図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係るRNC100の構成を示すブロック図である。データフレーム処理部102及び制御フレーム処理部103は、EDCH FP(Frame Protocol for Enhanced Dedicated Channel)部109を構成する。

Claims (5)
- パケットデータのデータ部分の品質を示す情報である品質情報を含む前記パケットデータの制御情報部分を各基地局装置から受け取る取得手段と、
最も品質の良好な前記品質情報を送ってきた前記基地局装置に対して前記データ部分を送るように指示する第一制御フレーム処理手段と、
前記第一制御フレーム処理手段により前記データ部分を送るように指示した前記基地局装置より送られてきた前記データ部分に対して所定のプロトコル処理を行うデータフレーム処理手段と、
を具備することを特徴とする制御局装置。 - 請求項1記載の制御局装置と通信する基地局装置であって、
前記基地局装置は、
前記品質情報を生成する品質情報生成手段と、
前記データ部分を生成するデータフレーム処理手段と、
前記品質情報生成手段にて生成された前記品質情報を含む前記制御情報部分を生成する第二制御フレーム処理手段と、
前記第二制御フレーム処理手段にて生成された前記制御情報部分を前記制御局装置へ伝送するとともに前記制御局装置から前記データ部分を送るように指示された場合に前記データフレーム処理手段にて生成された前記データ部分を前記制御局装置へ伝送する伝送手段と、
を具備することを特徴とする基地局装置。 - 前記データフレーム処理手段は、複数の前記パケットデータの前記データ部分を結合して結合データを生成し、
前記伝送手段は、前記結合データを前記データ部分として伝送することを特徴とする請求項2記載の基地局装置。 - パケットデータのデータ部分の品質を示す情報である品質情報を含む前記パケットデータの制御情報部分を各基地局装置から受け取るステップと、
最も品質の良好な前記品質情報を送ってきた前記基地局装置に対して前記データ部分を送るように指示するステップと、
前記データ部分を送るように指示した前記基地局装置より送られてきた前記データ部分に対して所定のプロトコル処理を行うステップと、
を具備することを特徴とする通信方法。 - 制御局装置へ伝送するために前記パケットデータのデータ部分を生成するステップと、
前記データ部分の品質を示す情報である品質情報を生成するステップと、
生成された前記品質情報を含む前記パケットデータの制御情報部分を生成するステップと、
生成された前記制御情報部分を複数の基地局装置から前記制御局装置へ伝送するステップと、
前記制御局装置が複数の前記基地局装置から前記制御情報部分を受け取るステップと、
受け取った前記制御情報部分に含まれる前記品質情報の中で最も品質の良好な前記品質情報を送ってきた前記基地局装置に対して前記データ部分を送るように指示するステップと、
前記制御局装置より伝送するように指示された前記データ部分を前記基地局装置より前記制御局装置へ伝送するステップと、
前記データ部分を送るように指示した前記基地局装置より送られてきた前記データ部分に対して所定のプロトコル処理を行うステップと、
を具備することを特徴とする通信方法。
