Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bath water purifier.
In recent years, bath water purifiers that keep the bathtub hot water clean by repeating the process of pumping the hot water from the bathtub and passing it through a predetermined purification mechanism and then returning it to the bathtub again are widely used. In such a bath water purifier, the bath water is forcibly circulated by a circulation pump, and is filtered by activated carbon or sterilized by ozone or the like, and at the same time is kept at a predetermined temperature by an electric heater. It is normal.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the electric heater has a small amount of heat, the temperature cannot be increased rapidly. Therefore, it is necessary to always maintain the temperature of the bath water by the electric heater, and the electric heater is always heated in addition to its high cost. There was a problem that the thermal loss due to this was large and the running cost was high as a whole.
In order to solve such problems, hot water heated by a low-cost heat source such as midnight power is stored in a heat storage tank, and this high-temperature hot water is supplied to the bathtub, so that high-speed heating and cost reduction can be achieved. Attempts have been made to achieve this.
However, such a system can be heated at a low cost and at a high speed. On the other hand, since hot water is supplied to the bathtub, there is a possibility that a human body in the bathtub may be burned. In addition, there are drawbacks such as an uncomfortable feeling to the user.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bath water cleaning apparatus that can prevent the risk of burns and the like when hot water is supplied to a bathtub.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a bath water cleaning apparatus for circulating and purifying bath water between a bathtub and a cleaning mechanism, introducing the bath water, heating and storing the means, Means for intermittently supplying hot water of a predetermined temperature from the means for storing to the bathtub; and means for detecting the temperature of the bath water; for detecting the temperature of the bath water The temperature of the bath water is detected by the means, and when the temperature of the bath water becomes a predetermined value or less, the means for supplying the hot water of the predetermined temperature from the means for storing intermittently in the bathtub a predetermined number of times. Then, the bath water is circulated between the bathtub and the cleaning mechanism for a predetermined time for a predetermined time, and the temperature of the bath water is detected by means for detecting the temperature of the bath water. Until the temperature reaches the value temperature, intermittent supply by the means for supplying and the predetermined Repeatedly performs the circulation, characterized in that.
The means for supplying intermittently supplies hot water to the bathtub, so that a large amount of hot water does not flow into the bathtub at a time, and there is no danger to the human body such as burns.
The apparatus further includes means for detecting the temperature of the bath water until the temperature of the bath water reaches a predetermined temperature when the temperature of the bath water falls below a predetermined value. The hot water having a predetermined temperature from the means for storing intermittently is supplied to the bathtub and then circulated for a predetermined time, and the intermittent supply and circulation are repeated until the temperature of the bath water reaches a predetermined value temperature. and for which, automatically supplied to the bathtub hot water of a predetermined temperature can be maintained stably bath of hot water temperature to a predetermined value.
[0004]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, a main body 1 is usually installed outdoors, and is connected to a bathtub 2 by a water inlet pipe 3 and a water outlet pipe 4. The user operates, stops, and the like with the operation panel 5 attached to the wall surface of the bathroom. The operation panel 5 is connected to the control device 6 in the main body by a cord, and displays an operation state, hot water temperature, time, various warnings and the like in the main body.
[0005]
A pre-filter 8 is connected in the bathtub at the end of the water intake pipe 3, and bath water is sucked into the main body from here. A circulation pump 9 is attached to the other main body side of the water intake pipe 3.
The water discharge side of the circulation pump 9 is connected to the sterilization lamp 7, and the bath water is sterilized here and then sent to the filter medium tank 10 where it is purified. The filter medium tank 10 contains filter media such as ceramic balls and activated carbon, and purifies the bath water.
[0006]
An auxiliary heater 26 is provided on the outlet side of the filter medium tank 10, and the outlet side of the auxiliary heater 26 is connected to the heating valve 16.
The outlet side of the heating valve 16 is selectively connected to the heat storage tank 11. Normally, it is connected only to the water discharge pipe 4 side, the heat storage tank 11 side is closed, and it is connected to the heat storage tank 11 only when heating is required, and bath water is supplied from the lower part of the heat storage tank 11. Yes. The water discharge pipe 4 is connected to a jet nozzle 21 from which bath water is returned to the bathtub 2.
[0007]
A heat storage tank heater 18 is attached to the heat storage tank 11 to heat the bath water introduced by using midnight power to a predetermined temperature (about 85 ° C.).
In addition, an upper temperature sensor 13, a remaining hot water sensor 14, and a lower temperature sensor 15 are attached to the heat storage tank 11 so that the temperature and remaining amount of hot water in the heat storage tank 11 can be detected.
In addition, since the density of bath water (about 40 ° C) and high-temperature water is different, high-temperature water is discharged from the heat storage tank 11 by the amount of bath water that has entered the heat storage tank 11, and Do not mix.
The upper part of the heat storage tank 11 is connected to the other water inlet side of the mixing valve 17. The mixing valve 17 adjusts an internal valve of the bath water from the heating valve 16 and the high-temperature water that has come out from the upper part of the heat storage tank 11 to an appropriate predetermined hot water temperature. 4 and is intermittently discharged from the jet nozzle 21 to the bathtub 2.
[0008]
A bath water temperature detection sensor 20 is attached to the water intake pipe 3, and when the bath water temperature detected by the bath water temperature detection sensor 20 falls below the heat retention temperature set by the user, the warming valve 16 The heat storage tank 11 side is opened, bath water is supplied to the heat storage tank 11, and thereby hot water is supplied from the upper part of the heat storage tank 11 to the mixing valve 17, where the bath water and hot water are mixed and bathed. It is comprised so that it may discharge intermittently. When the bath water temperature exceeds a predetermined value (about 0.5 ° C) from the heat retention temperature, mixing of the high temperature water is stopped and only the bath water is discharged into the bathtub. This is executed by controlling the heating valve 16 by the control device 6. The valve is controlled by a pulse motor or the like.
The discharge side of the mixing valve 17 is connected to the water discharge pipe 4 and connected to the jet nozzle 21.
[0009]
The auxiliary heater 26 is used when it is impossible to keep the bath water in the bathtub with only the high-temperature water in the heat storage tank 11 in winter, etc., and the auxiliary heater 26 economically always maintains the bath water at a desired temperature. It becomes possible to do.
[0010]
A jet solenoid valve 23 and an air filter 24 are connected to the jet nozzle 21 via an air tube 25, and the jet solenoid valve 23 is turned on by operation of a jet key on the operation panel 5 so that air can be ejected from the jet nozzle 21. It is like that. The jet nozzle 21 has a narrow inner diameter so that air is mixed therein.
A pressure sensor 12 is provided in parallel with the circulation pump 9 so that a decrease in the water level of the bath water can be detected.
[0011]
When supplying high temperature hot water from the mixing valve 17 through the outlet pipe 4 and the jet nozzle 21, the control device 6 operates the circulation pump 9 intermittently so that the high temperature hot water directly touches the human body and burns. It is intended to prevent waking or discomfort.
[0012]
This operation will be described with reference to FIG.
First, x = 0 is set (step S1), the temperature of the bath water is detected by the bath water temperature detection sensor 20 (step S2), and when the temperature is lower than the set temperature (step S3), the heating valve 16 is controlled to store the heat storage tank. The water outlet on the 11th side is opened and hot water storage is supplied from the heat storage tank 11 to the mixing valve 17 (step S4). Then, the circulation pump 9 is turned on for 2 seconds and then turned off for 2 seconds (step S5), and this operation is repeated five times (steps S6 and S7). During this time, hot water is intermittently supplied from the mixing valve 17 to the bathtub 2. After repeating 5 times, the heat storage tank 11 side of the heating valve 16 is closed (step S8), the circulation pump 9 is operated for 10 seconds to equalize the temperature of the bath water (step S9), and the process returns to step S1. The above operation is repeated until the bath water temperature reaches the set temperature.
[0013]
According to the embodiment described above, it becomes possible to maintain the temperature of the bath water at a set temperature at all times, and since hot water is intermittently supplied to the bathtub, a large amount of hot water is provided to the user. There is no direct hit and it is possible to prevent the risk of burns and discomfort.
[0014]
