Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the structure of a reinforcing material for a lightweight cellular concrete panel, and particularly to a reinforcing structure suitable for a corner panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In many cases, a so-called precast concrete panel is used for an outer wall to construct a required building. In this case, as a configuration of the corner portion of the building, a corner panel formed in advance at a substantially right angle or the like according to the corner shape may be used. Such a corner panel is used by abutting and connecting adjacent flat wall panels and the end portions thereof.
[0003]
In such a precast concrete panel, a reinforcing material is embedded in order to resist bending force applied to the panel. In general, so-called mesh bars are used for the bar arrangement structure of this reinforcing bar so that it can be used in any bending direction. Furthermore, depending on the panel dimensions, etc., the reinforcing bar has a shape larger than that of the mesh bars. In some cases, reinforcing bars such as angle members are welded to the mesh bars through the longitudinal direction of the panel. In order to attach the corner panel to the building frame, a nut or the like is usually attached to the reinforcing material composed of the mesh reinforcement or the reinforcing reinforcement at a position facing the end of the panel.
[0004]
The corner panel is formed by using lightweight cellular concrete for reasons such as convenience of handling. Since the lightweight cellular concrete panel has a porous structure, it can be said to be more fragile and less rigid than ordinary concrete panels, but the panel itself is lightweight and the load due to its own weight is reduced, so sufficient performance as a building material depending on the application There is, and the use that made use of lightness is planned. For example, it is not always necessary to use a reinforcing bar in a corner panel having a height of about 2.5 m over a single floor, such as a house. Nevertheless, in the past, corner panel reinforcement was designed with an extra safety factor for reasons such as the weakness of lightweight cellular concrete, and the lightness that is characteristic of lightweight cellular concrete It was not fully utilized.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been proposed in view of such a current situation, and it is possible to reduce the weight of the panel without impairing the mounting strength and rigidity of the panel, and it is excellent in workability and practicality. It is intended to provide the structure of the reinforcement bar.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention provides a lightweight foamed concrete corner panel reinforcement structure that is integrally bent and matched to the corner angle of the building over at least one floor height, and has a short surface on each of the two sides of the bent panel. A short rebar arranged at an appropriate interval in parallel with the hand direction and intersected at the end side located on the corner side of the panel, and at least at the intersection, the short rebar is bridged between the short rebar in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the panel. Angled shape that is welded to at least one of the through-bars connecting the reinforcing bars in parallel and at least one of the short bars or through-bars located in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the panel and arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the panel panel and the nut support member, is welded to the nut support member, a bolt screwing hole at one end for securing the bracket for connecting the wall panels in volts Wherein the more becomes possible with the upper and lower ends of the surface or mounting nut is opened on the inside surface.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an example of the bar arrangement structure according to the present invention in which an intermediate portion is omitted, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a main part showing an example of construction of a lightweight cellular concrete corner panel in which the bar arrangement material is embedded, and FIG. FIG. 3 is a plan sectional view of a corner panel.
[0008]
The bar arrangement structure of the present invention comprises a short reinforcing bar, a through bar, a nut support member, and a mounting nut, and as shown by a chain line in FIG. The corner panel C is used by being embedded in a bent lightweight lightweight concrete corner panel C, and is used for reinforcing the corner panel C and connecting and fixing the adjacent wall panel W, a building frame (not shown) and the like to the corner panel C. FIG. 1 shows an example of the reinforcing material. In the figure, reference numeral 10 is a reinforcing bar, 11 is a short reinforcing bar, 12 is a through bar, 13 is a nut support member, and 14 is a mounting nut. In FIG. 2, the nut support member and the mounting nut are not shown.
[0009]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the short reinforcing bars 11 are arranged in parallel to the respective short directions C1 and C1 of the corner panel C and at appropriate intervals along the longitudinal direction C2 of the corner panel C. Yes. The length of the short rebar 11 is such that the short rebars 11 and 11 respectively arranged on the two surfaces of the corner panel C (Ca and Cb shown in FIG. 3) are the end portions on the corner C3 side of the corner panel as shown in FIG. The length of the crossing. Moreover, there is no limitation in particular in the number of the short rebars 11, and the arrangement | positioning space | interval, According to the magnitude | size of a panel, it sets suitably.
[0010]
The through-bar 12 is mainly for maintaining a parallel arrangement interval of the crossed short reinforcing bars 11, 11, and is short in parallel with the longitudinal direction C 2 of the corner panel C at least at the intersection 15 of the short reinforcing bars 11, 11. It spans between the reinforcing bars 11 and is integrally fixed by welding or the like, thereby connecting the short reinforcing bars 11 in parallel. Depending on the length of the corner panel C in the short direction C1 and the length in the longitudinal direction C2, the number of the through reinforcing bars 12 can be appropriately provided not only at the intersection 15 but also at an appropriate position of the short rebar 11. In the present embodiment, two threaded reinforcing bars 12 are arranged so as to sandwich the intersecting portion 15 from both sides.
[0011]
The nut support member 13 is formed of an angle shape having a substantially L-shaped cross section with two sides 13a and 13b, and one side 13a is a short rebar 11a positioned in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction C2 of the corner panel C. Alternatively, it is welded to at least one of the reinforcing bars 12 and 12, and a mounting nut 14 is welded to the other side 13b. Since the nut support member 13 is formed in an angle shape, the nut support member 13 has high rigidity and reinforces the end portion of the reinforcing bar and holds the mounting nut 14 in a correct position. The nut support member 13 of this embodiment is welded to a plurality of short reinforcing bars 11a as shown in the figure.
[0012]
The length of the nut support member 13 only needs to be long enough to weld a plurality of short reinforcing bars 11a in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction C2. Thus, the nut support member 13 is disposed in the vicinity of both end portions in the longitudinal direction C2 of the corner panel C, and is set shorter than the conventional bar arrangement structure, whereby the weight of the corner panel C due to the embedding of the bar arrangement material. Increase is reduced and workability at the time of panel construction is secured. In particular, an effective strength can be imparted without impairing the lightweight property of lightweight cellular concrete, which is extremely convenient. Further, since the nut support member 13 may be short, it is economical, and it is sufficient if the nut support member 13 has an angle shape as shown in the figure. Can be used as a resource, and resources can be reused.
[0013]
The width of each side 13a, 13b of the nut support member 13 is not particularly limited, and the one side 13a and the short reinforcing bar 11 can be securely fixed to each other, and the other side 13b and the mounting nut 14 can be securely welded together. In addition, the width of the nut support member 13 as a whole is completely embedded in the corner panel C.
[0014]
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the mounting nut 14 is for fixing a metal fitting 18 that connects the corner panel C and the wall panel W with a bolt 17, and a bolt screwing opening 14 b (FIG. 1 and FIG. 3) at one end. Is open on the surface of the corner panel C, and is welded and fixed to the other side 13b of the nut support member 13 on one side surface 14a.
[0015]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the mounting nut 14 is welded to the nut support member 13 so as to open at the upper and lower surfaces of the panel C, but the corner panel C and the wall panel W or the building frame. Is connected to the inner surface of the panel C (not shown), the mounting nut 14 is oriented along the direction orthogonal to the inner and outer surfaces of the panel C, and the bolt screw holes 14b are disposed on the inner surface of the panel C. And is welded to the nut support member 13 so as to open.
[0016]
When the corner panel C is formed, the reinforcing bar 10 having the above-described structure is placed in advance in the form of the corner panel C, and is embedded in the panel integrally by placing lightweight cellular concrete slurry.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As illustrated and described above, the reinforcing bar structure of the lightweight cellular concrete corner panel according to the present invention includes a short reinforcing bar, a through reinforcing bar, an angle-shaped nut support member provided near both ends of the panel in the longitudinal direction, and a mounting nut. Because the main reinforcing bar is a reinforcing bar, the entire reinforcing material is not so heavy, and without making the lightweight lightweight concrete corner panel heavy, while taking advantage of the light weight that is an excellent feature of lightweight cellular concrete, It is possible to obtain sufficient panel strength and good workability.
[0018]
Furthermore, according to the bar arrangement structure of the present invention, waste materials and end materials generated when processing other steel members can be used as nut support members, so that resources can be recycled and greatly contribute to cost reduction. Can do.
