Description

【0001】
また、図7(a)、(b)は図6(a)、(b)を夫々B−B線で破断した断面図である。
【0028】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric device having a lid, and more particularly to an electric device having a lid that covers an opening of a case that houses a dry battery.
[0002]
[Prior art]
20 (a) and 20 (b) are side cross-sectional views of a conventional electric device. The side part of the cabinet (2) is lowered one step to form a battery case (1), and a plurality of dry batteries (9) (9) are inserted vertically into the battery case (1). The opening of the battery case (1) is covered with a lid (4). The dry batteries (9) and (9) are urged upward by a compression spring (90) provided in the battery case (1).
The pivot (31) projecting sideways from the base end of the lid (4) fits into the long hole (29) formed in the side of the cabinet (2), and the lid (4) is the battery case. (1) It is provided so as to be horizontally movable and rotatable on the top. In the following description, the direction in which the lid (4) protrudes outward from the cabinet (2) is defined as the front, and the direction in which the lid (4) is drawn into the cabinet (2) is defined as the rear.
[0003]
A terminal plate (6) in contact with the pole of the dry battery (9) is provided on the back surface of the lid (4), and a collar piece (40) is provided at the free end of the lid (4). The battery case (1) is provided with a claw piece (12) that is engaged with the collar piece (40) at the closed position of the lid (4). The lid (4) is locked to the cabinet (2) by the engagement, and the dry batteries (9) and (9) are urged by the spring (90) to push up the terminal plate (6) and the lid (4). The lid (4) is prevented from being detached from the cabinet (2).
[0004]
To open the lid (4), as shown in FIG. 20 (b), first, the lid (4) is advanced along the long hole (29), and the collar piece (40) and the claw piece (12) Release the locked state. Next, if the lid (4) is rotated upward about the pivot (31), the opening for inserting the dry batteries (9) (9) is exposed.
In order to close the lid (4) and engage the hook piece (40) and the claw piece (12), the lid (4) that has advanced is lowered and pivoted about the pivot (31), and the hook piece (40 ) In front of the nail piece (12). When the lid (4) is retracted along the long hole (29), as shown in FIG. 20 (a), the collar piece (40) and the claw piece (12) are engaged, and the lid (4) Is locked to the cabinet (2).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a conventional electric device, it is possible to move the lid (4) that has been moved forward and retracted in an open state. However, even if the retracted lid (4) is to be closed, the collar piece (40) hits the upper end of the claw piece (12), and the lid (4) cannot be locked to the cabinet (2). Further, if the lid (4) is closed strongly, the hook piece (40) may collide with the claw piece (12) and damage the claw piece (12). That is, there is a possibility that the members constituting the locking mechanism of the lid (4) collide with each other and the closed lid (4) is not locked.
In view of this point, the applicant has conceived that the lid (4) in the open state can be prevented from being retracted, thereby preventing the possibility of damaging the nail piece (12).
An object of the present invention is to accurately lock a lid in a closed state in an electrical device that retracts a lid that has been lowered into a closed state from an advanced position and locks the lid in a cabinet.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problems]
A locking mechanism is provided between the cabinet (2) and the lid (4) to prevent the lid (4) in the retracted position from opening. A support member (3) that rotates about the pivot (31) is provided inside the lid (4), and the lid (4) is provided on the support member (3) so as to be movable back and forth. Yes.
Electrical equipment
Provided between the lid (4) and the support member (3), the lid (4) or the support member (3) is locked in the open state of the lid (4), and the lid (4) A slide prevention mechanism for restricting the reverse movement of the pivoting portion (31) in the direction approaching the pivot portion (31);
The lid (4) or the cabinet (2) is provided on the lid (4), and the lid (4) is closed to release the locking of the slide prevention mechanism to the lid (4) or the support member (3). A release mechanism allowing the body (4) to retract in a direction approaching the pivot (31).
[0007]
[Action and effect]
When opening the closed lid When the lid (4) is in the retracted position, the locking mechanism engages the lid (4) and the cabinet (2) to open the lid (4). Prevents rotation. To open the lid (4), the lid (4) is moved away from the pivot (31), that is, moved forward to unlock the lid (4). The lid (4) pivots upward about the pivot (31).
When closing the opened lid When the lid (4) is open, the slide prevention mechanism locks the lid (4) or the support member (3), and the lid (4) is pivoted. Restrict movement to the direction approaching (31). That is, since the lid (4) in the open state cannot be retracted, there is no possibility that the members constituting the lock mechanism of the lid (4) collide with each other even if the lid (4) is rotated in the closing direction. .
When locking the lid that has been lowered to the closed state In the closed state of the lid (4) in the forward position, the release mechanism engages the lid (4) or the support member (3) with the slide prevention mechanism. The stopped state is released. The lid (4) can retreat on the support member (3), and the lid (4) is locked again.
Therefore, the lid (4) does not inadvertently retreat in the open state, so that even if the lid (4) is rotated in the closing direction, a lock mechanism for the lid (4) is configured. There is no risk of the members colliding with each other. Further, the lid (4) is correctly locked at the retracted position of the lid (4), and the lid (4) does not open carelessly.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
First embodiment
(overall structure)
Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the cabinet (2), which is shown upside down. The electrical equipment related to this example relates to a digital still camera. On the back of the cabinet (2), there is a liquid crystal panel (25) for displaying captured images and a viewing window (26) for viewing the subject by the user. Yes.
A side part of the cabinet (2) is lowered one step to form a battery case (1), and the battery case (1) is covered with a lid (4). A support member (3) also serving as a terminal plate (6) is disposed inside the lid (4).
A holding piece (30) is attached to the upper surface of the battery case (1), and the holding piece (30) supports a pivot (31) on which the support member (3) is rotatably fitted. The lid (4) is provided so as to be movable back and forth on the support member (3) in a plane including the rotation transition path of the support member (3).
[0009]
On the cabinet (2), behind the lid (4), a cover plate (8) whose longitudinal direction is directed forward and backward is provided so as to be detachable, and the cover plate (8) is provided in the cabinet (2). It rotates around the horizontal axis (20). The rotation transition paths of the lid (4) and the cover plate (8) are orthogonal to each other. The cover plate (8) covers the large opening (21) into which the memory card (7) is inserted as will be described later, and the cabinet (2) is operated by operating the slide member (80) provided in the vicinity of the cover plate (8). Is disengaged.
[0010]
The lid (4) covers a battery storage opening (10) established in the battery case (1), and the battery storage opening (10) is a small opening (11) (one) in which one dry battery is inserted vertically. 11) is formed by connecting two. The two dry batteries are inserted into the battery storage opening (10) with their positive and negative electrodes reversed. A lid piece (40) is provided at the free end of the lid (4), and a claw piece (12) is erected at a position corresponding to the collar piece (40) on the upper surface of the battery case (1). Yes. The collar piece (40) is configured by protruding the plate piece inward from the free end of the lid (4), and the claw piece (12) is the upper end of the standing plate (12a) protruding from the upper surface of the battery case (1). The horizontal plate (12b) protrudes forward from the front (see FIGS. 7A and 7B).
The battery case (1) in FIG. 1 is formed by injection molding of a synthetic resin, and a release piece (15) provided integrally with the battery case (1) is formed from the peripheral edge of the upper surface of the battery case (1). It protrudes upward.
The lid (4) is rotated in the opening / closing direction at the forward movement position, and when the lid (4) rotated downward is retracted from the forward movement position, the collar piece (40) is moved to the lateral plate (12b) of the claw piece (12). Fits underneath. Thereby, a cover body (4) is locked. When the battery is replaced, the lock lever (5), which will be described later, is pushed to open the lid (4) forward. This example is characterized in that the opened lid (4) does not retreat carelessly as described later.
[0011]
The terminal plate (6) is in contact with the electrode of the dry cell, the small plate (60) is in contact with the negative electrode of the dry cell on the terminal plate (6), and the conical protrusion (61) is in contact with the positive electrode. It protrudes. From the back side of the terminal plate (6), an erroneous insertion prevention protrusion (45) formed of an insulator is fitted into the small cylinder (60), and the tip of the erroneous insertion prevention protrusion (45) is the small cylinder (60). It is located in substantially the same plane as the front end surface of.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the battery case (1) with the lid (4) closed as viewed from the direction A in FIG. 1, and shows a state where the right dry battery (9) is erroneously inserted. A compression spring (90) for biasing the dry battery (9) upward is provided at the bottom of each small opening (11) of the battery storage opening (10). When the right dry battery (9) is mistakenly inserted with the positive electrode facing upward, the erroneous insertion prevention protrusion (45) and the positive electrode of the dry battery (9) are in contact with each other. Since the positive electrode is prevented from coming into contact with the terminal plate (6) by the erroneous insertion prevention protrusion (45), no current flows through the terminal plate (6) and the device is not energized. Thereby, it is understood that the dry battery (9) is erroneously inserted.
[0012]
(Details of the lid)
FIG. 2 is a rear view of the lid (4), and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the same. A transparent window (32) is provided between the small cylinder (60) and the conical protrusion (61).
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the support member (3) is covered with a slide plate (55), and the slide plate (55) is attached to the lid (4), together with the lid (4). Moving. At the center of the slide plate (55), a notch (56) with an opening facing forward is opened, and a lock lever (5) provided integrally with the slide plate (55) in the notch (56). Is deployed. The base end portion of the lock lever (5) is connected to the slide plate (55), and the lock lever (5) is detachably attached to the support member (3) as described later.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3, the slide plate (55) is provided with two long holes (57) and (58) extending in the front-rear direction with the lock lever (5) sandwiched therebetween. In the small tube (60), the conical protrusion (61) is fitted into the other long hole (58) from below. The lid (4) is guided to move back and forth through the long holes (57) and (58). A synthetic resin sandwiching piece (46) and a regulating piece (65) formed by bending a metal plate are attached to the back surface of the lid (4). The erroneous insertion preventing protrusion (45) protrudes from above the clamping piece (46) and fits into the small cylinder (60) of the support member (3).
The restricting piece (65) forms an elastically deformable bending piece (66) at the tip, and the tip of the bending piece (66) contacts the support member (3) with the lid (4) open, The slide plate (55) and the lid (4) are prevented from moving backward toward the pivot (31).
[0014]
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the slide plate (55) of FIG. 3 taken along line CC. The locking lever (5) is provided with a locking projection (50) at the tip, and the locking projection (50) is hooked on the edge of the transparent window (32) (see FIG. 3). The operation button (51) protrudes from the lower end of the lock lever (5). When the user presses the operation button (51), the engagement between the locking projection (50) and the edge of the transparent window (32) is released. Is done. As will be described later, the lid (4) is restricted from being moved inadvertently by the lock lever (5), and is restricted by the restricting piece (65) from moving backward toward the pivot (31) in the open state. .
[0015]
(Advance and retreat of lid)
Retracted position FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b) are plan views of the lid (4) and the cabinet (2), where (a) indicates the retracted position and (b) indicates the advanced position. FIGS. 7A and 7B are cross-sectional views of FIGS. 6A and 6B taken along line BB. As shown in FIG. 7 (a), the lid (4) has a through hole (42), and the operation button (51) of the lock lever (5) passes through the through hole (42) and has an upper end surface. It is located in substantially the same plane as the upper surface of the lid (4). The lid (4) in the retracted position is closed, and the locking projection (50) of the lock lever (5) locks the edge of the transparent window (32) as described above. The slide plate (55) having the lock lever (5) is attached to the lid (4), and the lid (4) is not prepared by the locking projection (50) locking the support member (3). Progress is regulated. The collar piece (40) of the lid (4) is hooked on the claw piece (12) of the cabinet (2), and the lid (4) is not opened.
[0016]
Forward movement To advance the lid (4), the operation button (51) of the lock lever (5) is pushed downward to bend and deform the tip of the lock lever (5). As shown in FIG. 7 (b), the locking projection (50) is separated from the support member (3), and the lid (4) can be advanced. When the lid (4) moves forward on the support member (3), the collar piece (40) is separated from the claw piece (12), and the lid (4) can be opened.
[0017]
(Cover opening / closing operation)
Closing operation from open state FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b) are cross-sectional views of the lid (4) in the open state and the closed state, respectively, of the regulating piece (65) and the support member (3). Indicates the positional relationship. As described above, the lid (4) can be opened and closed at the forward position, and as shown in FIG. 8 (a), when the lid (4) is open, the tip of the regulating piece (65) is supported. It contacts the member (3). Since the restricting piece (65) is attached to the lid (4), the lid (4) and the slide plate (55) are restricted from sliding toward the pivot (31).
That is, since the lid (4) cannot be retracted when it is open, there is no possibility that the collar piece (40) collides with the claw piece (12) even if the lid (4) in the open state is closed.
[0018]
Closed state As shown in FIG. 8 (b), when the lid (4) is closed, the upper end of the release piece (15) is in contact with the restriction piece (65) and the restriction piece (65) faces upward. To bend and deform. The contact between the tip of the restricting piece (65) and the support member (3) is released, and the lid (4) can be retracted while contacting the release piece (15).
The lock lever (5) is also retracted together with the lid (4), and the locking projection (50) shown in FIG. 7 (b) is retracted while being in contact with the support member (3) to return to the position of FIG. 7 (a).
When the lid (4) is moved forward from the retracted position and opened, the reverse operation is performed.
[0019]
In the apparatus according to this example, the lid (4) that can be opened and closed only in the forward position is not inadvertently retracted in an open state, and the lid (4) The claw piece (12) does not collide.
At the time of battery replacement, the lid (4) is moved forward and opened, and the battery is taken out. After inserting a new dry battery into the battery case (1), the lid (4) is closed and returned to the retracted position. At this time, the hook piece (40) or the claw piece (12) is not damaged, and workability at the time of battery replacement is improved.
In addition, inadvertent advancement of the lid (4) in the closed state by the lock lever (5) is restricted, and there is a risk that the battery in the battery case (1) may fall off while the user is using the electrical device. Can be prevented.
[0020]
(Details of cover plate)
9 (a) and 9 (b) are rear cross-sectional views showing the open / close state of the cover plate (8), and FIG. 10 is a side cross-sectional view of FIG. 9 (a) viewed from the D direction. The cover plate (8) covers a large opening (21) facing the same direction as the battery housing opening (10), and a card holder (70) is provided in the large opening (21). A memory card (7) for storing image data is inserted into the card holder (70). The memory card (7) is provided with a plurality of terminals (71) (71) at one end, and a socket (not shown) in the card holder (70) is in electrical contact with the terminals (71) (71) to This is a known configuration for inputting / outputting data to / from the card (7).
The cover plate (8) is urged in the opening direction by a torsion spring (86) fitted to the horizontal shaft (20), and is provided with a locking claw (83) at the free end. In the vicinity of the large opening (21) on the cabinet (2), a long hole (22) extending left and right is opened, and a slide member (80) urged by a spring (82) to the left is formed in the long hole (22). ) Is fitted. The slide member (80) is provided with a hook piece (81), and the locking claw (83) is locked to the hook piece (81) when the cover plate (8) is closed.
[0021]
Closing operation of the cover plate An inclined surface (84) is formed on the locking claw (83), and the open cover plate (8) is held against the torsion spring (86) as shown in Fig. 9 (a). When it is rotated in the closing direction, the slope (84) comes into contact with the catch piece (81). The slope (84) pushes the catch piece (81) to the right against the bias of the spring (82). When the slope (84) passes through the hook piece (81), the hook piece (81) is returned by the spring (82), and the locking claw (83) locks the hook piece (81). The cover plate (8) is kept closed.
Opening operation of the cover plate To open the cover plate (8), the slide member (80) is moved rightward by hand from the state shown in Fig. 9 (b). The engagement between the locking claw (83) and the hook piece (81) is released, and the cover plate (8) is rotated in the opening direction around the horizontal axis (20) by the torsion spring (86). The large opening (21) is exposed and the memory card (7) can be removed from the card holder (70).
[0022]
(Preventing opening of cover plate)
FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing an open state of the lid (4), and the cabinet (2) is turned upside down. When the lid (4) is in the open state, the rear end of the support member (3) approaches the cover plate (8), thereby restricting the cover plate (8) from opening.
If the cover plate (8) can be opened while the lid (4) is open, there are the following problems. When the battery is replaced, the lid (4) is opened. At this time, the user's finger accidentally hits the slide member (80), and the slide member (80) may be moved away from the locking claw (83). There is. When the user removes the dry battery from the battery case (1), the cabinet (2) is turned upside down from the state shown in FIG. 11, but the cover plate (8) opens because the slide member (80) is moved by mistake. If it is possible, the memory card (7) may fall from the large opening (21). The memory card (7) is generally vulnerable to impact, and there is a possibility that the recorded contents cannot be reproduced due to damage due to impact when dropped.
However, in the apparatus according to this example, if the lid (4) is open, the cover plate (8) is not opened, so the user opens the lid (4) and removes it from the battery case (1). There is no possibility that the memory card (7) falls from the large opening (21) even if the finger hits the slide member (80) when taking out the dry battery.
In addition, the pivot part (20) of the cover plate (8) is provided in the E part of FIG. 11, and both the lids (4) and (8) rotate in the same plane, and the base end part of the lid (4). A configuration is also conceivable in which the free end of the cover plate (8) is pressed. However, the applicant is also considering to prevent the lid (4) from being opened by the cover plate (8) as described below. From this point, the pivot portion (20) of the cover plate (8) is attached to the pivot portion (20) of FIG. The structure provided in the E part is not adopted.
[0023]
(Preventing lid opening)
As shown by a dotted line in FIG. 6 (a), a notch (41) is provided in the lid (4), and a projecting piece (85) that fits into the notch (41) is provided at the left end of the cover plate (8). Provide. The projecting piece (85) is located closer to the free end of the cover plate (8) than the horizontal shaft (20). Thereby, it can control that a cover body (8) opens and a cover body (4) opens.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 12, when the cover plate (8) is open, the lower end of the projecting piece (85) approaches the upper surface of the rear end portion of the lid (4) in the advanced position. The rotation of the lid (4) in the opening direction is restricted.
The cover (8) is opened when the memory card (7) is inserted / removed. When the power supply from the dry battery is switched ON / OFF when the card (7) is inserted / removed, the data in the card (7) is removed. There is a risk of destroying. That is, when the card (7) is inserted / removed, the energized state from the dry battery needs to be kept ON or OFF, and when the card (7) is inserted / removed, it is necessary to prevent the dry battery from being inserted / removed. Therefore, when the cover plate (8) is opened and the card (7) is inserted and removed, it is desirable to restrict the rotation of the lid (4) in the opening direction.
[0024]
In this example, the pivot (31) is provided in the cabinet (2), but it may be provided in the lid (4). Further, the lid (4) is provided with the hook piece (40) and the cabinet (2) is provided with the claw piece (12), but this may be reversed.
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, the restricting piece (65) is mounted on the support member (3), and the protruding plate (47) is protruded inward from the lid (4). The regulating piece (65) is brought into contact with the tip of the projecting plate (47) when the lid (4) is open, and the regulating piece (65) is bent and deformed by the release piece (15) when the lid (4) is closed. Then, the contact from the lid (4) may be released.
[0025]
Second embodiment Fig. 14 is a perspective view showing another example of the lid (4), with the bottom face upside down. This example is characterized in that the regulating piece (65) and the lock lever (5) are integrally provided on the slide plate (55). The terminal plate (6) is provided separately from the support member (3), is formed of a metal plate, and includes a small tube (60) and a conical protrusion (61). Further, the claw piece (12) is used for the releasing operation of the restriction piece (65).
On the back side of the lid (4), a receiving plate (100), a slide plate (55), and a support member (3) are provided to overlap. The receiving plate (100) is made of an insulating synthetic resin, and is provided with an erroneous insertion preventing projection (45). The support member (3) is pivotally supported (31) on the battery case (1), and the receiving plate (100) is attached to the support member (3). The slide plate (55) is attached to the lid (4) and slides together with the lid (4).
[0026]
FIG. 15 is a back view of the lid (4) with the backing plate (100) omitted. The slide plate (55) is made of synthetic resin, and is integrally provided with the lock lever (5) and a regulating piece (65) positioned on the side of the lock lever (5). The lock lever (5) includes a locking projection (50) and an operation button (51) (see FIG. 17). The restricting piece (65) is elastically deformable, and comes into contact with the end portion (100a) (see FIG. 19 (a)) of the slide plate (55) when the lid (4) is opened. As a result, the lid (4) and the slide plate (55) are restricted from sliding backward to the pivot (31).
[0027]
