Description

【0001】

[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the eaves-hanging tool of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a front view, FIG. 2 is a plan view, and FIG. 3 is a right side view.
[0019]
In FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, reference numeral 1 denotes an eaves hook made of polycarbonate resin, a plate-like attachment portion 2 that is attached to a nasal concealment plate 7 that is a fixed surface by screws or nails, and the attachment portion 2 It is comprised with the eaves cage | basket support part 3 projected integrally in the front. Three attachment holes 21 are formed in the attachment portion 2.
[0020]
At the upper end of the front plate portion 31 at the front end of the eaves support 3, a locking projection 311 is projected toward the indoor side, and the locking projection 312 is formed at the lower end of the front plate portion on the outdoor side. It protrudes toward you. A presser bar 313 bent in a trapezoidal shape is integrally provided on the outdoor side on the front surface of the front plate portion 31 between the locking protrusion 311 and the locking protrusion 312. The locking projection 311 corresponds to a front ear support portion that supports the front ear 611 of the eaves rod 6, and the locking projection 312 is formed by an inwardly recessed groove 612 provided on the front side wall 61 of the eaves rod 6. It supports the lower inner surface. The presser bar 313 contacts and presses a part of the inner surface of the upper half of the front side wall 61 of the eaves cage 6.
[0021]
On the other hand, a locking projection 32 for supporting the rear ear 621 provided on the upper end of the rear side wall 62 of the eaves 6 is provided at the lower end on the indoor side of the eaves support 3. As shown in FIG. 4, the main part of the eaves support 3 has an I-shaped cross section. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a leaf spring 22 having spring elasticity is provided on the front surface side of the mounting portion 2, and a protrusion 221 protruding from the front surface of the leaf spring 22 is provided behind the eaves 6. The outer surface below the ear 621 is pressed.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1, a concave portion 33 that is curved downward is provided at a substantially central portion of the upper surface of the eaves supporting portion 3 in the front-rear direction, and below the net member 4 for removing fallen leaves to be described later. A first locking claw 34 into which one side end of the side is inserted and locked, and a second locking claw 35 positioned on the outdoor side of the first locking claw 34 are provided. The radius of curvature of the upper surface of the recess 33 where the second locking claw 35 is provided is about 26 mm. The width of the first locking claw 34 is substantially the same as the width of the upper surface of the eaves hook support portion 3, and a guide portion 341 extending substantially vertically upward is provided at the tip thereof. On the other hand, the width of the second locking claw 35 is about ¼ of the width of the first locking claw 34, and is inclined about 45 degrees obliquely downward as shown in FIG.
[0023]
Next, a usage mode of the eaves hook suspension 1, that is, a dead leaf removal rain gutter system of the present invention according to claim 4 will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the attachment portion 2 of the eaves hanger 1 is fixed to the front surface of the nose cover plate 7 covered with the vinyl chloride resin-coated steel plate 71 with a fixing tool such as a nail (not shown) at a predetermined interval. To do. Then, the front ear 611 formed in a groove shape opened inside the eave ridge 6 is engaged with the engagement protrusion 311 of the eave ridge support portion 3, and the eave ridge 6 is rotated to the indoor side. By locking the rear ear 621 formed in a hollow shape with the locking protrusion 32, the lower inner surface of the groove 612 of the front side wall 61 is locked and supported at the tip of the locking protrusion 312. Attach the eaves 6.
[0024]
The rear ear 621 is pushed up from below to pass between the locking projection 32 and the leaf spring 22, and the lower surface of the rear ear 621 is placed on the locking projection 32. In this attached state, the movement of the rear ear 621 in the front-rear direction is restricted by the protrusion 221 protruding from the front surface of the leaf spring 22, and the eaves 6 is prevented from falling off due to the rear ear 621 being detached. The Further, the deformation of the upper half portion of the front side wall 61 of the eaves 6 is prevented by the presence of the presser bar 313 provided on the front surface of the front plate portion 31.
[0025]
4 is a polyethylene resin net member for removing fallen leaves, and its length is about 2.7 m. The net member 4 is rolled into a cylindrical shape having a diameter of about 80 mm. While the lower end 41 of the net member 4 is aligned with the guide portion 341 of the first locking claw 34 provided on the upper surface of the recess 33 of the eaves cage support portion 5, Push down until it abuts and locks the part.
[0026]
And after contact | abutting and latching, the attachment operation | work of the net member 4 to the eaves hook suspension 1 is completed by latching one part of the net | network of the net member 4 to the 2nd latching claw 35. FIG. In the usage mode shown in FIG. 5, the upper end 42 of the net member 4 is in contact with the upper surface of the draining material 81 provided at the tip of the field plate 8. The slope of the drainer 81 is slightly larger than the roof slope. 81 is a broad dance and 9 is a roof tile.
[0027]
In the above embodiment, since the guide portion 341 extending upward is provided at the tip of the first locking claw 34, the lower end 41 of the net member 4 is along the front side of the guide portion 341. The net member 4 can be easily locked and fixed by simply pushing it downward without the operator looking into it from above. At that time, the radius of curvature of the upper surface of the recess 33 in the vicinity of the second locking claw 35 is smaller than the radius of curvature of the cylindrical net member 4. The second locking claw 35 is strongly locked. For this reason, there is no risk of injury to the operator during mounting and fixing, and the work can be performed safely.
[0028]
When rain falls and the fallen leaves on the roof flow into the eaves 6 together with rainwater, the upper opening of the eaves 6 is covered with the net member 4 for removing fallen leaves. The fallen leaves that fall from the side slip on the net member 4 and fall naturally to the outside of the eaves cage 6, or stop on the net member 4 and are prevented from flowing into the eaves cage 6. In addition, what is necessary is just to remove regularly when a fallen leaf accumulates on the net member 4. FIG.
[0029]
Further, the lower end 41 of the net member 4 is brought into contact with and locked to the inner part of the first locking claw 34 and is provided at a position on the outdoor side with respect to the first locking claw 34. Since the lower end of the net member 4 is locked by the second locking claws 35, the net member 4 is not detached by an external force such as wind or snowfall.
[0030]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, since the net member 4 is curved upward and a part of the upper surface thereof is substantially located on the extended line of the roof, the snow falling on the roof is the net member. It slides smoothly on 4 and falls outside the eaves 6 as it is. For this reason, deformation and breakage of the eaves 6 due to snow damage do not occur.
[0031]
FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of the eaves rod suspension according to the present invention. Basically, the structure of the front end of the eaves rod support portion is made corresponding to the front side wall of the applied eaves rod. Since the configuration is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment except for the change of the parts, the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
[0032]
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the outdoor side tip of the eaves cage support part 3 is bent upward and is provided with a locking projection 311 at its upper end, and below this locking projection 311. A locking projection 312 is provided on the outdoor side from the position. The locking projection 311 corresponds to a front ear support portion that supports the front ear 611 of the eaves ridge 6A, and the locking projection 312 swells in an inverted character shape inward of the upper side wall 61 of the eaves ridge 6A. The lower inner surface of the hollow reinforcing rib 612A is supported.
[0033]
Next, a usage mode of the eaves hook suspension 1 of FIG. 6, that is, a dead leaf removal rain gutter system of the present invention according to claim 4 will be described with reference to FIG.
In the same manner as in the first embodiment, the attachment part 2 of the eaves hook 1 is fixed to the front surface of the nose cover plate 7 covered with the vinyl chloride resin-coated steel plate 71 with a nail or the like at a predetermined interval. To do. Then, the front ear 611 of the eaves cage 6 is engaged with the locking projection 311 of the eaves cage support 3, the eaves cage 6 is rotated to the indoor side, and the rear ear 621 of the eaves cage 6 is engaged with the locking projection 32. By stopping, the reinforcing rib 612 </ b> A of the eaves 6 is locked and supported between the locking protrusion 311 and the locking protrusion 312, and the eaves 6 is attached by the eaves support 3.
[0034]
In the same manner as in the first embodiment, the lower end 41 of the net member 4 is placed on the front surface of the guide portion 341 of the first locking claw 34 provided on the upper surface of the recess 33 of the eaves rod support portion 5. While moving along, it pushes downward until it comes into contact with the back of the first locking claw 34 and locks. After the lower end 41 is contacted and locked to the first locking claw 34, one part of the net of the net member 4 is locked to the second locking claw 35, so that the eaves hook 1 The installation work of the net member 4 is completed. In this case as well, the upper side end 42 of the net member 4 is in contact with the upper surface of the draining material 81 provided at the tip of the field plate 8.
[0035]
Also in this case, as in the first embodiment, since the guide portion 341 extending upward is provided at the tip of the first locking claw 34, the net member 4 is provided on the front side of the guide portion 341. The net member 4 can be easily locked without being peeked from above by simply pushing the lower side end 41 along the lower side. In this case as well, as in the first embodiment, the curvature radius (about 26 mm) of the upper surface of the recess 33 in the vicinity of the second locking claw 35 is larger than the curvature radius (about 40 mm) of the cylindrical net member 4. Since it is small, one part of the net is strongly locked to the second locking claw 35 by the restoring force of the net member 4. For this reason, there is no risk of injury to the operator during mounting and fixing, and the work can be performed safely.
[0036]
When rain falls and the fallen leaves on the roof flow into the eaves 6 together with rainwater, the upper opening of the eaves 6 is covered with the net member 4 for removing fallen leaves. The fallen leaves that fall from the side slip on the net member 4 and fall naturally to the outside of the eaves cage 6, or stop on the net member 4 and are prevented from flowing into the eaves cage 6.
[0037]
Further, the lower end 41 of the net member 4 is brought into contact with and locked to the inner part of the first locking claw 34 and is provided at a position on the outdoor side with respect to the first locking claw 34. Since the lower end of the net member 4 is locked by the second locking claws 35, the net member 4 is not detached by an external force such as wind or snowfall.
[0038]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, since the net member 4 is curved upward, and a part of the upper surface thereof is substantially located on the extended line of the roof, the snow that has fallen on the roof is the net member. It slides smoothly on 4 and falls outside the eaves 6 as it is. For this reason, deformation and breakage of the eaves 6 due to snow damage do not occur.
[0039]
In the first embodiment, the guide portion 341 extending substantially vertically upward is provided at the tip of the first locking claw 34, but the portion corresponding to the guide portion 341 is omitted as shown in FIG. May be. Further, instead of providing a pressing bar 313 bent in a trapezoidal shape on the front surface of the front plate portion 31 between the locking projection 311 and the locking projection 312, as shown in FIG. 8, a trapezoidal plate-shaped pressing piece 313 A is provided. It may be provided.
[0040]
Furthermore, the degree of curvature of the recess 33 on the upper surface of the eaves support 3 may be made moderate as shown in FIG. In this case, as shown in the figure, a support piece 37 is erected from the upper surface of the eaves cage support portion 3, and a second locking claw 35 is provided from the tip of the support piece 37 toward the indoor side. preferable. The shape of the second locking claw 35 may be an arrowhead shape as shown in FIG.
[0041]
Moreover, the shape of the 1st latching claw 34 is good also as a cross-sectional T shape, as shown in FIG. In this way, the upper end 41 of the net member 4 can be locked by the first locking claw 34 located on the indoor side. In this case, even if the draining material 81 is not installed at the tip of the base plate 8, or the vertical length and the installation gradient of the draining material 81 are appropriately changed in accordance with the contour of the net member 4 that is locked. Good.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
In the eaves rod hanging tool of the present invention according to claim 1, the locking claw integrally provided on the upper surface of the eaves rod support portion is used, and the fallen leaf ablation member is bent upward and has good workability. As a result, the fallen leaves are removed by the fallen leaf protection member, do not enter the eaves or flow with rain water, the funnel and the trap of the water collector are not blocked by the fallen leaves, Rainwater drainage characteristics are not hindered. Moreover, since the fallen leaf protection member is net-shaped, the fallen leaf protection member can be locked to the locking claw in a rolled state.
[0043]
In the present invention described in claim 2, a first locking claw in which one side end of the net-like fallen leaf protection member is inserted and locked on the upper surface of the concave portion curved downward from the upper surface of the eaves hook support portion, Since the second locking claw locked in the net of the net-like fallen leaf protection member is provided at a position on the outdoor side of the first locking claw, the fallen leaf protection member is the first and first As a result, the net-like fallen leaf removal member can be prevented from coming off due to external forces such as wind and snowfall.
[0044]
In the present invention described in claim 3, by using a guide portion provided to extend upward at the tip of the first locking claw, one side end of the net-like fallen leaf protection member is attached to the front side thereof. Therefore, the fallen leaf protection member can be locked without the operator peeping from above by simply pushing downward. Therefore, installation work at a high place can be performed safely.
[0045]
In the raindrop removal rain gutter system according to claim 4 of the present invention, the fallen leaves that enter the eaves or flow along with the rainwater are net-like that are locked by locking claws provided on the eaves support. Since it is removed by the fallen leaf repellent member, it is possible to prevent the funnel and the trap of the water catcher from being blocked by fallen leaves.
