Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an oil contamination prevention molded product for an aluminum foil range such as a range hood, a range cover and a range receiving mat formed by molding an aluminum foil coated with a cured film made of an acrylic fluororesin. is there.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, range hoods, range covers, and range tray mats made from 30-120 μm thick aluminum foil are commercially available to prevent oil stains around the cooking range. It is widely used in the field.
[0003]
On the other hand, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-149445 discloses that a surface of a 30-100 μm aluminum foil is coated with a 1-20 μm-thick fluorine-based resin (PTFE, PFA, FEP, etc.) film, and an adhesive tape is pasted on the back surface. An aluminum sheet or tape to be used for closing a gap between a range stand and a sink is disclosed. In addition, in the above publication, “... the fluorine resin is coated on the surface, so that dirt such as oil adhering to the surface of the aluminum foil can be easily removed, and the aesthetics will not be lost forever”. If the thickness is less than 1 μm, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance sufficient for practical use cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 20 μm, cracks occur in the fluorine-based resin during the manufacturing process.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The aluminum foil range hoods, range covers, and range trays that are currently available on the market are products that are "disposable" that must be replaced with new ones when they become dirty. No antifouling surface treatment is used, so even if you try to use it for a long period of time by removing the oil stain attached to the surface from the viewpoint of resource saving and economical efficiency in general households etc., remove the oil stain because it is firmly attached It is very difficult to do so, and there is a problem in that it must be disposed of after a short period of use without sanitary and aesthetic reasons.
[0005]
However, as can be seen in the above publication, if the surface of the aluminum foil is coated with a fluororesin, the oil stain attached to the coated surface can be easily removed.
[0006]
Therefore, the present inventor prepared aluminum foils having various thicknesses of fluororesin films on the surface in the range of 1 to 20 μm, and molded them to form a range hood, a range cover and a range. Attempts to manufacture a receiving mat for use, but a satisfactory product could not be obtained because cracks occurred on the surface of the fluororesin cured film during mold molding (die press molding), and the type and coating conditions of the fluororesin A number of prototypes were repeated with various changes, but cracks could not be avoided.
[0007]
As far as the present inventor knows, a range hood, a range cover and a range tray mat made of aluminum foil coated with a fluororesin cured film have not yet been released.
[0008]
From the viewpoint of resource saving, the present inventor technically provides an aluminum foil range hood, a range cover and a range tray that can easily remove oil stains in a general household and can be used for a long time. As a result of further trial production, as a result of mold press molding using aluminum foil coated with 0.4 to 0.8 μm thick cured film obtained by curing acrylic fluororesin with isocyanate, It is a solution that solves this problem by acquiring a remarkable new knowledge that cracks can be avoided and that a product with sufficient durability can be obtained despite being a thin film with a thickness of 0.4 to 0.8 μm. is there.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical problem can be solved by the present invention as follows .
[0010]
That is, an aluminum foil made range for oil pollution molded article according to the present invention, in a proportion of a thickness of 30 ~ 120 mu fluorine content of about 50% acrylic fluororesin 100: isocyanate to 30 aluminum foil m those obtained by molding into a shape that can be placed around the range to cover the cured film of thickness less than 0.8 mu m which was cured by.
[0011]
Also, the present invention provides the aluminum foil made range for oil pollution moldings, the thickness of the cured film is obtained by a 0.4 ~ 0.8 μ m.
[0012]
Furthermore, in the present invention, any one of the above-described aluminum foil range oil contamination prevention molded products is molded into any of a range hood, a range cover, and a range tray mat.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
Embodiment 1 FIG.
[0015]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a saucer mat for a range which is an oil-fouling prevention molded product for an aluminum foil range according to the present invention. In FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along line AA of the saucer mat shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a sectional view schematically showing a laminated structure of the saucer mat shown in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a saucer mat shown in FIG. In these drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes an aluminum saucer mat having a cured film 2 made of an acrylic fluororesin on the surface, and the saucer mat 1 has a thickness as shown in FIG. It is composed of a 55 μm aluminum foil 3 and a 0.5 μm thick cured film 2 made of an acrylic fluororesin formed thereon. In addition, 4 is a gas range stand, 5 is a range cover laid on the upper surface of the gas range stand 4, and the cover 5 also has acrylic fluorine on the aluminum foil 3 having a thickness of 55 μm as shown in FIG. A cured film 2 made of resin and having a thickness of 0.7 μm is formed.
[0016]
The thickness of the aluminum foil 3 in the present invention is sufficient if it is 30 to 120 μm. If it is thinner than 30 μm, it is difficult to obtain a practical strength, and if it is thicker than 120 μm, the cost becomes uneconomical. The acrylic fluoropolymer cured film 2 may be formed to a thickness of 0.4 to 0.8 μm. If the thickness is less than 0.4 μm, sufficient oil repellency, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance cannot be obtained. Cracks are easily generated in the cured film, which is uneconomical in terms of cost.
[0017]
In order to form the acrylic fluororesin cured film 2 on the aluminum foil 3, a required amount of isocyanate is blended as a curing agent, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate or isobutyl acetate is used as a solvent, and the required concentration (usually, (About 10%) is prepared, and this is coated to a required thickness with a gravure coater, and the solvent is stripped off by heat drying and cured. The obtained laminated sheet is press-molded to obtain a receiving mat.
[0018]
The saucer mat in the present embodiment is coated with an acrylic fluororesin, and thus exhibits excellent oil repellency and can be easily wiped even if it is soiled with oil.
[0019]
In addition, since acrylic resin is used for the main chain of fluororesin, it can be made into a paint, can be applied with gravure, has good adhesion to aluminum foil, and is clear and clear without turbidity. A film can be obtained.
[0020]
Further, since the cured film uses isocyanate as a curing agent, it has a hardness equivalent to a hard coat with a pencil hardness of 7H or more, and is excellent in durability.
[0021]
Embodiment 2. FIG.
[0022]
FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining the use state of a hood which is an aluminum foil range oil pollution prevention molded product according to the present invention, in which 6 is a system kitchen stand and 7 is the same as in the first embodiment. A range hood obtained by embossing a laminated sheet obtained by forming a 0.5 μm thick cured film made of an acrylic fluororesin on a 75 μm thick aluminum foil and then press-molding it. It is.
[0023]
The range hood 7 in the present embodiment is more excellent in strength because it is die-press molded after increasing the strength by embossing.
[0024]
【Example】
Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1-4, one Example of the oil pollution prevention molded article for aluminum foil ranges which concerns on this invention is described.
[0025]
An aluminum foil with a thickness of 55 μm was used. Acrylic fluororesin with 50% fluorine content (product number: TYG-VR-8001: manufactured by Toyo Ink Co., Ltd.) and isocyanate (product number: TYG-VH-8011: manufactured by Toyo Ink Co., Ltd.) at a ratio of 100 to 30 Compounded, the compound was dissolved in a solvent (100% butyl acetate) to prepare a resin solution having a compound concentration of 10%.
[0026]
The resin solution was applied to an aluminum foil at 4 g / m 2 with a gravure coater and then heated and dried at 250 ° C. for 15 seconds to volatilize the solvent to form a cured film having a thickness of about 0.4 μm. The obtained laminated sheet was press-molded on the range cover shown in FIG. When the cured film surface of the obtained range cover was visually observed, no cracks were generated.
[0027]
The tempura was actually fried using the range cover made of untreated aluminum foil and the range cover of this example, and the wiping conditions of the attached tempura oil were compared. In addition, the tempura tool was shrimp: 5 tails, squid rings: 5 pieces, kiss opening: 3 pieces, peppers: 4 cuts (2 pieces), shiitake: 5 pieces per time.
[0028]
Table 1 shows the relationship between the standing time after cooking and the wiping condition of oil using tissue paper. The relationship between the number of times of cooking and the wiping condition of oil (using the same sample repeatedly, wiping the oil 2 hours after cooking) Table 2 shows the results.
[0029]
Evaluation `` ○ '' is a case where it was wiped cleanly and did not feel sticky. The case where it is quite sticky is shown.

[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the cured film having a thickness of 0.4 to 0.8 μm made of acrylic fluororesin is formed on the surface of the aluminum foil, the cured film is laminated on the surface of the aluminum foil with good adhesion. Even if it is a thin film, cracks do not occur and excellent oil repellency can be obtained even if it is a thin film, so even if oil stains adhere in oil dishes etc., it will become dirty by wiping with a cloth width or tissue etc. Can be easily removed, and an oil-fouling-proof molded product for an aluminum foil range that is excellent in durability and corrosion resistance can be provided.
[0035]
In addition, when the present invention is applied to a tray tray for a relatively expensive range hood or multi-head range (which has a plurality of burner heads and is also referred to as a “system kitchen stove”) It is extremely economical because its service life can be greatly extended.
[0036]
Therefore, it can be said that the industrial applicability of the present invention is very high.
