Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a clip with a magnet that can be magnetically attached to a magnetic wall surface, a whiteboard or the like with various papers interposed therebetween.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of conventional clip, a fixed plate having a magnet attached to the lower surface side, and pivotally attached to the upper surface of the fixed plate so that one end side of the fixed plate is always closed by a spring. There is a thing provided with the movable plate made into (for example, refer to patent documents 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-290872 (FIGS. 1 to 6 etc.)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional clip described in Patent Document 1, a rectangular storage space is formed by bending the edge of the fixing plate at a right angle downward, and a relatively thick magnet is formed in this storage space. Since the container is stored and fixed, the thickness of the fixing plate is large, and the entire clip is also thick.
In addition, since the magnet is fixed using an adhesive, the number of steps for applying the magnet increases, and when used for a long period of time, the adhesive may deteriorate and the magnet may peel off.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems. The thickness of the pedestal to which the magnet is attached is minimized, the entire clip is thinned, and a fixing means such as an adhesive or a screw is used. It aims at providing the clip with a magnet which enabled it to fix a magnet easily.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a clip with a magnet according to the present invention is provided with a flat base that has a magnet and whose lower surface is attracted to the magnetic metal plate by the magnet, and is attached to the upper surface so as to be vertically rotatable. A clip with a magnet comprising: a lever plate; and a biasing means that biases the front and opposite ends of the pedestal and the lever plate at all times.
A fitting hole is formed in the pedestal, and a magnet having a thickness substantially equal to the plate thickness of the pedestal is accommodated in the fitting hole while preventing the pedestal from falling off by the retaining means, and A protrusion that serves as the center of rotation of the lever plate protrudes from the lower surface of the lever plate, and the lower end surface of the protrusion is an arcuate curved surface that contacts the upper surface in the width direction of the magnet. It is characterized by holding.
According to the present invention having the above configuration, since the magnet is housed in the fitting hole of the pedestal, the entire clip can be thinned in addition to the vertical dimension of the pedestal.
Further, since the magnet is held in the fitting hole by the retaining means and the protrusion of the lever plate, it is not necessary to use fixing means such as an adhesive or a screw. In addition, the arcuate curved surface of the lever plate allows smooth rotation without hindrance, and the upper surface of the magnet is pressed uniformly and stably.
[0008]
In the above clip, it is preferable that the retaining means is at least one pair of locking projections projecting inwardly facing the opening edge on the lower surface side of the fitting hole.
If it does in this way, falling off will be easily prevented only by accommodating a magnet in a fitting hole, without providing a retaining means as another member.
[0009]
In the clip, the fitting hole is preferably formed in the same shape as the outer shape of the magnet.
This prevents the magnet from rattling in the fitting hole.
[0010]
In the above clip, it is preferable that a pair of inward holding pieces protrude from the corner of the opening edge on the upper surface side of the fitting hole.
If it does in this way, since a magnet does not slip out above a fitting hole, a magnet can be beforehand built into a base and an assembly man-hour is reduced.
[0011]
In the above clip, a concave portion that is directed forward and opened at the rear is formed at the center of rotation of the opposed surface of the base and the lever plate, and a U-shape in a side view as a biasing means is formed in both concave portions. The plate spring and the lever plate are connected to each other by fitting the upper and lower forward pieces of the plate spring, and the urging force of the plate spring always closes the front facing end of the plate spring and the lever plate. It is preferable to do so.
In this way, the U-shaped leaf spring also serves as a connecting member between the base and the lever plate, so that the number of parts is reduced and the structure of the connecting portion between the base and the lever plate is simplified.
[0012]
In the above clip, it is preferable that a cover piece having a size capable of covering the outer end of the leaf spring is protruded downward on the lower surfaces of the left and right side portions of the lever plate.
If it does in this way, since a leaf | plate spring will become invisible from the side, the appearance of a clip will improve.
[0013]
In the above clip, it is preferable to provide a projecting portion and a recessed portion that engage with each other so that the lever plate is allowed to rotate on the opposing surface at the center of rotation between the base and the lever plate.
If it does in this way, positioning with a base and a lever board will become easy, and it will prevent that the mutual contact surface which is a rotation center shifts | deviates.
[0014]
In the above clip, it is preferable that a stopper portion with which the end face of the paper comes into contact with the upper surface in front of the rotation center of the cover plate in the base protrudes upward.
If it does in this way, when papers are stacked and pinched, it can be pinched by aligning an end face.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
FIG. 1 is a side view of a magnet clip according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a central longitudinal side view, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view.
[0017]
The clip with magnet of the present invention includes a base 1 made of synthetic resin having a substantially flat plate shape in plan view, a lever plate 2 made of synthetic resin slightly smaller than that, and a rectangular plate fixed to the lower surface of an iron yoke 3. It consists of a thin magnet 4 and a pair of leaf springs 5 and 5 which are U-shaped in side view.
[0018]
A downward U-shaped yoke 3 whose vertical dimension is substantially equal to the thickness of the pedestal 1 is accommodated in the central portion near the rear of the pedestal 1 (hereinafter, the left side in FIG. 1 will be described as the front). A fitting hole 6 having a rectangular shape is formed.
[0019]
A pair of front and rear locking projections 7 and 7 are integrally formed in the opening edge below the fitting hole 6 so as to face each other inwardly. The lower surfaces of both end portions are supported so that the fitting hole 6 is prevented from dropping downward.
[0020]
A pair of holding pieces 8, 8 project rearwardly at the left and right corners on the front side of the opening edge above the fitting hole 6, and both holding pieces 8 are accommodated in the fitting hole 6. The yoke 3 having the magnet 4 is in contact with or close to the upper surface of the front end portion of the yoke 3 so that it does not easily come out upward.
[0021]
When the yoke 3 having the magnet 4 is accommodated in the fitting hole 6, the left and right lower end surfaces of the yoke 3 are aligned with the same surface as the lower surface of the pedestal 1 or slightly above the lower surface of the pedestal 1. It is supposed to be.
[0022]
A pair of left and right upward bulging portions 9, 9 is formed on the upper surface of the pedestal 1 with the fitting hole 6 in between, and a protrusion 10 and a concave portion 11 are formed on the upper surface in the front-rear direction forming the flat surface. Is formed.
[0023]
Further, an opening 12 into which the forward piece 5a below the leaf spring 5 can be inserted is formed on the inclined surface of the rear half of the bulging portions 9, and the opening 12 is formed as shown in FIG. The lower portion communicates with a recess 13 formed below the front half of the bulging portion 9.
[0024]
The front end surfaces of the left and right bulging portions 9 are vertical stopper surfaces 14, and as shown in FIG. 6, when a plurality of sheets P are inserted, the end surfaces are brought into contact with each other so that the end surfaces are aligned. Can be pinched.
[0025]
A bent portion 2 a having a downward arc shape is formed at the front end portion of the lever plate 2 so as to be in surface contact with the upper surface of the front end portion of the base 1.
In addition, you may provide the uneven | corrugated strip for anti-slip | slip in the lower end surface of the bending part 2a, or may stick a rubber material etc. on it.
[0026]
As shown in the bottom perspective view of FIG. 4, a protrusion 15 whose bottom surface (upper surface in FIG. 4) forms an arcuate curved surface is provided at the substantially central portion of the bottom surface that is the rotation center of the lever plate 2. It is projected to face.
[0027]
The left and right dimensions of the protrusion 15 are substantially equal to the left and right dimensions of the yoke 3, and when the lever plate 2 is assembled to the pedestal 1 as shown in FIG. It comes in contact with the upper surface of the intermediate part in the front-rear direction.
[0028]
On both sides of the lower surface of the lever plate 2 sandwiching the protrusion 15, a pair of left and right downward bulging portions 16, 16 are formed in which the middle portion in the front-rear direction forms a downward mountain shape, and the lowermost end surface serving as the center of rotation Are formed with a protrusion 10 and a recess 11 which are engaged with the protrusion 10 and the recess 11 of the base 1. Note that the size of the recess 11 is slightly larger than the diameter of the protrusion 10 so that the lever plate 2 can be rotated without hindrance.
[0029]
An opening 17 into which the forward piece 5a above the leaf spring 5 can be inserted is formed in the latter half of both the bulging portions 16, and the opening 17 is, as shown in FIG. It communicates with the concave portion 18 formed above the front half.
[0030]
A cover piece 19 is provided on the lower surface of the lever plate 2 on the outer side of the bulging portion 16 so as to protrude downward when the leaf spring 5 is attached.
[0031]
Next, the assembly procedure of the clip of the above embodiment will be described.
First, the yoke 3 to which the magnet 4 is fixed in advance is accommodated from above in the fitting hole 6 of the base 1.
[0032]
Next, the protrusion 10 provided on the opposing surface of the upward bulging portion 9 of the pedestal 1 and the downward bulging portion 16 of the lever plate 2 and the concave portion 11 are engaged with each other so that the lever is placed on the upper surface of the pedestal 1. The plate 2 is placed.
[0033]
Next, the leaf spring 5 is inserted through the openings 12 and 17 formed in the bulging portions 9 and 16 of the base 1 and the lever plate 2, and the upper and lower forward pieces 5 a are respectively recessed in the base 1 and the lever plate 2. Push into 13 and 18.
[0034]
At this time, the upper and lower forward pieces 5a are elastically deformed in opposite directions in the vertical direction, so that the opposed surfaces of the bulging portions 9 and 16 of the base 1 and the lever plate 2 are in strong contact with each other and are connected to each other. In addition, the front ends of both forward pieces 5a press forward from the center of rotation, so that the front end of the lever plate 2 comes into contact with the upper surface of the pedestal 1 and is held closed (see FIG. 5).
[0035]
In order to prevent the leaf spring 5 from coming out of the upper and lower recesses 13 and 18, inward arc-shaped locking ridges 5b and 5b are formed at the front end portions of the upper and lower forward pieces 5a, The protrusions 5b are preferably engaged with engaging grooves 20 formed on the lower surface of the bulging portion 9 of the base 1 and the upper surface of the bulging portion 16 of the lever plate 2, respectively.
[0036]
When the paper P is sandwiched, the rear end portion of the lever plate 2 may be pressed and rotated downward against the urging force of the leaf spring 5 and the front end may be opened with respect to the base 1.
[0037]
Further, when the lower surface of the pedestal 1 is brought into contact with a magnetic wall surface, a white board or the like, the clip can be adsorbed in a state where the paper P is sandwiched by the magnetic adhesion force of the magnet 4 and the yoke 3.
[0038]
As described above, in the clip with magnets of the above-described embodiment, the fitting hole 6 is provided in the pedestal 1, and the fitting hole 6 is integrated with the magnet 4 having a vertical dimension substantially equal to the plate thickness of the pedestal 1. Therefore, the entire clip can be made thinner as well as the vertical dimension of the base 1.
[0039]
Further, since the yoke 3 and the magnet 4 are prevented from dropping downward by the locking protrusions 7 and the upper surface is pressed by the protrusions 15 on the lower surface of the lever plate 2, fixing means such as an adhesive or a screw is provided. There is no need to use an assembly, and the assembly man-hours and the number of parts can be reduced.
[0040]
In the above embodiment, the magnet 4 is arranged at the center of the pedestal 1 and the fulcrum of the lever plate 2 is provided on both sides of the magnet 4. On the contrary, the center of the pedestal 1 is placed at the lever plate 2. A pair of fitting holes 6 may be formed on both sides sandwiching the fulcrum, and the magnet 4 may be fitted therein.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the following effects can be achieved.
[0042]
(A) According to the invention described in claim 1, since the magnet is accommodated in the fitting hole provided in the pedestal, the vertical dimension of the pedestal does not increase as in the conventional clip, and The entire clip can be thinned.
In addition, since the magnet is held in the fitting hole by being held down by the retaining means and the protrusion of the lever plate, there is no need for fixing means such as adhesives and screws, reducing the number of assembly steps and parts. Can do. In addition, the arcuate curved surface of the lever plate allows smooth rotation without hindrance, and the upper surface of the magnet is pressed uniformly and stably.
[0044]
( B ) According to the invention described in claim 2 , it is possible to easily prevent the drop-out from falling downward by merely housing the magnet in the fitting hole without providing a retaining means as a separate member. .
[0045]
( C ) According to the invention described in claim 3 , the magnet is prevented from rattling in the fitting hole.
[0046]
( D ) According to the invention described in claim 4 , since the magnet does not come out above the fitting hole, the magnet can be incorporated in the base in advance, and the number of assembling steps can be reduced.
[0047]
( E ) According to the invention described in claim 5 , since the U-shaped leaf spring also serves as a connecting member between the pedestal and the lever plate, the number of parts can be reduced and the pedestal and the lever plate can be connected to each other. The structure of the connecting portion is simplified.
[0048]
( F ) According to the invention described in claim 6 , since the leaf spring becomes invisible from the side, the appearance of the clip is improved.
[0049]
( G ) According to the invention described in claim 7 , the positioning of the pedestal and the lever plate is facilitated, and the displacement of the contact surfaces as the rotation center is prevented.
[0050]
( H ) According to the invention described in claim 8 , when the papers are overlapped and sandwiched, the end faces can be aligned and sandwiched.
