Description
好ましくは、上記発光素子又は上記受光素子が薄膜回路で形成される。上記発光素子が発光ダイオード、面発光型レーザ及び有機EL素子のうち少なくともいずれかを含む。上受光素子がフォトダイオード、フォトトランジスタ及びCCDのうち少なくともいずれかを含む。上記プローブ固定領域には特定の生体試料と特異的に作用するプローブが固定される。上記生体試料はDNA、タンパク質、抗体のうち少なくともいずれかを含む。上記基板のプローブ固定領域は親液処理が施され、その他の領域は撥液処理が施される。上記基板のプローブ固定領域には金属薄膜が形成される。上記基板にはマイクロレンズが設けられている。上記発光素子からの光は、上記マイクロレンズを介して上記プローブ固定領域に入射する。
Claims (10)
- 基板と、
複数の単位センサと、を含み、
前記複数の単位センサの各々はプローブ固定領域と発光素子及び受光素子とを含み、
前記発光素子は、前記基板を介して前記プローブ固定領域に照射する光を発し、
前記受光素子は、前記プローブ固定領域に固定されたプローブからの光を前記基板を介して受光し、
前記基板には、前記複数の単位センサの一つの単位センサとこの単位センサに隣接する単位センサとの間に遮光膜が設けられている、
ことを特徴とするバイオセンサ。 - 前記発光素子又は前記受光素子が薄膜回路で形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記発光素子が発光ダイオード、面発光型レーザ及び有機EL素子のうち少なくともいずれかを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記受光素子がフォトダイオード、フォトトランジスタ及びCCDのうち少なくともいずれかを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記プローブ固定領域には特定の生体試料と特異的に作用するプローブが固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記生体試料はDNA、タンパク質、抗体のうち少なくともいずれかを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記基板のプローブ固定領域は親液処理が施され、その他の領域は撥液処理が施される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記基板のプローブ固定領域には金属薄膜が形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 請求項8に記載のバイオセンサにおいて、
前記基板にはマイクロレンズが設けられている、ことを特徴とするバイオセンサ。 - 請求項9に記載のバイオセンサにおいて、
前記発光素子からの光は、前記マイクロレンズを介して前記プローブ固定領域に入射する、ことを特徴とするバイオセンサ。
