Description
また、高粘度の重質油とは、蒸留残渣油(タール、ピッチ、アスファルト等)、オイルサンド、天然ビチューメン、オリノコタール等の常温では扱えないような高粘性油であるが、これを流動化するために低粘度の石油留分等で調整すること、また、この調整重質油を界面活性剤によってエマルション化することも知られている(特許文献3)。
また、低粘度の石油留分等で流動化された調整重質油は搬送ラインでの沈降、附着あるいは不完全燃焼による環境汚染などのため幅広く利用されるまでになっていない。しかも、調整重質油を界面活性剤によってエマルション化したエマルション燃料は、成分性状に著しい差異があるため、多量多種の界面活性剤を使っても満足できる安定性が得られていない。
HCO−10水分散液に燃料を添加し、ホモジナイザーで16000rpm、10分間攪拌してエマルションを調製した。エマルションの組成は、重量比でHCO−10:5%、油相50%、水45%である。
A−重油の乳化例を表2乃至表4に示す。また、表3の乳化状態の写真を図8に示す。短時間であれば、HCO−10:0.5%、油相:95%でもエマルションは形成されるが、油相が80%以上になると経時変化がみられる。
Claims (5)
- 自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質を1〜5重量%となるように分散させた分散液を形成すると共に前記閉鎖小胞体の平均粒子径を200nm〜800nmに調製する第1工程と、
前記第1工程で得られた閉鎖小胞体を軽油又は重油に付着させ、エマルション形成時に前記閉鎖小胞体の平均粒子径を8nm〜500nmとする第2工程と
により生成されることを特徴とするエマルション燃料。 - 自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質を5〜20重量%となるように分散させた分散液を形成すると共に前記閉鎖小胞体の平均粒子径を200nm〜800nmに調製する第1工程と、
前記第1工程で得られた閉鎖小胞体を粘度調整された重質油に付着させ、エマルション形成時に前記閉鎖小胞体の平均粒子径を8nm〜500nmとする第2工程と
により生成されることを特徴とするエマルション燃料。 - 前記両親媒性物質は、下記の一般式(化1)で表されるポリオキシエチレン硬化ひまし油の誘導体のうちエチレンオキシドの平均付加モル数(E)が5〜15である誘導体である請求項1又は2記載のエマルション燃料。
- 前記両親媒性物質0.1〜4.5%、前記燃料5〜60%、水バランスで組成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエマルション燃料。
- 前記両親媒性物質0.3〜9%、前記粘度調整された重質油10〜80%、水バランスで組成されることを特徴とする請求項2のいずれかに記載のエマルション燃料。
