Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding door or hinge opening and closing vehicle door and a seal member thereof, and more particularly, to a vehicle door and a sealing member thereof that can easily insert a window glass.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a vehicle door, a door body formed by joining an inner plate and an outer plate, having an opening for a window at an upper portion of the both plates, and having a space opening toward the opening inside, the opening is formed. It is possible to close, and in the closed state, the peripheral portion is provided inside the door body and the window glass positioned between the two plates along the peripheral edge portion of the opening, and engages with the side edge portion of the window glass to open the window. Some include a guide member that guides the glass so that it can be raised and lowered, and a lifting device that raises and lowers the window glass.
And the said guide member uses what combined the guide rail of metal U-shaped cross section, and the sealing member inserted in the inside of this guide rail, and the side edge part of a window glass engages and slides. Has been.
[0003]
By the way, when the window glass is assembled to the guide member, in the case of a vehicle door without a window frame such as a so-called hard-top car, the upper ends of the door body and the guide member are opened upward. Can be engaged with the guide member while being inserted into the door body.
[0004]
However, in the vehicle door having the window frame as described above, the width of the window opening is narrower than the width of the window glass and the guide member does not have an open portion, so the window glass cannot be assembled as it is. .
Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 17 and 18A, a part of the side edge of the opening 600 of the door main body 610 and a part of the guide member 620 corresponding to this part are separately provided as a guide piece 650. The upper end of the guide member 620 positioned below the guide piece 650 is released, and the window glass 80 is engaged with the guide member 620 while being inserted into the door body 610 according to the following procedure, and the window glass 80 is assembled. ing.
Note that the vehicle door shown in FIG. 17 is a door provided on the side of the vehicle, and the left side of the figure is the front of the vehicle.
[0005]
That is, in order to assemble the window glass to the door body, as described in the example of FIG. 17, the window glass 80 is brought in from the outside of the vehicle before the guide piece 650 is attached, and the window glass 80 is tilted backward. The front lower corner 811 of the window glass 80 faces the rear of the front guide member 620, and the rear lower corner 821 of the window glass 80 is applied to the upper end of the member positioned below the guide piece 650 of the rear guide member 620 (the chain line in FIG. (State (1)).
[0006]
Then, the front lower corner 811 of the window glass 80 is inserted into the guide member 620 while rotating the window glass 80 counterclockwise in FIG. 17 (state (2) indicated by a two-dot chain line). Next, the window glass 80 is gradually lowered as in the state of (3) indicated by a three-dot chain line, and the side edge of the window glass 80 is inserted into the guide member 620 and engaged. Thereafter, the window glass 80 and the lifting device 90 are connected to complete the assembly of the window glass 80.
[0007]
After assembling the window glass 80, the guide piece 650 is attached.
As shown in FIG. 18B, the guide piece 650 includes a guide member 6501 including a guide rail 651 having a U-shaped cross section that is the same as the guide member 620 and a seal member 652 inserted into the guide rail 651. And a plate 653 for tightening the guide member 6501 along the outer plate 611 of the door. The plate 653 is bolted and attached to the reinforcing member 6111 connected to the door outer plate 611.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there is a problem that the number of parts is large in the above structure, the structure is complicated, and a lot of man-hours are required for the window glass assembling work.
In addition, the guide piece 650 and the door main body 610 have a sense of unity and have a problem of poor appearance.
[0009]
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle door and a seal member for the vehicle in which a window glass can be easily assembled with a relatively simple structure.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The vehicle door according to claim 1 has a door body having an opening for a window at an upper portion and a space opened toward the opening at a peripheral portion of the lower portion and the opening,Arranged inside the door bodyThe opening can be closed, and in the closed stateOutsideA window glass whose peripheral edge is located in the space of the door body along the peripheral edge of the opening;Arranged inside the door bodyA guide member that engages with a side edge of the window glass and guides the window glass so that the window glass can be raised and lowered;Arranged inside the door bodyAn elevating device for raising and lowering the window glass,Door book To the bodyWhen assembling, in a vehicle door for inserting a window glass into the door body through the opening,AssembleA notch through which the side edge of the window glass can pass is formed in the opening of the door body.ZhouFormed on the edge and the guide memberIn addition, the guide member is provided with a guide portion for guiding the window glass to be assembled from the notch of the door body to the notch of the guide member. It is characterized by that.
[0011]
Therefore, the window glass can be easily assembled to the door with a relatively simple structure, and the assembling work is facilitated.
AlsoBy sliding the lower corner of the window glass onto this guide part and sliding it downward, the window glass can be easily guided to the notch of the guide member.   The door notch 5111 and the gap S are communicated in the vertical direction, and the upper end of the guide portion 4230 is in a positional relationship close to the lower edge of the door notch 5111.
[0067]
(Operation of the third embodiment)
The assembling work of the window glass 580 to the door main body 510 using the sealing member 230 of the third embodiment configured as described above will be described.
As shown in FIG. 14, in the door main body 510 using the seal member 230 of the third embodiment, only the door outer plate 511 and the door inner plate 512 are inclined rearward at the front end of the window opening 5101. The guide member 202 in the front of the vehicle is between the door outer plate 511 and the door inner plate 512, the upper end is substantially the same position as the corner of the window opening 5101, and the lower part is slightly inclined forward, The rear guide member 202 is attached in parallel.
Accordingly, the window glass 580 is brought in from the outside of the vehicle, and the window glass 580 is tilted forward by applying the front upper corner of the window glass 580 to the center of rotation above the guide member 202 as shown by the one-dot chain line in FIG. In this state, the front side edge of the window glass 580 is inserted between the door outer plate 511 and the door inner plate 512. At this time, the window glass 580 is in a relatively upright state as indicated by a one-dot chain line in FIG.
[0068]
Then, while rotating the window glass 580 in the clockwise direction in FIG. 14, the rear lower corner 5821 of the window glass 580 is indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 14 while tilting the window glass 580 as indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. The front side edge of the window glass 580 is guided into the guide member 2100 while sliding along the inclined surface 4232 inclined in the front-rear direction of the guide portion 4230 of the connecting member 420 and the inclined portion 4231 inclined in the width direction. insert. Then, as shown by a three-dot chain line in FIG. 15, the rear lower corner 5821 of the window glass 580 is inserted into the seal member 230 through the door notch 5111, the seal notch 4226, and the rail notch 2013. The edge is engaged with the seal member 230.
Thereafter, the window glass 580 and the lifting device 90 are connected to complete the assembly of the window glass 580.
[0069]
When the window glass 580 is assembled, as shown by a three-dot chain line in FIG. 11, the rear peripheral edge 5103 of the opening 5101 of the door outer plate 511 is covered with a resin garnish 575, and further along the lower edge 5102 of the opening. A mall 570 is attached to conceal the door cutout 5111.
[0070]
According to the seal member 230 of the third embodiment of the present invention, the ends of the upper seal member 2210 and the lower seal member 2220 that are continuously extruded and cut to a predetermined length are connected to each other at both ends. When the window glass 580 is inserted into the inside of the door main body 510 through the window opening 5101 of the door main body 510, the window is connected to the connection member 420 through the connection member 420 having the same cross section as the terminal. A seal notch 4226 through which a side edge of the glass 580 can pass is formed, and a receiving wall 4227 extending from the bottom wall 4221 of the connecting member 420 in a direction parallel to the outer wall 4224 and perpendicular to the seal member 230 is formed. Since the frame portion provided at the end of the receiving wall 4227 and the lower edge of the seal notch 4226 are connected to form the guide portion 4230, the window glass 580 Even when the position of the window glass 580 in the front-rear direction is shifted when passing the seal notch 4226 of the seal member 230 through the side edge, the front-rear direction of the window glass 580 is formed by the inclined part 4231 and the inclined frame 42272 provided in the guide part 4230. Since the flange 51111 is covered by the engaging portion 4229 and the window glass 580 and the door outer plate 511 do not come into contact with each other, the window glass 580 is not damaged. The operation of inserting the window glass 580 into the door body 510 can be easily performed without deforming the door outer plate 511 or scratching the paint.
