そこで、外嵌合容器の蓋の周縁に溝を設け、その溝から液体を排出するようにしたものが例えば特許第3028231号公報に開示されている。しかし、この容器は、外嵌合容器であるため、蓋と容器本体との嵌合力が小さく、衝撃によって蓋が外れ易く、特に液体を含む内容物を収納する場合は、蓋を容器本体にヒートシールするのが普通であり、液体を排出するため、蓋を部分開封すると、その部分の蓋が折れ曲ったまま復元しなかったり、破損したりして、密閉性が悪くなってしまう問題がある。これは両嵌合容器の場合も同様である。

【実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。図1に示すように、この発明の嵌合容器は、容器本体10と蓋20より成る。いずれも厚さ0.2〜5.0mm程度の熱可塑性合成樹脂シートを真空成形、圧空成形又は真圧空成形法によって形成したものであって、具体的材料としては、比較的柔軟で復元性に富むアモルファスポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン系などの樹脂が好ましい。
