【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記カッターにおいては、次のような欠点がある。
a.押し切り方式
この方式は、切削時に切粉が発生しないと共に、くり抜き片は押し切り効果により確実にカッター内に収納できる利点を有するが、一方、切削トルクが大きいために穿孔径が大きくなると手動での切削は困難になる。
