Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cartridge-type liquid ejecting device in which a liquid is accommodated in a container whose volume is changed and reduced, and a valve connected to the container is opened by pressing the rear part of the container to eject the liquid. Examples of the liquid include writing liquids such as black ink, paint, and ink, cosmetic liquids such as eyeliner, lip color, and nail polish, liquid seasonings, machine oil, and cleaning liquid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-95504 discloses an example of a rear knock-type fluid discharge tool that contains a liquid in a container. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 of the publication, cosmetic material is stored in a storage tank 4, and a valve seat 8 and a valve rod 9 that contacts the valve seat 8 are arranged at the tip of the storage tank 4. The body shaft cylinder 1 and the storage tank 4 are moved relative to each other by pressing the rear end thereof, and the valve is opened so that the cosmetic is discharged from the inner hole of the conducting tube 14 arranged in the shaft cylinder 1. Ingredients are shown.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
However, in the above prior art, the storage tank is integrated in the shaft tube, and the disposable applicator that discards the entire applicator after consumption of the stored cosmetic is very uneconomical. Met. Also, for example, even if this is to be developed into a cartridge-type discharge tool, only the conducting tube is arranged on the main body cylinder side, and a complicated valve mechanism with a large number of parts is arranged integrally on the opening side of the storage tank. It becomes a configuration. Therefore, the cartridge itself is inevitably expensive, and even if it is made into a cartridge, the number of parts to be discarded after consumption is large and uneconomical. Furthermore, it is difficult to assemble the parts after filling the cartridge with the contents.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a rear knock type fluid discharge tool that is economical and has few parts to be discarded after the use of the liquid, and is easy to assemble the cartridge itself, by minimizing the number of parts of the cartridge itself. That is what you want.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and includes a main body and a container that contains a liquid and changes in volume by reduction / recovery. A valve rod formed with a valve portion that comes into contact with the valve is connected, and this valve rod is connected to a valve push rod in the container extending from the front end opening of the container to the rear to press the rear part of the container. The valve rod is moved forward, and the valve is opened by the advancement of the valve rod to discharge the liquid, and the container and the liquid are attached to the valve seat member on which the valve seat portion is formed. A tightly engaging fitting portion is provided, and the container valve push rod is provided with a sealing portion for sealing the tip opening of the container, and the valve seat member is sealed between the container and the container valve push rod. The gist of the present invention is that a canceling means for canceling is provided.
[0005]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an external view of an ejection tool in a state where a cap is removed, as an example of the present invention.
Reference numeral A is a main body, reference numeral B is an applied body, reference numeral C is an exterior body, and reference numeral D is a convex portion of the exterior body C, which prevents an unnecessary pressing operation due to an unexpected external force.
In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a container having a self-elastic bellows portion 1a obtained by blow molding of polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, ethylene vinyl alcohol or the like at the rear portion, and a bellows portion 1a at the middle portion. You may have. A valve seat member 2 is screwed to the opening at the front end of the container 1. The valve seat member 2 can be press-fitted and fixed to the container 1. Each shape is simplified and attachment work is also facilitated. A valve rod 3 is always urged backward with respect to the valve seat member 2 by an elastic member 4 such as a coil spring stretched between the valve seat member 2. Reference numeral 5 denotes a connection member, which is fixed to the rear end of the valve rod 3 by strong concave-convex fitting or press-fitting adhesion and receives the biasing load of the elastic member 4. Here, the elastic member 4 can be disposed in front of the valve rod 3. Further, the valve rod 3 or the valve seat member 2 and the elastic member 4 can be integrated as appropriate. The valve rod 3 is connected to an in-container valve push rod 7 extending backward through the interior of the container 1 by a connecting portion 6 of a connecting member 5. The in-container valve push rod 7 has a push rod end portion 7 a having a notch formed in the rear end portion, and a small space 8 is formed between the push rod end portion 7 a and the rear end inner wall of the container 1. The rear end of the container 1 is a knock body portion 9.
[0006]
The valve seat member 2 has a valve seat portion 2a in the center of the front surface, and a rear portion has an outer cylinder 10 and a triple cylinder including an intermediate cylinder 11 and an inner cylinder 12. More specifically, an internal thread is formed on the inner peripheral wall of the outer cylinder 10. On the outer peripheral wall of the middle cylinder 11, a fitting portion 13 that is liquid-tightly engaged with the tip opening of the container 1 is formed near the end. Further, the cylinder length of the middle cylinder 11 is substantially equal to the length (depth) of the tip opening of the container 1. Further, the inner cylinder 12 guides the elastic member 4 through its inner hole. The cylinder length of the inner cylinder 12 is shorter than the cylinder length of the middle cylinder 11 (setting of the cylinder lengths of the middle cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12 will be described later separately).
The in-container valve push rod 7 has a bowl-shaped sealing portion 14 at the tip. A concave portion 15 for fitting and fixing the connection portion 6 of the connection member 5 is formed in the front center portion of the sealing portion 14. Further, at both ends of the outer peripheral wall of the sealing portion 14, all-round projections 16 and 16 a that are liquid-tightly engaged with the tip opening of the container 1 and seal the container 1 are formed.
Reference numeral E is a cap of the main body, and is detachably attached to the tip of the main body A by concave and convex fitting. The attachment method may be screwing or may be simple press-fitting as appropriate.
[0007]
FIG. 3 shows the cartridge R of the present invention. A cap 17 is detachably attached to the tip of the container 1 by screwing. The attachment method may be uneven fitting, or may be simple press-fitting as appropriate. A protrusion 18 is formed inside the cap 17. The protrusion 18 is fitted in the recess of the sealing portion 14 of the in-container valve push rod 7. An in-container valve push rod 7 fitted and connected to the protrusion 18 is fixed to the container 1. The sealing part 14 of the in-container valve push rod 7 seals the container 1 with all-round protrusions 16 and 16a. Further, the push rod end portion 7 a is disposed so as to be movable inside the knock body portion 9 of the container 1, and a space 19 is formed between the push rod end portion 7 a and the rear end inner wall of the container 1. (See Figure 3)
[0008]
FIG. 2 is a view showing a state in which the container 1 is assembled in the main body A. FIG. After the liquid in the container 1 is consumed, the knock body portion 9 of the exterior body C is gripped and rotated leftward, and the container 1 is removed from the female screw of the outer cylinder 10 in the main body A and extracted.
When attaching another container 1 to the main body A, first, the cap 17 is removed from the cartridge R (see FIG. 4). Next, the exterior body C of the main body A is gripped, and the cartridge R is inserted from behind, so that the sealing portion 14 is brought into contact with and connected to the connection member 5 in the main body A.
At this stage, the fitting portion 13 of the middle cylinder 11 enters the tip opening of the container 1 and seals the opening, so that liquid does not spill out even when the main body A is tilted (FIG. 5). reference).
In FIG. 5, when the knock body portion 9 is pinched and the container 1 is screwed into the outer cylinder 10 in the main body A, the valve rod 3 urged rearward by the elastic member 4 is attached to the valve push rod 7 in the container. It receives the pressure of the sealing part 14 and moves forward, and the end surface of the middle cylinder 11 comes into contact with the front surface of the sealing part 14 of the in-container valve push rod 7 (see FIG. 6). Further, when the container 1 is screwed in, it is pushed by the middle cylinder 11 and the inner valve push rod 7 is released from the opening at the tip to release the sealing with the container 1 and can be used by being placed at a set position in the container 1. It becomes a state.
In this example, the middle cylinder 11 is brought into contact with the sealing portion 14 of the container inner valve push rod 7 and pushed in, and the sealing between the container 1 and the container inner valve pressing portion 7 is released. Alternatively, the inner cylinder 12 and the sealing part 14 may be brought into contact with each other and the container inner valve push rod 7 may be pushed in, or both the middle cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12 may be brought into contact with each other to push in the container inner valve push rod 7. Each tube length may be set as appropriate. Further, if the elastic repellent load of the elastic member 4 is set to be stronger than the hermetic fitting load between the container 1 and the valve push rod 7 in the container, the valve push rod 7 in the container may be pushed in by the valve rod 3 (connection portion 6). it can.
[0009]
In use, when the knock body portion 9 of the container 1 is pressed, the bellows portion 1a contracts and the inside of the container 1 is pressurized, and the inner surface of the knock body portion 9 eventually becomes the push rod of the valve push rod 7 in the container. It contacts the end 7a. Here, if the pressing operation is further continued, the valve rod 3 is separated from the front end surface of the valve seat portion 2a, and a valve hole is formed. Then, the pressurized liquid in the container 1 flows out and is supplied to the application destination B.
[0010]
Modified examples are shown in FIGS. In this example, the main body A has no exterior body, the container 1 is exposed, and the container 1 itself becomes a gripping portion. Reference numeral 20 is an in-container valve push tube, which has a through hole 21 for allowing liquid to flow through the tube portion, and has an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the bellows portion 1a of the container 1. This is to prevent the bellows portion 1a from being deformed and bent when the knock body portion 9 is not used or bent. FIG. 8 shows a cartridge according to this modification.
[0012]
