【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、衣服たとえばベルトレスズボン、スカートなどにおけるウエストベルトの長さ調節が簡単にできる、一般にウエストアジャスターまたはベルトアジャスターと呼ばれるウエスト調節具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のウエスト調節具は、たとえば図18に示すように、調節ベルトの表面に所定の間隔で調節突起を多数設け、スライダーは調節ベルトを挿通するための挿通孔を有するスライダー本体と、調節ベルトの調節突起と係合できる係止突起を有する操作片から形成され、スライダー本体に挿通された調節ベルトに対し直交する形で透孔に挿入した操作片を押動可能に設け、スライダー本体に対し出没可能に設けた操作片をスライダー本体から突出する方向に付勢する巻き掛けバネの弾性部材を操作片の操作部の近傍に取り付けたウエスト調節具が、特開平9−27301号公報に開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前項で述べた図18に示すウエスト調節具は、調節ベルト、スライダー本体、操作片、弾性部材、さらにフックと当て金具から形成した固定具から構成されたものであり、ウエスト調節具はきわめて部品点数が多くコスト高になり、製作面を考えても面倒であるなど問題点がある。なお操作片と弾性部材とを樹脂により一体に成形することが記載されているが、その具体的な形態についてはわからない。

この発明は、上述の問題点を考慮して発明されたものであり、請求項1記載の発明は、製品の部品点数を削減してコストダウンを図り、スライダーに対して操作片が的確に弾発性を発揮し、円滑に出没可動させることができ、かつスライダーおよび操作片の製作がきわめて容易であり、しかも衣服に対し簡単に取り付けることができるウエスト調節具を提供することが主たる目的である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記の目的を達成するため、この発明のうち請求項1記載の発明は、ウエスト調節具における調節ベルト1は、表面に突出する突起状の調節突部8を所定の間隔で多数配設し、またスライダー2は、調節ベルト1が挿通できる空洞状の挿通部10を横方向に貫設し、この挿通部10の一面に固定具取付用の取付孔17を設け、挿通部10と直交する形で上下部分に操作片3が挿入できる貫通孔11をそれぞれ設け、下部貫通孔11の両側に下方外側へ向けて傾斜する斜面部15を設け、操作片3は一面に調節ベルト1の調節突部8と係合できる係止突部25を対応する個所に突設するとともに、操作片3の両側に角棒状の弾性脚部26を一体に設けて先端を斜面部15に摺接させて滑動できるように形成し、操作片3を常時上方へ付勢して調節突部8と係止突部25とが係合できるように形成したウエスト調節具を主な構成としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明におけるウエスト調節具の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら具体的に説明する。

この発明のウエスト調節具は、図1に示すように、調節ベルト1、スライダー2、操作片3、固定具4の四部材から構成され、この四部材は、図8、9に示すようにベルトレスズボンなどにおけるウエストベルト5の端部に固定具4によって、操作片3を装備したスライダー2を内側に取り付け、またウエストベルト5上に細幅の共生地6の両端を取り付け、共生地6の裏面に調節ベルト1を装着し、調節ベルト1にスライダー2を挿通し、操作片3を押圧してスライダー2を摺動させ、ウエストベルト5におけるウエスト回りの調整を行う。そして調節ベルト1、スライダー2、操作片3、固定具4は、それぞれポリアミド、ポリアセタール、ポリプロピレン、ポリプチレンテレフタレートなどの熱可塑性樹脂を用いて射出成形加工手段、または押出成形加工手段によって成形する。

なお、調節ベルト1を分厚く形成すれば必ずしも調節ベルト1に共生地6を取り付ける必要はなく、調節ベルト1をウエストベルト5へ単独で取り付けてもよい。さらに、上記調節ベルト1をウエストベルト5の生地と同様な色調のものとすれば、調節ベルト1が外観として目立たなくなり好適である。

ウエスト調節具のうち調節ベルト1は、図1、6、7に示すように、長尺状のベルト帯であって、表面に所定の間隔で調節突部8が二段に突出した形態で列設し、この調節突部8の形状は長方形あるいは縦長の六角形または両側が平行する適宜の形状に形成し、調節ベルト1の裏面は平坦で全体が弾性を備えたベルト帯であり、ズボン、スカートなどのウエストベルト5の共生地6に取り付けるのに適した形態に形成されている。なお、調節ベルト1の表面に所定の間隔で調節突部8が一段に突出する形態であってもよい。これによって調節ベルト1、スライダー2、操作片3の各々を小型化することが可能となる。

ウエスト調節具のスライダー2は、図1〜3に示すように全体が方形体で左右両側壁は開口して調節ベルト1が挿通できるように空洞状の挿通部10を貫通状に設け、この挿通部10と直交する形で上下部分に操作片3が挿入できる貫通孔11をそれぞれ設け、貫通孔11は図3に示すようにスライダー2の裏面板13側に偏った位置に設けるとともに、表面板12側に調節ベルト1を挿通する。上部貫通孔11の入口は前面が一段と落ち込み両側面はテーパーがついている。また奥の壁面には切欠部14を設け、後述する操作片3の係合突起25が壁面と衝突することなく操作片3の上部貫通孔11への挿入が容易に行えるように形成し、下部貫通孔11の両側には下方外側へ向けて傾斜する斜面部15を設けて操作片3の弾性脚部26が摺接し滑動できるように形成する。

スライダー2の裏面板13には中央縦方向に長方形を呈する透孔16を設け、この透孔16内の範囲内において透孔16と対面する表面板12には、固定具4を取り付けるための内側が拡大する断面T形あるいはテーパー状の固定具4を取り付けるための取付孔17を上下に2個設けている。したがって裏面板13に設けた透孔16は、表面板12の裏側に設ける取付孔17の成形のためのものであり、また取付孔17に挿入した固定具4の取付柱33を圧潰する加圧作業の便宜を図るためのものである。

スライダー2に挿入する操作片3は、図1、4、5に示すようにスライダー2の貫通孔11に挿入できる大きさであり、操作片3の本体22の中央縦方向にスライダー2の透孔16に合致する透孔24を設け、操作片3の一面すなわちスライダー2の裏面板13に対面する表面は平坦であり、表面板12に対向する表面は頭部23がやや本体22よりも突出して分厚く形成し、本体22の透孔24の両側には、調節ベルト1に配設した調節突部8に対応し係合できる係止突部25を上下2個所に設けている。

操作片3の両側には、弾性を備えた弾性脚部26を一体に配設し、弾性脚部26は本体22と同厚で本体22の中央部分から先端にかけて本体22と略同長で並行状に設け、先端部分は内傾状のテーパーをつけスライダー2に配設した斜面部15上を滑動できるように形成する。さらに操作片3の頭部23の両側には操作片3を貫通孔11に挿入したとき、上部貫通孔11から上方へ抜脱するのを阻止するための三角状の小突起27を設け、上部貫通孔11の縁部に衝止できるように形成する。

スライダー2をウエストベルト5に取り付けるための固定具4は、図1に示すようにキャップ32の裏面にスライダー2の表面板12に設けた上下の取付孔17に合致する間隔で、先端が尖鋭状を呈する取付柱33を上下2個所に突設し、取付柱33はウエストベルト5を刺通して取付孔17に挿入した後、先端を加熱加圧して取付孔17内へ圧潰し充填して固定する。なお、取付柱33の先端を加熱することなく単に加圧して取付孔17へ圧潰し充填して固定することも可能である。

ウエスト調節具の取り付けは、図7〜9に示すようにベルトレスズボン、スカートなどの外側のウエストベルト5の端部裏面にスライダー2を取り付けるが、その際前述のとおりウエストベルト5の表面から固定具4の取付柱33を刺通し、スライダー2の表面板12に設けた取付孔17に挿入後、先端を加熱加圧して圧潰することによりスライダー2をウエストベルト5に取り付ける。取り付けたスライダー2に調節ベルト1、または共生地6の裏面に調節ベルト1を取り付けている場合は、調節ベルト1と共生地6とを挿通し、調節ベルト1または共生地6の両端を内側のウエストベルト5上に縫着することにより、調節ベルト1の中間部分に空隙ができ分離できるように形成する。

次にスライダー2の上部貫通孔11から操作片3の本体22と弾性脚部26とを挿入し、頭部23を強く押圧して両側に設けた小突起27を上部貫通孔11から挿入することにより、図6に示すように弾性脚部26の先端を下部貫通孔11の両側に設けた斜面部15に当接させ、先端がやや拡開した状態、すなわち弾発性を備えた状態で保持し、操作片3を上方へ付勢して調節突部8と係止突部25とを係合させる。

ウエストベルト5に取り付けたウエスト調節具の調節操作は、スライダー2に挿入した操作片3の頭部23を押圧することにより、弾性脚部26の先端は弾性脚部26の弾力に抗して斜面部15を滑動し、操作片3を押し下げ調節ベルト1の調節突部8と操作片3の係止突部25との係合を解除し、操作片3を押圧したままスライダー2を左右に摺動させてウエスト回りの調節を行った後、操作片3の押圧を解放すると、弾性脚部26の弾力により操作片3は小突起27が上部貫通孔11の縁部に当接するまで上方へ復帰させて、調節突部8と係止突部25とを係合させ、ウエスト回りの調節を完了するものである。

図10、11に示す第2実施形態のウエスト調節具は、第1実施形態のウエスト調節具におけるスライダー2に設置した下部貫通孔11の両側に設けた斜面部15の形態に改良を加えたものであり、その形態はスライダー2の下部貫通孔11の両側に配した斜面部15における表面板12側に位置する個所に小突片状の側壁18を上方へ突設し、斜面部15の断面形状が凹状を呈する凹溝19に形成し、この凹溝19内を操作片3に設けた弾性脚部26の先端を摺接し滑動させることにより弾性脚部26が斜面部15から脱落するのを未然に防ぎ、また弾性脚部26ががたつくことがなく、安定した状態で円滑に滑動できるように形成したものである。

図12〜17に示す第3実施形態のウエスト調節具は、第1実施形態のウエスト調節具におけるスライダー2および操作片3に改良を加えたものであり、スライダー2は、図12、13に示すように裏面板13の中央縦方向に設けた長方形の透孔16における内面すなわち裏側の両側縁部に全長にわたって断面凸状を呈する突条20を突設する。また操作片3は図14、15に示すように、本体22の中央縦方向に設けた長方形の透孔24の両側に本体22の下端まで延びる断面凹状を呈する長溝30を設け、この長溝30はスライダー2の裏面板13に対面する表面に設け、スライダー2の突条20と操作片3の長溝30とを嵌合できるように形成する。

第3実施形態のウエスト調節具の使用態様は、図16、17に示すように、スライダー2の上部貫通孔11から操作片3の本体22および弾性脚部26を、頭部23を押圧しながら挿入し、スライダー2に設けた突条20と操作片3に設けた長溝30とを嵌合させ、本体22の一部が下部貫通孔11に挿入すると同時に、弾性脚部26の先端を斜面部15に摺接し滑動させながら、頭部23に設けた小突起27を、上部貫通孔11を圧しながら通過させることにより、小突起27を上部貫通孔11の縁部に衝止できるようにセットする。その際弾性脚部26は薄形であるため図17に示すように調節ベルト1の調節突部8との間に空隙が生じ、弾性脚部26は調節突部8と衝合しないようになるから、弾性脚部26の作動を円滑に行うことができる。

この発明のうち請求項1記載の発明は、調節ベルトの表面に調節突部を所定間隔で配し、スライダーは調節ベルトが挿通できる挿通部を貫設し、挿通部の一面に固定具取付用の取付孔を設け、挿通部と直交する形で上下部に操作片が挿入できる貫通孔を設け、下部貫通孔の両側に斜面部を設け、操作片は一面に調節突部と係合できる係止突部を突設するとともに、両側に弾性脚部を一体に設けて斜面部に摺接し滑動可能に形成し、操作片を上方へ付勢して調節突部と係止突部とを係合可能に形成したことによって、ウエスト調節具の部品点数を削減することができコストダウンが図れ、そしてスライダーと操作片とが協働して的確に弾発性を発揮させることができ、その結果操作片を円滑に出没可動させることができ、そのうえスライダーおよび操作片の製作が容易であり、しかも衣服に簡単に取り付けることができる効果がある。
