本発明は、浴室の天井パネルに取付ける浴室換気乾燥機に関する。

浴室換気乾燥機としては、箱体内に送風機、ヒータ等を設け、その箱体に排気用筒体を取付けたものが一般的であり、箱体を浴室の天井パネルに形成した開口部より天井裏に突出し、その箱体を開口部周縁に固着して取付けられ、天井裏に配設した排気用ダクトと排気用筒体を接続している。

また、浴室換気乾燥機としては、箱体に吸気用筒体を取付け、この吸気用筒体と吸気用ダクトを接続して浴室以外の部屋の空気を屋外に排出して換気する多室換気機能を有する浴室換気乾燥機が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述の換気装置は、取付用部材を天井パネルに取付けながら排気用筒体と排気用ダクトを接続するから、その作業がやりずらい。送風機を設けた大重量の本体を持ち上げて支軸部を受け片に係合し、上方に回動するので、その本体の取付け作業がやりずらい。これらが相俟って取付け作業が大変やりずらい。

該取付板15と前記本体取付枠10の周壁11に、両者を相対的に移動することで係合する係合部16と被係合部17を、その係合部16と被係合部17が係合することで取付板15が筒体取付用開口部13を閉塞するように仮取付けられるように設け、
前記本体取付枠10に本体6を挿入して固定することで前記孔4に筒体14が連通するように組立てられたことを特徴とする浴室換気乾燥機である。

【発明の実施の形態】
(浴室換気乾燥機の構造)
図1に示すように、箱体1内に送風機2、ヒータ3等を内蔵し、その箱体1の周壁1aに排気口、吸気口となる複数の孔4を形成し、箱体1に取付用フランジ5を一体的に設けて浴室換気乾燥機の本体6としてある。この本体6にはグリル7が取付けられる。
