Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door structure that opens and closes a door from a main body such as a housing, a case, or a column by turning a handle lever from the outside of the door, such as a flat handle and a lever handle. The present invention relates to an unlocking device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional lever handle is as shown in FIGS. 27 and 28, and the handle 88 provided on the inner side of the door is hooked on the main body side 59 by turning the handle 52 on the outer side of the door 51. Is. That is, the handle 52 is inserted into the three holes of the door 51, and then fixed to the door 51 by screwing the fixing nut 53 into the male screw 54 at the tip thereof. After inserting the latch 88 provided with 56, it was fastened with the latch mounting bolt 58. Thus, the lever handle secures the door 51 to the main body 59 in the state shown in FIG. 28, and in order to open the door 51, the handle 52 is rotated in the direction of the arrow (the reverse direction when tightening) and then the door 51 is moved outward ( It was opened by pulling in the back side of the drawing.
[0003]
In addition to the lever handle, there is a flat handle shown in FIGS. 29 to 33 as a handle of the handle device that opens the door from the outside.
[0004]
29 and 30 are a front view and a longitudinal sectional view showing the conventional handle device. The handle device 60 is attached to a door 51 of a housing 59 as a main body via a perforation or a screw. The handle case 61 constituting the handle device 60 is formed in a container shape having a long rectangular recess 61a and a circular recess 61b continuous with one end of the recess by a metal mold or the like, and around the open portion of each recess 61a, 61b. The flange part 62 is formed in this. The recess 61a is continuously provided with a high bottom portion 63 and thereby a lower bottom portion 64 that is one step lower. The high bottom portion 63 and the low bottom portion 64 are provided with a handle body 71 described later and a lock that is a part of the handle body. The unit part 73 is accommodated so that it can escape.
[0005]
In addition, support pins 65 and 66 that support the handle body so as to form a uniform surface with respect to the flange portion 62 are integrally provided at the center portion of the high bottom portion 63. On the other hand, a claw receiving portion 67 protruding upward is provided at the lower portion of the low bottom portion 64, and a supporting projection 68 for restricting the amount of operation of a push button described later is integrally provided in the vicinity of the claw receiving portion 67. ing.
[0006]
On the other hand, a notch disk 69 that freely rotates in the recess 61b is accommodated in the circular recess 61b, and an upper end portion of the handle body 71 is placed in a rectangular notch 70 formed in the notch disk 69. Is supported around the support shaft 72 so as to be vertically rotatable. The handle main body 71 has a long rectangular shape as viewed from the front, and is supported by the support pins 65 and 66 as described above, and the lock unit portion 73 at the lower portion of the handle main body 71 is accommodated in the low bottom portion 64. Has been. The lock unit 73 has a shape that protrudes greatly toward the low bottom 64, and a lock 74 is accommodated in a part of the lock unit 73.
[0007]
Further, a push button 75 as a handle escape means having a substantially L shape is supported at the lower portion of the handle main body 71 so as to be rotatable about a horizontal support shaft 76. 30 is always urged counterclockwise in FIG. 30 by a spring 77 interposed therebetween. This push button 75 has a locking claw 78 projecting downward at the end of the low bottom 64, and when the handle body 71 is housed in the long rectangular recess 61 a, After being guided along, the repulsive force of the spring 77 is used to automatically engage the claw receiving portion 67. Therefore, when the operation portion 75a side of the push button 75 is pressed with a finger, the push button 75 is rotated clockwise in FIG. Unlocking is performed. A torsion spring 79 that urges the handle main body 71 to always protrude outward from the notch 70 and the recess 61a is mounted on the support shaft 72.
[0008]
The notch disk 69 has a shaft portion 80 integrally at the center of the back side thereof, and the shaft portion 80 projects rearward through a support hole 81 provided in the bottom of the recess 61b. The stopper ring 82 is fitted to prevent it from coming off. A spring washer 83 and a seal ring 84 are interposed between the bottom of the recess 61 b and the notch disk 69. Further, the shaft portion 80 is provided with a screw hole 85, and a rotation restricting plate 87 for the shaft portion 80 that is sequentially arranged on the outer periphery of the shaft portion 80 by a screw 86 screwed into the screw hole 85. A latch 88, a washer 89, and a spring washer 90 are fixed. The rotation restricting plate 87 is also restricted by 90 ° in the amount of rotation of the notch disk 69 by a stopper projection 91 that is integrally provided at the bottom rear end (rear surface) of the recess 61b, whereby the handle body shown in FIG. The lower arcuate rotation of 71 is restricted so as not to rotate more than 90 °.
[0009]
In the handle device configured as described above, when the state is as shown in FIGS. 29 and 30, the latch 88 is in a substantially horizontal position and is latched in a retaining frame (not shown) on the housing 59 side. The closed state with respect to 51 housing 59 is maintained. On the other hand, when the door is opened from this closed state, the lock 74 is unlocked and the lower end of the push button 75 is lightly pressed with a finger. Accordingly, the push button 75 rotates about the horizontal support shaft 76 in the clockwise direction against the spring 77 in FIG. 30, and the locking claw 78 is released from the claw receiving portion 67. For this reason, the handle main body 71 integrated with the push button 75 receives the repulsive force of the torsion spring 79 and rotates so as to spring up around the support shaft 72 to be in a state indicated by a chain line in FIG.
[0010]
Next, the handle main body 71 is grasped with a hand, and is rotated counterclockwise (arrow direction) as shown by a solid line in FIG. By this operation, the shaft portion 80 is rotated in the same direction together with the cutout disk 69, and the latch 88 attached to the shaft portion 80 by the screw 86 is rotated counterclockwise. For this reason, the latch 88 is removed from the retaining frame on the side of the casing 59, and then the door 51 of the casing 59 is opened by pulling the handle body 71 forward. Further, the door can be easily closed in the state shown in FIGS. 29 and 30 by performing the opening operation of the door 51 in the reverse procedure.
FIG. 32 and FIG. 33 show an exploded view similar to the conventional example and the state of the operation for attaching to the door.
[0011]
On the other hand, as the prior art, there are FIGS. 34 to 37 in addition to FIGS. The difference between FIGS. 34 to 37 and FIGS. 30 to 33 is that, in order for the latter to turn the latch 88, the push button 75 that can be pushed in after the lock 74 is unlocked is pushed clockwise. At 79, the handle main body 71 springs up, and then the handle main body 71 is rotated about 90 ° and the latch 88 is rotated to remove it from the housing 59. In the former case, when the push button 75 that can be pressed by unlocking the lock 74 is pushed against the spring 77 ′, the locking portion 110 of the handle body 71 engaged with the push button 75 is released. Jump up. At the same time as the upward movement, the hook 105, which is the protruding portion protruding from the cloud-shaped hole 95, is rotated clockwise around the shaft 102 to push down the hook 105 protruding from the cloud-shaped hole 95. 88 rotates clockwise around the operation pin 107 and descends until the action pin 109 hits the upper side of the hole 95. In this way, the door 51 can be opened from the main body 59 after the latch 88 is lowered by simply lifting the handle with the spring 79.
Screw holes and screws 93 and 94 for attachment to the door 51 are provided at the upper and lower portions of the handle case 61.
[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, as shown in FIGS. 28 and 33, the rear side of the conventional lever handle or flat handle as described above (inside the door) is configured such that the latch 88 is rotated by rotating the handles 52 and 71 from the outside of the door 51. It is designed to be removed from the main body 59 and not easily removed from the inside. For example, when an outside worker accidentally closes and locks the door in a distribution board where humans enter and work, rooms that are sealed and have no other entrances and exits, such as condominium PSs and power storage boxes When the door 51 escapes from the inside to the outside, when the door 51 is fastened with the latch 88, it may be difficult to escape to the outside due to the fastening force.
In the case of FIG. 35, it is impossible to escape from the inside of the door to the outside unless the screw of the operation pin 107 is removed with a tool (not shown).
[0013]
The present invention pays attention to the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and intends to solve this problem. The purpose of the present invention is to make it easy from the inside even when the latch has a strong frictional force between the door and the body or there is no tool. An object of the present invention is to provide an internal unlocking device having a door structure that can be escaped.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of the above object, and the gist of the present invention is a door structure in which a handle on an outer side of a door is operated and a latch is hung from or removed from a stationary main body such as a housing, a casing, or a column. The operation plate pivotally attached to the base connected to the handle inside the door by an operation pin, and the operation pin provided on the base inside the door via the operation plate and a tension spring, and the rotation of the operation plate. In the normal state, by operating the handle from the outside of the door, the base plate, the operation plate and the base of the latch are rotated while the operation plate is in contact with the latch by the tensile force of the tension spring. The latch is hung from or removed from the main body, and in an emergency state, the operation plate is removed from the contact state of the operation plate with the latch by pressing a position away from the operation pin of the operation plate from the inside of the door. by the Inside unlocking device door structure, characterized in that said latch Zhang spring and to open from the inside of the door and remove from the body.
[0015]
According to the above aspect, even when the latch cannot be removed from the interior due to rust or strong pressure between the door and the main body, the door is moved from the inside to the outside simultaneously with or simultaneously with the operation plate or latch. The door can be easily and reliably opened from the inside by pushing it down.
[0016]
Another subject of the present invention is internal unlocking device door structure according to Motomeko 1, characterized in that a grip portion at a position spaced with the operating pin, thereby from the door in an emergency Easy escape operation.
[0017]
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the operation plate and the latch are pivotally attached to the base, and the base of the latch is sandwiched between the tip of the operation plate and the base plate to stabilize the latch on the main body.
[0018]
[Example 1]
FIG. 1 to FIG. 6 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 1 shows that a handle main body 71 of a flat handle is attached to a door 51 and is attached to a receiver 92 of a main body 59 on a fixed side such as a housing, a door frame, and a housing. FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view seen from above showing a normal state (normal state) where a latch 88 is hung, FIG. 2 is a front view of FIG. 1 viewed from the inside of the door, and FIG. some cross-sectional view of a disconnected from the main body 59, FIG. 4 is a front view of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is partial transverse sectional view of a non-normal disconnecting the latch 88 from the main body from the inside of the door 51, FIG. 6 FIG. 5 state still is a part transverse sectional view of the opened door 51.
[0019]
In these drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a channel-shaped base body which is bent along both sides along the longitudinal direction to form guide plates 4 and 4 '. The rear side of the handle main body 71 (the door side) is inserted into a substantially central square hole 3 provided in the base body. A rectangular shaft portion 80 serving as a rotation shaft of the handle protruding inwardly is inserted, and these are screwed with a latch mounting bolt 58 via a washer 2. Further, an attachment plate 5 that holds a base portion 6 of a latch 88, which will be described later, is provided on one end of the base 1 in the longitudinal direction so as to cross the channel-shaped guide plates 4 and 4 'and is integrally formed. Further, the guide plates 4 and 4 ′ have a role as a reinforcing member, and two pins are installed at a predetermined interval between the two guide plates, and one of the pins is used as the operation pin 7 to operate the operation plate 8. And the other pin serves as an action pin 9, and the latch 88 is pivotally attached to each other.
[0020]
The latch 88 is integrally formed in a chevron shape from the base portion 6 to the tip portion 10 that is bent 90 degrees and is hooked on the receiver 92 of the main body 59. The tip 10 has thicker corners than the others to reinforce the latch. Further, the base portion 6 of the latch 88 is provided with flange portions 11 and 11 'on both sides, so that one end thereof is overlapped with the one end portion of the guide plate 4 and 4' of the channel-shaped base 1 described above. By penetrating the pin 9, the latch 88 is pivotally attached to the base so as to be rotatable. Furthermore, the role of the stopper part 12 which stops the front-end | tip 13 of the operation plate 8 mentioned later between the said standup | rising parts 4 and 4 'by providing the outer side of the corner of the board | substrate 6 of the latch 88 and the front part 10 a little high. I am doing.
[0021]
On the other hand, flange portions 14 and 14 'are provided on both sides of the operation plate 8, and these are overlapped with the guide plates 4 and 4' of the base 1 and pivotally attached by the operation pins 7 to operate the operation plate 8. The pin 7 is pivotally pivoted about the axis. A ball as a gripping portion 16 is provided by a bolt 15 on the side opposite to the latch 88 of the operation pin of the operation plate 8. The operation plate is provided with a window hole 17 so that the bolt 58 is removed from the inside of the door 51 so that the latch 88, the operation plate 8, and the base body 1 can be removed from the door 51. Yes.
[0022]
Further, two tension springs 20 are disposed between the latch 88 and the operation plate 8 between the stoppers 18 and 19 fixed by spot welding, respectively.
[0023]
Next, opening and closing from the door body in the normal state of the door structure and opening and closing in an emergency state will be described below.
[0024]
In the normal state, the door 51 is opened and closed by rotating the latch 88 on the receptacle 92 of the main body 59 after the handle main body 71 jumps out of the outside of the door 51 (as shown in FIG. 31). After removing 88, the door 51 is pulled outward to open (FIGS. 3 and 4). Conversely, the door 51 is returned to its original position, and then the handle main body 71 is reversely rotated to hang the latch 88 on the receptacle 92 of the main body 59.
[0025]
On the other hand, as described above, when a worker is in the distribution panel and another worker accidentally closes the door, or because of a fire place, it cannot escape from the entrance, and the inside of the PS 1 and 2, the operation plate 8 is moved to the direction of the arrow with the operation pin 7 as an axis by pushing the ball (gripping part) 16 from the inside and outside of the door 51 as shown in FIG. By rotating in the direction, the tip 13 of the operation plate 8 is detached from the stopper portion 12 of the latch 88, and the tip portion 10 of the latch 88 is detached from the receptacle 92 of the main body 59 by the spring 20 which has been acting so far, and the door Is released as it is by the pressing force in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 6).
[0026]
[Example 2]
7 to 13 show another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a partial cross-sectional view from above showing the normal state of the flat handle 71, and FIG. 8 shows the inside of the door (in the door). FIG. 9 is a left side view of FIG. 8. 10 and 12 are explanatory views and perspective views of the pulling wheel 16 'pulled from FIG. 10 in an emergency, and FIGS. 11 and 13 are explanatory views of the state in which the latch is completely removed from FIGS. 10 and 12. It is a figure and its perspective view.
[0027]
The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that in the first embodiment, the ball 16 of the operation plate 8 is located outside the position of the operation pin 7 (a position farther from the tip 13). Then, the door is opened only by pushing the ball 16, but in the second embodiment, the pulling wheel 16 ′ is mainly in the vicinity of the latch 88. Therefore, the escape person in the door of Example 2 pulls the pulling ring 16 'once to remove the tip 13' from the stopper portion 12 'of the latch 88 and then pushes the door outward to open.
[0028]
In addition, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the latter is provided with a stopper portion 12 with the corner side of the latch slightly raised, but the former is a latch as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13. Two points in the width direction of the corner portion of 88 are protruded, and the tip 13 ′ of the operation plate 8 is hooked on this and stopped.
[0029]
Therefore, in the normal state of the second embodiment, exactly the same as the first embodiment, that is, the handle main body 71 is turned from the outside of the door 51, the latch 88 is removed from the receiving 92 of the main body 59, the door 51 is opened, and the door 51 is returned to its original position. After returning, the handle body 71 is turned and closed. On the other hand, in an emergency state, the latch 88 is detached from the stopper 92 of the latch 88 by pulling the pulling ring 16 ′ toward the front to remove the latch 88 from the stopper 92 of the latch 88, and then the door 51 is removed. Release by pushing forward from the inside.
[0030]
[Example 3]
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the latch 88 is removed from the main body 59 by rotating the handle main body 71 after popping out the handle main body 71 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 34 to 37, the present invention is applied to opening the door simply by the operation of popping out the handle main body 71 with a spring 79. That is, in the normal state, the handle body 71 shown in FIGS. 25 and 26 jumps out of the handle case 61, so that the tip of the hook 105 is moved inside the cloud-shaped hole 95 of the latch 88 by the spring 79, and the latch is further pushed down. The door 51 is removed from the main body 59. In the emergency state, similarly to the above-described FIG. 6 and FIG. 11, by pushing the grip portion 16 of the operation plate 8, the front end of the operation plate is detached from the latch 88 and the door is opened inward. It should be noted that the present embodiment can be applied to the embodiments of FIGS. 7 to 13 and the door can be opened by pulling and holding the grip portion 16 ′.
[0031]
[Example 4]
FIGS. 14 to 19 show another embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 14 and 18 are a partial lateral view and a perspective view of the flat handle 71 as viewed from above, and FIG. FIG. 14 is a front view of FIG. 14 viewed from the inside of the door, FIG. 16 is a left side view of FIG. 15, and FIGS. 17 and 19 are explanatory views of the state in which the pulling wheel 16 "is pulled from FIG. It is.
[0032]
The fourth embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the latch 88 is aligned with the base body 1 without providing the accessory plate 5 on the base body 1 provided with the channel-shaped guide plates 4 and 4 ′. It is pivotally attached by the action pin 9 (FIGS. 14 to 16). Normally (normal state), when a person enters the inside from the outside of the door, the main body 59 can be rotated by rotating the latch 88 at the same time by popping out the flat handle in this state or by rotating the handle after jumping out (FIG. 31). Remove more.
[0033]
On the other hand, in a state where the person is in the door (in an emergency), the pulling wheel 16 "is pulled forward from the inside of the door, so that the tip 13" of the operation plate is moved to the front part of the latch 88 (the receiving 92 of the main body 59). It is removed from the punching projection 21 provided in the (entrance portion) (FIGS. 17 and 19). Simultaneously with this pulling, the latch 88 is released from the receptacle 92 of the main body 59 and then released by pushing the door 51 from the inside to the outside.
[0034]
[Example 5]
Another embodiment is described with the planar handle of FIGS. 20-22 and the lever handle of FIGS.
[0035]
20 is a partial cross-sectional view of the state where the internal unlocking device of the door structure of the present invention is attached to the back side of the handle main body 71 of the flat handle, FIG. 21 is an explanatory view of the installation of FIG. 22 is a perspective view after attachment.
[0036]
The embodiment of the present invention is different from the above-described embodiments in that the operation plate 8 and the latch 88 are the operation / use latch 25 as a single plate, and a guide rail having a U-shaped cross section is formed above and below the plate 25. 23 and 23 ′ are provided, and the latch 88 is slid in the left-right direction on the fixed substrate 24 fixed to the shaft portion 80 of the handle main body 71 with the screw 86, so that the latch 88 enters and exits from the receiver 92 of the main body 59. The screw 86 as a fixing pin to which the fixing substrate 24 is attached is positioned in the long hole 26 provided in the center portion in the sliding direction of the operation / use latch 25, thereby restricting the left and right sliding width.
[0037]
That is, in this embodiment, by turning the flat handle, the height adjustment spacer 81 provided with a shaft portion 80 having a rectangular outer periphery and a rectangular hole to enter the shaft portion 80 enters the central square hole 27 of the fixed substrate 24. Then, by rotating the operation and use latch 25 together with the fixed substrate 24, the latch 25 is removed from the receiver 92 of the main body 59, and the door 51 is opened by pulling from the outside. To close the door 51 to the main body 59, the reverse operation is performed.
[0038]
Therefore, in an emergency where a person is confined inside the door 51, that is, when a person is confined in the door with the operation-use latch 88 in the receptacle 92, the person inside the door By sliding the operation-use latch from the state shown in FIG. 22 to the left (arrow), the latch is received from 92, and by pushing the door 51 outward from the inside, the door is opened to escape.
The flat handle of the above embodiment is configured to be turned up after the handle is lifted up. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the handle is lifted up by the spring 79 and the latch 88 is attached to the main body by the hook 105 shown in FIGS. The case where it is removed from the receptacle 92 is also included in this embodiment.
[0039]
In FIGS. 23 and 24, a square protrusion provided with a screw 58 as a fixing pin protrudes inside the door of the handle 52, and the fixing pin 58 is a length of the straight operation / use latch 25. The sliding amount of the latch 25 which is located in the hole 26 and slides left and right along the guide rails 23 and 23 'is limited. In an emergency, the latch 25 is detached from the main body and escapes from the inside of the door.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the handle of the door is normally opened and closed from the main body by operating the handle from the outside of the door, but in the case of an emergency, the latch can be easily detached from the main body even from the inside of the door. You can easily escape from the inside of the door.
