Claims (8)
- 成分がTiに10〜20at%のNbと、3〜6at%のSnを含有させたチタン合金であり残部が不可避不純物からなるインゴットを用意し、
前記インゴットに熱間加工及び冷間加工を施し、
前記冷間加工に引き続いて焼鈍を行った後に、加工率が20%以上の最終冷間加工を施し、
ついで、450〜700℃の温度範囲で、加熱時間が1分〜2時間である超弾性を付与するための加熱処理をすることを特徴とする生体用超弾性チタン合金の製造方法。 - Nbを10〜20at%、Snを3〜6at%含み、残部がTiおよび不可避不純物からなるインゴットに、熱間加工及び冷間加工を施し、当該冷間加工に引き続いて焼鈍を行った後に、加工率が20%以上の最終冷間加工を施し、ついで、450〜700℃の温度範囲で、加熱時間が1分〜2時間である超弾性を付与するための加熱処理がされたことを特徴とする生体用超弾性チタン合金。
- 請求項2に記載の生体用超弾性弾性チタン合金であって、2%引張後の残留ひずみが0.2%以下であることを特徴とする生体用超弾性チタン合金。
- 請求項2に記載の生体用超弾性弾性チタン合金であって、2%引張後の1%における応力ヒステリシスが150MPa以下であることを特徴とする生体用超弾性チタン合金。
- 請求項2に記載の生体用超弾性チタン合金であって、2%引張後の残留ひずみが0.2%以下であり、かつ、2%引張後の1%における応力ヒステリシスが150MPa以下であることを特徴とする生体用超弾性チタン合金。
- 請求項2に記載の生体用超弾性チタン合金であって、2%引張後の残留ひずみが0.1%以下であることを特徴とする生体用超弾性チタン合金。
- 請求項2に記載の生体用超弾性チタン合金であって、2%引張後の1%における応力ヒステリシスが100MPa以下であることを特徴とする生体用超弾性チタン合金。
- 請求項2に記載の生体用超弾性チタン合金であって、2%引張後の残留ひずみが0.1%以下であり、かつ、2%引張後の1%における応力ヒステリシスが100MPa以下であることを特徴とする生体用超弾性チタン合金。
