Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a clamp disposed and used on a winged needle tube mainly used during hemodialysis.
[0002]
[Prior art]
After use of the medical puncture needle, recapping is performed to protect the cutting edge. During this operation, a medical worker accidentally damages the fingertip and becomes infected with AIDS or hepatitis. Various countermeasures have been taken to deal with this problem. For example, a winged needle can be slidably disposed on the tube (see Japanese Patent No. 2673682), or the needle tube support portion and the protector can be bent. There are known techniques such as connecting at a portion and bending the connecting portion after use to put the protector over a needle tube (see Japanese Patent No. 2813886).
On the other hand, in a winged needle used in hemodialysis, a clamp that temporarily blocks the flow path in the tube is disposed on the tube in order to prevent blood ejection when the blood circuit is connected.
Therefore, the winged needle used in hemodialysis requires two members, a protector and a clamp, to prevent false punctures and prevent blood squirting. It had the disadvantage that the operation was complicated.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a member having both a protector function and a clamp function, that is, a winged needle clamp that does not require a recapping operation.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventor has provided a space in which the needle and hub can be accommodated in the upper member or lower member of the clamp so that the needle and hub can be introduced into this space after use. Thus, it was found that a winged needle clamp having a protector function was obtained, and the present invention was achieved.
[0005]
That is, the present invention includes a base-side flexible bending portion having a tube insertion hole, and an upper member and a lower member connected via the bending portion, and the upper member and the lower member are engaged and disengaged on the distal end side. A winged needle clamp that is freely engageable and is configured such that the tube is compressed when the upper member and the lower member are engaged, and at least the wing between the upper member and the lower member when not engaged. And a space for accommodating the needle and the hub in the upper member or the lower member is provided.
Here, it is preferable that the upper member is provided with a pair of left and right engaging hooks, and the lower member is provided with an engaged portion that engages with the engaging hook.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the present invention. The winged needle clamp of the present invention includes a proximal flexible bending portion 1 having a tube insertion hole 11, and an upper member 2 and a lower member 3 connected via the bending portion 1. 2 and the lower member 3 can be engaged and disengaged freely at the front end side. The tube is pressed when the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are engaged, and at the time of non-engagement, at least a gap capable of introducing a blade is generated between the upper member 2 and the lower member 3. It has become. The upper member 2 or the lower member 3 is provided with a space that can accommodate the needle and the hub.
[0007]
The bending portion 1 is a flexible member that connects the upper member 2 and the lower member 3. In this example, the bending portion 1, the upper member 2, and the lower member 3 are made of polystyrene, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene, or the like. It is integrally formed with a synthetic resin. Further, the bending portion 1 has a tube insertion hole 11, and the winged needle clamp of the present invention is used in a state where the tube is inserted into the tube insertion hole 11. In this example, the degree of curvature is curved so that the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are substantially parallel, but the angle formed by these members may be increased to about 30 degrees. .
[0008]
The upper member 2 is provided with a pair of left and right engagement hooks 21 on the distal end side, and a pressing portion 22 for compressing the tube is accommodated on the proximal end side from the engagement hook 21 and further accommodated on the proximal end side. Hub fixing means 23 for fixing the hub is provided.
The pair of left and right engaging hooks 21 are provided with a gap larger than the outer diameter of the tube so that the tube can be inserted between them, and are hook-shaped so as to engage with an engaged portion 31 of the lower member 3 described later. Is formed. When the engagement hook 21 and the engaged portion 31 are not engaged, a gap capable of introducing at least a blade is generated between them. Further, the engagement hook 21 is inclined from the distal end side toward the proximal end side, and even if the gap generated between the engagement hook 21 and the engaged portion 31 is narrow as in this example, the wing shape Needle wings are easy to introduce. In addition, in order to make it easy to release the engagement state between the engagement hook 21 and the engaged portion 31, a grip portion 24 may be provided on the engagement hook 21.
The pressing portion 22 is for pressing the tube when the engaging hook 21 and the engaged portion 31 are engaged, and has a vertical cross-sectional mountain shape extending in the left and right directions. About this shape, if it is a shape which can compress a tube, it will not specifically limit. If the tube is not compressed when the engagement hook 21 and the engaged portion 31 are not engaged, the engagement hook 21 is provided on the lower member 3 and the pressing portion 22 is provided on the lower member 3. May be.
The hub fixing means 23 accommodates the needle and the hub in the accommodating space 32 of the lower member 3 described later, and prevents the accommodated needle from deviating when the engaging hook 21 and the engaged portion 31 are engaged. For this purpose, the protrusion is in contact with the hub, and the contact portion with the hub is recessed according to a cylindrical hub shape. In this example, since the inner wall of the lower member 3 is gently inclined, the hub can be sufficiently fixed even if the hub fixing means 23 has a small shape. Here, when the lower member 3 is not inclined, the hub fixing means 23 may be formed in a larger shape, and even when formed in this way, when the engagement hook 21 and the engaged portion 31 are not engaged. If there is no pressure on the tube, there is no problem. In addition, the hub fixing means 23 is not particularly required if there is no risk that the needle will deviate and damage the fingers.
[0009]
The lower member 3 is provided with a pair of left and right engaged portions 31 on the distal end side, and an accommodation space 32 on the proximal end side from the engaged portion 31.
The engaged portion 31 is a pair of left and right cutouts scraped from both sides so as to engage with the engagement hook 21 of the upper member 2. In addition to the shape of this example, holes and the like can be employed. A step is formed on the inner wall of the lower member 3, and the tip side is relatively high with this step as a boundary. A pair of side walls 33 are erected on the base end side from the step, and a space surrounded by the side walls 33 is an accommodation space 32 for the needle and the hub. When the wing is introduced to the wing of the winged needle clamp, the needle and the hub fall into the receiving space 32 and are received. In addition, a slit 34 may be provided on the side wall 33 so that it can be bent to facilitate introduction of the wing.
[0010]
Note that the tips of the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are rounded to facilitate introduction of the wings.
In the winged needle of the present invention, a mechanism may be provided in which once the needle and hub are accommodated and the upper member and the lower member are engaged, the engagement cannot be released.
[0011]
Next, the use of the winged needle clamp shown in FIG. 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 2, the winged needle clamp of the present invention is disposed on the tube 44 of the winged needle 4 in a state where the engagement hook 21 and the engaged portion 31 are not engaged.
First, the needle 41 of the winged needle 4 is punctured into the skin tissue of the human body, and the entire tube 44 is filled with blood. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the engaging hook 21 and the engaged portion 31 of the winged needle clamp are connected. Engage. At this time, the tube 44 is compressed and closed by the pressing portion 22.
Next, a blood circuit (not shown) is connected to the tube 44, the engagement between the engagement hook 21 and the engaged portion 31 is released, and hemodialysis is performed.
After the hemodialysis, the needle 41 is removed from the human skin tissue and the blood circuit is removed from the tube 44.
Finally, as shown in FIG. 4, the wing 43 of the winged needle 4 is introduced into the winged needle clamp and slid to the position where the needle 41 and the hub 42 are accommodated in the accommodating space 32, and the engagement as shown in FIG. The mating hook 21 and the engaged portion 31 are engaged. At this time, the hub 42 is fixed by the hub fixing means 23.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the function of the protector and the function of the clamp can be combined with one member, the structure is simple and the burden on the operation is reduced for the medical staff.
