Description

The present invention is a flat and compact card-type key holder that stores one or a plurality of keys, is easy to carry in a wallet, a pocket, a handbag or the like and can be easily operated.

Conventional card-type key holders have a complicated structure in which a key is slid or horizontally rotated with respect to the holder to project the key body (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). In addition, there is a case where a commercially available general key is not used as it is, but it is processed or a special key having a special shape is required (for example, see Patent Documents 3 and 4).
Patent 3467645 JP-A-11-247502 Patent No. 2837626 Patent 2896490

Conventional key holders often have a method of taking out a key while sliding or horizontally rotating from the holder during use, and the configuration is complicated and expensive. Further, in many cases, a commercially available key is not used as it is, but processing is added or a special special shape is required. In addition, there is a key holder with an illumination light, but a switch is provided and the structure is complicated and expensive.

As shown in FIG. 1, the key holder main body is composed of a main body portion 1 and main body rotating portions 2 and 3. A key 6 is fixed to the main body rotation parts 2 and 3 so that each of them can be rotated three-dimensionally around the rotation fulcrum part 5. When the key 6 is rotated 180 degrees, only the key body 6a protrudes (see FIG. 2), and the key 6 can be inserted into the keyhole as it is and can be locked. Further, an elastic member 7 is provided between the main body 1 and the main body rotating parts 2 and 3, and in a normal state where the key is not used, the flat state as shown in FIG. 1 is maintained while attracting each other. After the card holder is bent and the key is used, when the main body rotating portion 2 is released, the state automatically returns to the state shown in FIG. In addition, in the key ring with a light, the light is automatically turned on when the main body rotating portions 2 and 3 are rotated 180 degrees, thereby eliminating troublesome switch operations.

Most commercially available keys with a general shape can be used. In addition, the operation of taking out the key from the key holder is not a complicated horizontal movement like conventional slide and rotation, but a simple three-dimensional bending operation, thereby reducing costs. A simple folding operation and a mechanism that automatically returns to its original flat state after use with the built-in elastic body makes it easy to insert and remove the key during locking with one hand and excels in operability. Moreover, since the mechanism is simple, the thickness can be reduced. Also, by adding an illumination function, it is convenient for nighttime locking operations and other objective illuminations. There is no dedicated switch to blink the light, it is easy to operate and highly convenient, and the effect of reducing the cost of parts is great.

(A) As shown in FIG. 1, the key holder main body is composed of a main body 1 and main body rotating parts 2 and 3. Each is joined on the back by a thin sheet-like member 4 that can be easily folded by applying a single-sided adhesive material, and can be rotated three-dimensionally 180 degrees with the rotation fulcrum 5 as a fulcrum. It has become.
(B) The key 6 is coupled to the key fixing portions 2a and 3a which are the concave portions of the main body rotating portions 2 and 3 by a double-sided adhesive member or a mechanical fixing member. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the key is fixed and the main body rotating unit 2 is rotated 180 degrees to perform locking.
(C) In the cross-sectional view of FIG. 3AA, an elastic member 7 is arranged between the main body 1 and the main body rotating parts 2 and 3, and the flat state as shown in FIG. 1 is maintained while attracting each other. When the main body rotating portions 2 and 3 are rotated 180 degrees (see FIG. 4), the elastic member 7 is subjected to tension to return, and therefore when the holding operation of the main body rotating portion 2 is released after the key operation, the elastic member 7 The state of FIG. 1 is automatically restored by the tension.
(D) FIG. 5 is an external perspective view of the key holder equipped with the illumination device in a state where the key is stored. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a state in which the main body rotating unit 2 is rotated three-dimensionally by 180 degrees to project the key, and shows a lighting state of the illumination member. FIG. 7 is an internal plan view of a key holder equipped with a lighting device. A torsion spring 9, which is an elastic body, is disposed inside the main body rotation unit 2, and a tension wire 10 is connected to one end thereof. The other end of the tension wire 10 is fixed to the main body 1 and is attracted to each other by the clockwise rotational force of the torsion spring 9 to keep the key holder flat.
Two batteries 11 are arranged in series in the main body 1, and a lead wire A <b> 12 for taking out a positive voltage is connected to a terminal on one side of the lighting component of the main body rotating portion 2. A lead wire B13 for extracting a negative voltage is soldered to a conductive plate A14 provided in the main body rotation unit 2. A conductive plate B15 is soldered to the other terminal of the lighting component 8 to have a shape as shown in FIG.
Since the conducting plate B15 is fixed inside the main body rotating part 2, the conducting plate A14 is fixed at one end and is not restrained at the other end, so that a certain region can be bent with a spring property.
When the key holder is in a normal flat state, the conductive plate A14 is bent by the push-up portion 9a formed at the tip of the torsion spring 9, and the contact portion 16 with the conductive plate B15 is separated. Electrical continuity is cut off.
When the key holder is folded 180 degrees in three dimensions, the tension wire 10 having one end fixed to the main body 1 bends the torsion spring 9 counterclockwise, and at the same time, the push-up portion 9a moves in the same direction. The conductive plate A14 also moves following this, and the contact portions 16 are pressed against each other by the bending force of the conductive plate A to be in a conductive state (see FIG. 8). As a result, the lighting component 8 is energized and lights up. When the holding operation of the main body rotating unit 2 is released after locking, the original flat state is automatically restored by the tension of the torsion spring 9.
