Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tracheostomy tube.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The tracheostomy tube is used for a patient with insufficient respiratory function and the like, and the attachment is performed by performing tracheostomy for the patient and inserting the tip of the tracheostomy tube into the incision. This tracheostomy tube allows air to be breathed without taking air from the throat or nose because air is pumped from the outside through the trachea into the lungs.
[0003]
FIG. 4 shows an example of a conventional tracheostomy tube disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication Nos. 7-48264 and 6-7747. The tracheostomy tube 30 has a structure in which a tube main body 33 curved in an L shape is passed through a central portion 32A of a fixed plate 32. The fixed plate 32 and the tube main body 33 are made of a soft material such as soft plastic. It is formed integrally. A cuff 35 serving to fix the distal end of the tube body 33 to the human body is attached to the distal end of the tube body 33 that is inserted into the trachea. In addition, holes 34 for attaching a string for fixing the tracheostomy tube 30 to the human body are formed at both ends 32B of the fixing plate 32.
[0004]
FIG. 5 shows a state where the tracheostomy tube 30 is attached to a human body. The tracheostomy tube 30 is inserted into an incision 41 opened from the throat of the human body to the trachea 40, and is installed so that the distal end of the tube body 33 faces the lungs. The tracheostomy tube 30 is fixed by placing the fixing plate 32 against the outer wall of the throat and turning a string attached to the hole 34 (see FIG. 4) of the fixing plate 32 around the neck of the human body.
[0005]
FIG. 6 shows an example of a tracheostomy tube 50 in which the fixing plate 32 is configured as a separate member with respect to the tube main body 33. In the tracheostomy tube 50, the fixing plate 32 is made of a hard material such as metal or hard plastic, and can swing with respect to the tube body 33 via a shaft portion 50a. Reference numeral 51 denotes a stylet (insertion jig) used when the tube body 33 is inserted into the human body.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described conventional tracheostomy tubes have the following problems.
That is, after the tracheostomy tube 30 is inserted into the trachea 40, the incision 41 is usually sutured to prevent exhalation and liquid leakage, but in the conventional tracheostomy tube 30 shown in FIG. Since the incision 41 is hidden under the long-fixed fixing plate 32, there is a problem that the fixing plate 32 gets in the way and is difficult to sew.
In the tracheostomy tube 50 shown in FIG. 6, the stylet 51 and the tube body 33 are not fixed when inserted through the incision 41 in the throat of the human body. There is a problem that the tube insertion work is troublesome. In addition, since the fixing plate 32 also oscillates, similarly to the case shown in FIG. 4, there is a problem that the sewing operation of the incision portion 41 performed with the staple 51 removed after the tube is attached is troublesome.
[0007]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a tracheostomy tube that facilitates suturing of the incision after the tube body is inserted into the trachea. Another object of the present invention is to facilitate the insertion work from the incision portion of the patient's throat.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The tracheostomy tube according to the first aspect of the present invention has a tube main body penetrating through a central portion of a strip-shaped fixing plate, and both ends of the fixing plate are connected to the central portion penetrating the tube main body via hinges. It is characterized by being connected freely.
[0009]
A tracheostomy tube according to a second aspect of the present invention is the tracheostomy tube according to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the central portion of the fixed plate is formed of a hard member, and both end portions of the fixed plate are formed of a soft member that is softer than the central portion of the fixed plate. It is characterized by that.
[0010]
A tracheostomy tube according to a third aspect of the present invention is the tracheostomy tube according to the first or second aspect, wherein both ends of the fixing plate are engaged with exposed heads of insertion jigs inserted into the tube main body, An engaging part is provided to hold the part in a state of being flipped up.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig.1 (a) shows the structure of the tracheostomy tube of embodiment. The tracheostomy tube 1 has a tube body 3 curved in an L-shape through an insertion hole 5 in a central portion 2A of a belt-like fixing plate 2 and both ends 2B and 2B of the fixing plate 2 are connected to the tube body 3 It is connected to the central portion 2A of the fixing plate 2 through which the metal plate 2 penetrates through a hinge 2C so as to be freely raised upward.
[0012]
As the hinge 2C in this case, as shown in the figure, when the both ends 2B and 2B of the fixed plate are flipped up, those having the property of being difficult to return to the original position without being strongly pressed by hand are used. ing. As the type, as shown in FIG. 1B, a structure in which the pin 15 and the receiving portions 16 and 17 are combined can be adopted.
[0013]
Further, the central portion 2A of the fixing plate 2 is made of a hard resin or metal such as polycarbonate so that a certain holding force can be exerted on the tube body 3, and both end portions 2B and 2B of the fixing plate 2 are fixed. It is made of a softer resin or rubber than the central part of the plate, and it is easy to bend so as not to get in the way when it is flipped up. Both ends 2B and 2B of the fixed plate 2 are provided with holes 4 for attaching a string as in the conventional case.
[0014]
Next, the operation will be described.
As shown in FIG. 2, after inserting the tracheostomy tube 1 from the throat incision portion 10, when the incision portion 10 is sutured small, both end portions 2 </ b> B and 2 </ b> B of the fixing plate 2 are flipped up. Then, the hidden incision 10 can be seen well, and the incision 10 can be easily sutured with the needle 11 and the thread 12 without being obstructed by the fixing plate 2. At this time, since both ends 2B and 2B of the fixing plate 2 are made of a soft resin, in the case of further hindrance during sewing, both ends 2B and 2B may be curved to You can keep out of the way.
[0015]
FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention. The tracheostomy tube 6 shown here is characterized in that the both ends 2B and 2B of the fixing plate 2 are engaged with an exposed head 51a of a stylet 51 which is an insertion jig whose distal end is inserted into the tube body. The engagement portion 7 is provided to hold the end portions 2B and 2B in a state of being flipped up.
That is, a hole 7 a that functions as the engaging portion is provided at the center side of the hole 4 for the strings of the both end portions 2 B and 2 B, and this hole 7 a is formed on the left and right sides of the exposed head 51 a of the stylet 51. By engaging with the projections 51b and 51b, the ends 2B and 2B can be held up as shown in FIG. The shaft portion 50a of the fixed plate 2 and the engagement hole 7a are formed along the same axial direction.
[0016]
Even in this embodiment, the left and right ends 2B and 2B of the fixing plate 2 can be flipped up, so that it is easy to perform the suturing operation of the incision 10 performed with the stylet 51 removed.
Further, when the engaging hole 7a is engaged with the protrusions 51b and 51b of the stylet 51, the fixing plate 2 can be prevented from wobbling with respect to the stylet 51, and both can be fixed simultaneously. Can be prevented from fluctuating between the fixing plate 2 and the tube main body 3, and the stylet 51, the fixing plate 2 and the tube main body 3 can be integrally held and fixed. There is also an advantage that the insertion work from the incision part of the patient becomes easy.
[0017]
In each of the above embodiments, the center portion 2A and the both end portions 2B, 2B of the fixing plate 2 are manufactured as separate members and later joined by the hinge 2C. However, the fixing plate 2 is entirely made of soft resin. It is also possible to configure it integrally. In that case, if the thinned bent portion is integrally formed at the boundary between the central portion 2A and both end portions 2B, 2B of the fixing plate 2 as the hinge 2C, the fixing plate 2 is bent instead of being bent at that position. Can be made. Therefore, it is not necessary to hold down both ends 2B and 2B of the fixing plate 2 with a large force, and the same effect as the tracheostomy tube of the above embodiment can be achieved.
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the engaging portions 7 of the end portions 2B and 2B of the fixing plate 2 are holes, and the protruding portions 51b are provided on the side of the stylet 51 that engages with the holes. Conversely, a protrusion may be formed on the end 2B side of the fixed plate and engaged with an engagement hole provided on the stylet 51 side.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the incision can be sutured in a state in which both ends of the fixing plate are flipped up, so that the incision after the tube is inserted can be easily sutured. Moreover, when the center part of a fixed plate is comprised with a hard member and both ends are comprised with a soft member, the ease of further stitching | suturing can be ensured, improving the holding | maintenance performance of a tube main body. Furthermore, if an engagement part is provided at both ends of the fixing plate and this engagement part is engaged with the exposed head of the insertion jig inserted into the tube body, the insertion jig and the tube body The tracheostomy tube can be easily inserted into the patient's throat incision.
