Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wall for waterproof sheet is attached to the opening.
[0002]
[Background technology]
As one of the building construction methods, for example, a panel construction method is known in which components such as walls and floors are panelized in a factory in advance and the building is constructed by assembling these panels at a construction site. In this panel construction method, a wall body of a wall body is formed by connecting a plurality of wall panels. In recent years, the panel construction method has been further industrialized, and a method of carrying a wall body, in which a siding (exterior material) is previously provided on the surface of the wall body, to the construction site has been promoted, thereby reducing the construction man-hours on the site and the construction period. Is planned. As described above, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-1970, the wall body on which the exterior material is provided on the surface in advance is provided with a waterproof sheet on the surface of the wall body to perform waterproofing. ing.
[0003]
By the way, when an opening for attaching a sash frame or the like is formed on the wall body, particularly when an opening for attaching a sash frame or the like is formed on a wall body to which a waterproof floor such as a balcony floor is attached. For example, waterproof treatment is performed on the corners on both sides of the lower side of the opening and the surface of the wall body below the lower side as follows. That is, first, a water stop plate that covers these corners from the surface side of the wall main body is attached to the corners on both sides of the lower side of the opening in advance in the factory. A waterproof sheet is attached to the surface, and the waterproof sheet and the water stop plate are fused.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when waterproofing the corners on both sides of the lower side of the opening and the surface of the wall body below the lower side as described above, the water stop attached to the corners on both sides of the lower side of the opening. In order to fuse the waterproof sheet to the plate at the construction site, it took time and effort at the site.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof sheet that can easily waterproof the corners on both sides of the lower side of the opening provided on the wall and the surface of the wall body below the lower side of the opening . Is to provide a wall .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 includes a wall body 4 provided with a rectangular opening 2 and a lower side 34 of the opening 2 as shown in FIGS. In the wall body (for example, outer wall body 1) provided with the waterproof sheet 3 attached to
The waterproof sheet 3 is attached to the surface of the wall body 4 and the upper edge 14 is aligned with the lower edge of the opening 2, and the waterproof sheet 3 is formed on the wall body 4 below the lower side 34 of the opening 2. A sheet main body 11 covering the surface, and provided on the sheet main body 11 and attached to the corner portions 33 and 33 on both sides of the lower side portion 34 of the opening 2, and both the corner portions 33 and 33 are respectively attached to the wall main body 4. Two corner water-stopping portions 12, 12 that are covered from the surface side and spaced apart from each other ;
The wall main body 4 is attached to a waterproof floor 10 of a balcony below the opening 2, and the sheet main body 11 has an upper edge portion in a state where the waterproof floor 10 is attached to the wall main body 4. A portion lower than 14 (for example, the lower portion 15 of the seat body) is attached in advance to the surface of the wall body 4 so as to be able to extend to the upper surface of the waterproof floor 10.
[0009]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the sheet main body 11 is attached to the lower side 34 of the opening 2 of the wall main body 4 so that the upper edge 14 is aligned with the lower side 34 of the opening 2. Since the corner water stop portions 12 and 12 are attached to the corner portions 33 and 33 on both sides of the lower side portion of the portion 2 so as to cover the corner portions 33 and 33 from the surface side of the wall body 4, The surface of the side wall body 4 and the corners 33, 33 on both sides of the lower side of the opening 2 are waterproofed by the waterproof sheet 3. Therefore, unlike the conventional case, there is no need to fuse the waterproof sheet and the water stop plate at the construction site, and the waterproof sheet 3 is obtained by aligning the corner water stop portions 12 with the corner portions 33 on both sides of the lower side of the opening 2. It is possible to easily waterproof the surface of the wall body 4 below the opening 2 and the corners 33, 33 on both sides of the lower side of the opening 2 simply by attaching the.
[0011]
The wall body 4 is attached to the waterproof floor 10 of the balcony below the opening 2, and the sheet body 11 is lower than the upper edge 14 in a state where the waterproof floor 10 is attached to the wall body 4. The portion 15 is attached in advance to the surface of the wall body 4 so as to be able to extend to the upper surface of the waterproof floor 10. Therefore, the waterproof sheet 3 attached to the surface of the wall main body 4 waterproofs the surface of the wall main body 4 below the opening 2 and the corners 33 and 33 on both sides of the lower side of the opening 2. In addition, when the balcony waterproof floor 10 is attached to the wall body 4 below the opening 2, the lower portion of the sheet body 11 is extended on the upper surface of the waterproof floor 10 to attach the waterproof floor 10 attachment portion 90. Can be waterproofed.
