Claims (11)
- 圧縮機において冷媒から油を分離するために使用される油分離器であって、
内側面を有する吐出管と、
前記吐出管内に配設されるとともに、入口および該入口よりも直径が大きい出口を有し、かつ油が前記出口から流出するのを防止する流出防止手段を構成する前記吐出管の内部の構造体と、
前記吐出管の外に油を導く手段と、を有し、
前記構造体は、実質的に円環状の壁であり、前記壁の形状と前記吐出管に対する前記壁の相対的な向きとによって前記流出防止手段が構成され、
前記出口は、前記壁によって構成される第1の周縁部を有し、この第1の周縁部は、前記吐出管の内側面と寸法が等しく、かつ該内側面に密着して取り付けられており、
前記入口は、前記壁によって構成される第2の周縁部を有し、
前記第1の周縁部と前記第2の周縁部とを接続する前記壁の中間部分が前記流出防止手段として、湾曲した断面形状を有し、油の流れに対する障壁を構成していることを特徴とする油分離器。 - 前記壁の相対的な向きは、前記吐出管が水平方向成分を含む流れ方向を有し、かつ前記壁が前記水平方向成分に対して垂直な垂直方向成分を有することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油分離器。
- 前記壁の形状は、該壁が円環状の周縁部を構成するとともに湾曲した面を有することを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の油分離器。
- 前記壁の相対的な向きは、油が前記入口から離れる方向で前記壁に沿って下向きに流れるように、前記壁が垂直方向成分を有することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油分離器。
- 前記吐出管から油を取り除く手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油分離器。
- 前記吐出管は、該吐出管を通る流れが水平方向成分を含むように方向づけられており、前記油を取り除く手段は、前記吐出管を通る流れに対して垂直な垂直方向成分を有する油戻り部を含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の油分離器。
- 前記壁は、前記水平方向成分に対して垂直な垂直方向成分を有することを特徴とする請求項6記載の油分離器。
- 前記油戻り部は、前記壁と実質的に整列しており、油が前記垂直方向成分と重力の作用によって前記壁に沿って前記油戻り部へと流れるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の油分離器。
- 前記壁は、油が前記第2の周縁部を越えて流れるのを防止する防止手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油分離器。
- 前記防止手段は、前記壁から延在するリップ部を含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の油分離器。
- 圧縮機において冷媒から油を分離するために使用される油分離器であって、
前記圧縮機は、ハウジングと、噛み合うロータと、冷媒の吸入口と、冷媒の吐出口と、吐出管に連結された吐出ハウジングと、を備えるスクリュー圧縮機を含み、
内側面を有する前記吐出管と、
前記吐出管内に配設されるとともに、入口および該入口よりも直径が大きい出口を有し、かつ油が前記出口から流出するのを防止する流出防止手段を構成する前記吐出管の内部の構造体と、
前記吐出管の外に油を導く手段と、を有し、
前記構造体は、実質的に円環状の壁であり、前記壁の形状と前記吐出管に対する前記壁の相対的な向きとによって前記流出防止手段が構成され、
前記出口は、前記壁によって構成される第1の周縁部を有し、この第1の周縁部は、前記吐出管の内側面と寸法が等しく、かつ該内側面に密着して取り付けられており、
前記入口は、前記壁によって構成される第2の周縁部を有し、
前記第1の周縁部と前記第2の周縁部とを接続する前記壁の中間部分が前記流出防止手段として、湾曲した断面形状を有し、油の流れに対する障壁を構成していることを特徴とする油分離器。
