fitting portion 26 and the second fitting portion 27 are tightly fitted (tightly fitted) to the fitted portion 5.
(4) High-frequency induction heating process As shown in FIG. 4, the rubber bush 1 is clamped in the radial direction by a pair of mounting brackets 2A and 2B. One surface 11 (surface orthogonal to the bolt insertion hole 9) of one mounting bracket 2A and one surface 12 (surface orthogonal to the bolt insertion hole 9) of the other mounting bracket 2B face each other with a predetermined first gap S1 therebetween. The circumferential end surface of one rubber bush portion 6 and the circumferential end surface of the other rubber bush portion 7 are opposed to each other with a predetermined second gap S2. The second gap S2 has a triangular shape spreading outward in the radial direction when the rubber bush 1 is viewed in the axial direction. As shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 7, the stabilizer bar portion 13 on both outer sides J1 in the axial direction of the rubber bush 1 is connected to the coil portion 14 of the high frequency induction heating device in the above-described clamping state. Enter from K2. The coil portion 14 is formed of a copper pipe 15 and is formed in a C shape when viewed in the axial direction so as to receive a pair of stabilizer bar portions 13 from the radially outward K2 side. Next, current is passed through the coil portion 14 to heat the pair of stabilizer bar portions 13 by high-frequency induction heating, thereby heating the mating surface 30 and the mating surface 23 (the first mating surface portion 28 and the second mating surface portion 2). The fitting surface portion 29) is heated from the mating surface 30 side (see FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b)), and the adhesive is bonded without heating the rubber bush 1 from the radially outer side. Cause a reaction. The current flow time is 2 minutes. In 2 minutes, the temperature of the mating surface 30 is raised to 180 ° C. Even after the current stops flowing through the coil portion 14, the rubber bushing 1 is continuously clamped by the pair of mounting brackets 2A and 2B, and the clamping pressure is released when a predetermined time has elapsed. Even after releasing the clamping pressure, the one surface 11 of one mounting bracket 2A and the one surface 12 of the other mounting bracket 2B face each other with a predetermined gap S therebetween.

When assembled on the vehicle body F side, a mounting bolt (not shown) is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 9 and screwed to the female screw portion on the vehicle body F side. As a result, the one surface 11 of one mounting bracket 2A and the one surface 12 of the other mounting bracket 2B approach each other and are attached to the vehicle body F side together with the stabilizer bar 4 in a state where the rubber bush 1 is compressed (see FIG. 1 (a), see FIG. 1 (b)).

[Another embodiment]
