Description

前記容器の本体内へ接着基材流体を供給し、前記本体内の前記マイクロドットと接着基材流体とを混合させた混合物を生成する工程と、
前記動的流体供給手段によって、前記本体内に導管を介して動的流体を供給するとともに、前記導入口より前記吐出開孔部側に動的流体を導入し、これにより、前記本体内の混合物を、他の導管を介して前記吐出開孔部より吐出させて、物品に塗工する工程と、
を有する。
前記物品が、
単一の車両であることを特徴としている。
前記容器が、
前記本体と、
前記本体と連通した吐出開孔部および前記吐出開孔部と連通し動的流体を導入する導入口と、を有する部材と、
に分離されることを特徴としている。
前記マイクロドットが、塗工される物品ごとに個別であり、
マイクロドットの塗工後に、
前記容器と、
前記容器の導入口に取り付けられた前記動的流体供給手段と、を分離し、
次いで、次の物品へ塗工するための別のマイクロドットを本体の内部に収容した容器を、前記容器の導入口を介して前記動的流体供給手段に取り付け、
前記動的流体供給手段によって、前記本体内の前記混合物を、前記吐出開孔部より吐出させ、これにより、以前使用したマイクロドットと混成することなく、塗工を行うことを特徴としている。
前記容器は、
前記マイクロドットを、内部に複数収容した本体と、
前記本体と連通した吐出開孔部および前記吐出開孔部と連通し動的流体を導入する導入口と、を有する部材と、に分離可能であり、
前記接着基材流体が、
マイクロドットの塗工前に、前記容器中へ供給されることを特徴としている。
前記動的流体供給手段が、
ハンドル部と、
前記吐出開孔部から前記混合物を吐出するように作動可能な作動装置と、
を含むことを特徴としている。
前記容器の前記本体底部が逆円錐形状であり、
前記動的流体を前記本体内に導入する導管と、
前記本体内の前記混合物を吐出開孔部側へ吐出させるための他の導管と、の先端部が、
前記本体の前記逆円錐形状の底部に伸長していることを特徴としている。
Claims (7)
- 単一の物品に識別子標識を塗工する方法であって、
識別子標識の一つであるマイクロドットを、内部に複数収容した本体と、
前記本体と連通した吐出開孔部および前記吐出開孔部と連通し、動的流体を導入する導入口と、を有する部材と、
を備えた容器を準備する工程と、
前記導入口から吐出開孔部側へ動的流体を供給するとともに、前記本体内へ動的流体を供給する動的流体供給手段を、前記導入口に取外し可能に取り付ける工程と、
前記容器の本体内へ接着基材流体を供給し、前記本体内の前記マイクロドットと接着基材流体とを混合させた混合物を生成する工程と、
前記動的流体供給手段によって、前記本体内に導管を介して動的流体を供給するとともに、前記導入口より前記吐出開孔部側に動的流体を導入し、これにより、前記本体内の混合物を、他の導管を介して前記吐出開孔部より吐出させて、物品に塗工する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする識別子標識の塗工方法。 - 前記物品が、
単一の車両であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の識別子標識の塗工方法。 - 前記容器が、
前記本体と、
前記本体と連通した吐出開孔部および前記吐出開孔部と連通し動的流体を導入する導入口と、を有する部材と、
に分離されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の識別子標識の塗工方法。 - 前記マイクロドットが、塗工される物品ごとに個別であり、
マイクロドットの塗工後に、
前記容器と、
前記容器の導入口に取り付けられた前記動的流体供給手段と、を分離し、
次いで、次の物品へ塗工するための別のマイクロドットを本体の内部に収容した容器を、前記容器の導入口を介して前記動的流体供給手段に取り付け、
前記動的流体供給手段によって、前記本体内の前記混合物を、前記吐出開孔部より吐出させ、これにより、以前使用したマイクロドットと混成することなく、塗工を行うことを
特徴とする請求項1に記載の識別子標識の塗工方法。 - 前記容器は、
前記マイクロドットを、内部に複数収容した本体と、
前記本体と連通した吐出開孔部および前記吐出開孔部と連通し動的流体を導入する導入口と、を有する部材と、に分離可能であり、
前記接着基材流体が、
マイクロドットの塗工前に、前記容器中へ供給されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の識別子標識の塗工方法。 - 前記動的流体供給手段が、
ハンドル部と、
前記吐出開孔部から前記混合物を吐出するように作動可能な作動装置と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の識別子標識の塗工方法。 - 前記容器の前記本体底部が逆円錐形状であり、
前記動的流体を前記本体内に導入する導管と、
前記本体内の前記混合物を吐出開孔部側へ吐出させるための他の導管と、の先端部が、
前記本体の前記逆円錐形状の底部に伸長していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の識別子標識の塗工方法。
