本発明は薄肉容器に剛性を付与することで保形性を与える薄肉容器の支持体に関する。

【従来の技術】
材料削減等の観点から容器の薄肉化を図る場合、容器自体の剛性が問題になる。例えば、特開平6−242586号及び実開平7−22968号では、容器体の胴部外面へ紙製の外筒を嵌合させるか、または、紙を巻き付けることでこの問題に対処している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記公知例の前者では、容器体の胴部外面へ嵌合させた外筒が下方へ抜け出すおそれがあり、一方、胴部の上下両端に抜出し防止用の環状突部を形成したものではこのようなおそれがないが、紙を装着させるには胴部に紙を巻き付けてその両端を接着させなければならず面倒である。
上記公知例の後者では、ボトルに2つの凹部を設け、かつボトル下端部をテーパ状にしなければならないためボトル形状が複雑にならざるを得ず、しかも紙筒を外すにはフラップが凹部内に係合した状態で紙筒を下方へ抜き出さなければならないため紙筒の離脱が容易ではない。
しかも、上記いずれの場合も耐久性に欠けるため、使用回数には限度があった。

本発明は薄肉容器への着脱が容易で、かつ繰り返し再使用にも耐えうる薄肉容器支持体を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第1の手段として、 胴部2上端から肩部3を介して口頸部4を起立する薄肉容器1本体下部を嵌合させる嵌合筒11周壁へ、容器本体胴部2へ遊嵌させるコ字状ないしU字状の支持板12の両脚部13下端部を回動自在に軸支させ、かつ上記嵌合筒11周壁の上端部と両脚部13の軸支部分よりも上方の脚部13部分との一方に突部15を、かつ他方に凹部16を形成して、該凹部へ突部15を離脱自在に係合させ、更に上記支持板12上部に上記容器本体口頸部4へ着脱自在に嵌合させる嵌合用凹部14を形成したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る薄肉容器支持体の実施形態を図面を参照しながら説明する。
1は合成樹脂製の薄肉容器で、胴部2の上端から肩部3を介して口頸部4を起立する。該口頸部には、図示例のようにノズル付き押下げヘッド5を有する公知の縦型ポンプの装着筒6を螺合させてもよく、あるいは単にキャップを螺合させてもよい。なお、容器の肉厚は容積500mlに対し使用樹脂量を5〜40g程度にすることで得られる厚さで、剛性がないため自立しうる保形性を有していない。

次に本実施形態の作用について説明する。
薄肉容器1に収納されたシャンプー等の内容物を使用するには、胴部2の下部を嵌合筒11内へ嵌合させた後、支持板12を上方へ回動させることにより両脚部13を胴部2へ嵌合させて嵌合用凹部14を、装着筒6よりも下方の口頸部4部分へ嵌合させればよく、すると嵌合と同時に突起15が凹溝16に嵌合するため、支持板12が口頸部4から離脱することが防止される。

また、容器への取付けは、胴部を嵌合筒へ嵌合させ、かつ、支持板を回動させるだけであるから、薄肉容器への支持体の着脱が容易である。
さらに、構造が簡素であるから耐久性があり、このため繰り返し再使用することが可能である。
