本発明は、人体に塗布した際の害虫の忌避効果、さらには使用感にも優れた害虫忌避エアゾールに関する。

【従来技術】
従来より蚊やブユなどの刺咬性害虫からの被害を防ぐために、様々な形態の害虫忌避剤が検討されており、代表的にはエアゾールや塗布タイプの製剤が知られている。
そしてこれらの製剤については、忌避効果の向上や使用感を高めることなどを目的として検討がなされている。

例えば、特開平7−126104号には、害虫忌避成分と溶媒と共に比表面積が500m2 /g以上の無水ケイ酸を配合することで、使用感が良く、白化せず、忌避効力が持続する人体用害虫忌避組成物が示されている。

またこの他にも特開平9−157107号には、害虫忌避成分及び粉体を含有する害虫忌避組成物を少なくとも低沸点炭化水素を含有する噴射剤と共に、スプレーから2.0〜5.0ml/3秒噴射させることで、使用感及び忌避効果が改善されることが示されている。
そしてこれらを含めた技術に基づき幾つかの製品が販売されている。

ところがこれらの製品においても使用者が完全に満足できるというものではなく、さらに優れた製品の開発を目指すことが重要であり、本発明はそのための解決手段を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは鋭意検討した結果、特定の害虫忌避エアゾールによって上記の課題を満足することを見いだし本発明に至った。
本発明は、害虫忌避成分及び粉体と共に、液化石油ガスからなる噴射剤を93〜95容量%含有することを特徴とする害虫忌避エアゾールである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、エアゾール1缶に含まれる害虫忌避成分および粉体の含量を増やすことなく、皮膚に処理した際に害虫忌避効果を高めることができ、さらに使用感をも向上させ、有効成分の残存率にもすぐれたものである。

本発明のエアゾールにおいては、噴射剤は90容量%以上となるように調製し、本発明の効果が奏される量まで含有することができる。通常は、90〜97容量%が例示され、好ましくは90〜95容量%が示される。

本発明において粉体としては、例えば、ケイ酸、無水ケイ酸、ケイ酸マグネシウム、ケイ酸カルシウム、ケイ酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸バリウム、ケイ酸ストロンチウム、ケイソウ土、セリサイト、マイカ、カオリン、モンモリナイト、クレー、タルク、ベントナイト、バーミキュライト、天然物由来のパウダー(アルケニルコハク酸トウモロコシ澱粉など)、雲母チタン、オキシ塩化ビスマス、窒化ホウ素、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化亜鉛、酸化チタン、低次酸化チタン、タングステン酸金属塩、ハイドロキシアパタイト、ゼオライト、セラミックスパウダー、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、塩化アルミニウム、硫酸アルミニウム、塩基性臭化アルミニウム、塩基性ヨウ化アルミニウム、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウムジルコニウム、硫酸亜鉛、塩基性乳酸アルミニウム亜鉛、酸化アルミニウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、ベンガラ、黒酸化鉄、黄酸化鉄、酸化クロム、水酸化クロム、カラミン、カーボンブラック、ナイロン、ポリエチレン、シリコーン、シルク、さらにはこれらの複合体などが挙げられ、それぞれの1種または2種以上を混合して使用することができ、エアゾール中に例えば0.1〜10重量%、好ましくは0.3〜3重量%配合することができる。

本発明の害虫忌避成分としては、刺咬性害虫に対して忌避作用あるいは吸血阻害作用を有する合成あるいは天然の各種化合物が挙げられる。例えば、N,N−ジエチル−m−トルアミド(以下、ディートともいう)、2−エチル−1,3−ヘキサジオール、ブチル 3,4−ジヒドロ−2,2−ジメチル−4−オキソ−2H−ピラン−6−カルボキシレート、n−ヘキシルトリエチレングリコールモノエーテル、メチル 6−n−ペンチル−シクロヘキセン−1−カルボキシレート、ジメチルフタレート、ユーカリプトール、α−ピネン、ゲラニオール、シトロネラール、カンファー、リナロール、テルペノール、カルボン、フタル酸ジオクチル、フタル酸ジブチル、ナフタレンなどが示される。

また桂皮、樟脳、レモングラス、クローバ、タチジャコウソウ、ジェラニウム、ベルガモント、月桂樹、松、アカモモ、ベニーロイアル、ユーカリ、インドセダンなどから抽出される精油やエキスなどが例示できる。
さらにピレトリン、アレスリン、フタルスリン、レスメトリン、フラメトリン、フェノトリン、ペルメトリン、シフェノトリン、プラレトリン、エトフェンプロックス、エンペントリン、トランスフルスリンなどのピレスロイド系化合物およびこれらの誘導体、類縁体、異性体などを用いることもできる。
これらの害虫忌避成分は、1種または2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができ、エアゾール中に有効量を用いればよく例えば0.03〜5重量%、好ましくは0.15〜4重量%配合することができる。

本発明の害虫忌避エアゾールにおいては、溶媒に上記の粉体および害虫忌避成分を分散、乳化、可溶化または溶解すればよい。
溶媒としては、例えば、水、エチルアルコール、イソプロピルアルコール、各種変性アルコール、軽質鉱油などが挙げられ、これらから選ばれる1種または2種以上を用いることができる。

また上記の溶媒に粉体および害虫忌避成分を分散、乳化、可溶化または溶解するためには、必要に応じて公知の分散剤、乳化剤、可溶化剤および有機溶剤などを使用することができる。
このような物質としては例えば、ソルビタントリオレート、ポリオキシエチレンモノオレート、ポリオキシエチレンノニルフェニルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、トリポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、1,3−ブチレングリコール、デカグリセリンモノオレート、ジオレイン酸プロピレングリコール、ポリオキシエチレンステアリン酸アミド、ポリオキシエチレン・ポリオキシプロピレングリコール、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテルリン酸、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ステアリルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ラノリン脂肪酸、アクリル酸重合体などが挙げられる。
